By The Book Tax & Accounting - Joe and Courtney did an amazing job with a very complex tax returns. They are one stop shop for any kind of tax related filings and understand all aspects of business, investments, real estate (50 states which is a major plus) and personal tax filing, rules and stay up to date with all the ever changing laws. They answer all the questions and excel at pro actively strategizing for maximum tax benefits. I am extremely happy with their services and will continue to use their services for a very long time.

Courtney and her team are AMAZING! I had a terrible tax prep experience prior and was nervous about finding another one. Courtney was so responsive in answering my questions and providing information about the structure of their services. They finished our taxes (which were quite complicated) as promised and provided a thorough letter w/ an analysis on what they did in the returns AND recommendations on things we can put into place moving forward to reduce taxes. We are excited to continue working with Courtney and her team!

This was the first year we worked with Courtney at By the Book Tax, and we will definitely continue to work with her. Courtney Daron did a great job preparing our taxes for 2020, saving us about $3000. She was thorough, responsive, and very helpful. We used to do our own taxes, but we will definitely be using By the Book Tax & Accounting for the foreseeable future.

Courtney, Joseph, and team are amazing, real estate focused CPAs. We have used them for multiple years and they have always answered all of our questions. I have always done a lot of research on taxes and have used taxes software to save money. This was the first year that I decided to pay someone to do my taxes because we purchased a rental property and wanted to make sure we were doing everything right.Joseph was been fantastic throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable and he was able to come up with strategies to bring us from having to pay a couple thousands to actually being reimbursed a couple thousands.I highly recommend Joseph and By the Book Tax & Accounting.

The best tax-filing experience Ive ever had. Joseph was quick to reply to all of my questions (there were many!) and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them for next years taxes. The overall process was much quicker than using TurboTax, which Ive used exclusively in the past, and I feel complete piece of mind knowing that the filing was done accurately. Thank you!
