I have been a client of By Referral Only since 1994. This organization is World Class. By Referral Only has helped me build a structured, predictable money machine (aka my business), which has consistently served our clients through ups and downs in the market over many years. BRO has also helped me enjoy control of my time, which means I have been present in my life and with my family through the years. When you implement BRO systems and practices, your business will improve beyond everything that seems possible. I dont have the words to recommend this organization highly enough! 11 stars.

It has been a life changing experience that extends well beyond real estate. I’m proud to practice By Referral Only, where I receive 95% of my business from people who recommend my services. I joined By Referral Only in the early 2000s during the mortgage meltdown era. Thank goodness I did or I would be doing some other job that I like less than real estate. By Referral Onlys programs and coaches are what you need if you want to be successful. Thank you By Referral Only.

I think By Referral Only is a great program. They give you lots of ideas and ways to stay in touch with your past clients. There are also weekly zoom meetings and several other campaigns that help you grow your business. I have been in business for over 40 years and with BRO for only a few years. I wish I had joined sooner.

There are a lot of tag-along programs but By Referral Only works!I have been a member of BRO for many years and the program has been continuously improved and created for success in todays real estate environment.If you intend to be an active professional in this industry, there is NO better program to guide your success.When I tell others about the 4-day workweek, 6-figure income, and 80%+ of my business coming from great clients, they are amazed - but it is true!!

I have been with By Referral Only since November and am very pleased at the programs and processes they have in place to help my business grow and to keep in touch with clients and customers . Easy to understand and price for value is great !

Do not recommend their tools, did not find it very useful for me especially since I thought they would be assisting more with marketing as opposed to just teaching or placing things in order .They force you to continue, even if you are not satisfied with their products
