Carlos and the C-Cat team were very helpful in fixing my computer. He makes the process very easy to understand and works efficiently and speedily. He answers questions promptly and gives progress updates throughout. My set-up is pretty modern, yet the pricing on repairs was very reasonable. Definitely check them out for any of your computer needs!

I was gifted an older iMac that had no OS and after numerous attempts to run the disk utility and install the OS was met with failure. So, after some researching of computer technicians I decided to give C-Cat a chance. I was not disappointed. The Mac gave Carlos a challenge and it was finally determined that the hard drive was faulty, even though it tested good. Carlos installed a new drive and operating system and now it is flying at an excellent price. Our church is now running the programs it needs. Thanks so much, Carlos!

This was my first time finding myself in need of computer repair. I had no idea who to trust or where to go. I read their reviews and figured I’d give them a try. I brought my Mac in because it wouldn’t boot up correctly. They knew exactly where the issue was immediately and showed me. They were very transparent. Told me my computer would run much faster after making the repair and it does! Got the job done sooner than expected and at a price I felt was more than fair. Very happy customer!! 10/10!

I will never go anywhere else! It’s hard to find anyone to trust these days, but the care and attention I received from Carlos (after a stressful scam experience) was absolutely wonderful. He advised me exactly what to do and in the end, said it was simple and that I could do it myself. There was no charge to me for his wise counsel. It felt like I was helped by a friend. Highly recommend!!

I have an old computer which I affectionately called dinosaur that no one could fix until I found C-Cat computers its working better than ever now and repairs were not costly at all.

Prices are reasonable if not lower than other places, went in to replace the screen on my HP laptop and was able to fix it within a couple of days and was able to fix my mouse pad along with it. Service was super friendly, would 100% recommend a friend to this place.

What a pleasure it was meeting Carlos and watching him make my computer work properly. His attitude was great. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and smiling throughout the repair. He went well beyond expectations. I will use him in the future for all my computer needs.

Excellent service. I found C-Cat computers from online search and based on reviews chose them. And I was happy I did! I called a couple other businesses in the area and they didn’t even return my call. Carlos was responsive right away. I was trying to find an affordable fix for a minor coffee spill on my surface labtop 3 without shipping it through GeekSquad for hundreds of dollars. Carlos was able to do a free diagnostics on my computer, and it was repaired in a week. Thank you again Carlos!

I took my machine in to get a motherboard repair. It took some time (almost 4 weeks) with ordering new parts and dealing with the egregious shipping times of the tech world (not c-cats fault). But in the end we got there and the machine works like a charm, They also did a great job at cleaning the dust out aswell.Sorry for being a bit impatient with you. Thanks for all the help Carlos!
