Our non-profit has been very pleased with the responsiveness of Terry Low and Rob Yang of Byte Technology in taking over with the development of our Word Press website and database. The site is essential to registrations for an upcoming conference of over 600 attendees. The team at Byte has been able to take over an already existing site and work with our system but also to upgrade it when required. I recommend them highly.

My nonprofit colleague and I relied on their guidance and expertise throughout a complicated project: creating a beautiful, functional website for the SF municipal animal shelter. As a non profit it isnt easy to find people who will help you technologically. I have found in the past that I was pretty much on my own.However, Byte Technology changed all that. 2016-01-29 03:38:06After reading other reviews, I called Byte and met with Terry. I explained I was building our new website in WordPress and needed redirects and assistance with the finer details. Our company had a very historical website with high rankings, and a very capable company for the redirects was critical. Terry was incredible throughout the process. He walked us through every process, transferred everything perfectly, and offered guidance and opinions as if it were his own website. Prices are good for the peace-of-mind value. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We now use Byte for hosting and email as having the personal touch is worth a lot.

2017-06-30 18:31:28The designer of my original website who worked with me for over 25 years suggested that I contact Terry for the updated website that I had in mind. Terry said that he would be happy to work with me but pointed out that the platform of my website was outdated and would not accommodate the changes that I had in mind. He also helped me to understand the broader scope that my website could play in the future of my business.At our first meeting I felt that he had my business’s best interest in mind and that he had a very “we can do it” attitude. After a year of development I now have a great website and continue to have immense confidence in him and his team.The graphic designer that he suggested was also an asset in the development of the final product. I had a lot of definite ideas for Terry that he and his team incorporated. Then they expanded on all of them. The interaction between Terry’s team and my staff was always prompt, upbeat and productive.I would recommend Terry and his company, Byte-Technology, to anyone who is in need of a truly professional website builder.

As a marketing and trade show coordinator, I know how to market to the people in our industry, but having the tools to do so is not always easy! The team at Byte Technology assisted and constructed our website to exactly the specifications that I requested, they were helpful along the way and gave us as little or as much time as we needed to get the literature and pictures necessary to make our business look polished and professional! Byte built a new website for one of our local environmental programs and throughout the process Byte was responsive, flexible, speedy and very approachable. The site is now comprehensive, clean and aesthetically pleasing, and Byte even taught us how to maintain it ourselves. Should we ever need their help, however, they expressed a readiness to assist!
