I wish I could give Neha more than 5 stars! I required a Lehenga for a reception and didnt know where to begin so I Googled lehenga and Nehas business was one of the top options. I gave her a call and everything was smooth sailing from there.The best thing about small business owners is you can see the passion they have for their work and thats what sets Neha apart from other businesses. When youre confused and lost, trust the expert! Neha was honest with me through our entire time together - she showed me her collection (see the photos and be amazed!), told me what colors would look good with my skin tone, and helped me gain confidence in wearing something outside of my normal day-to-day.I would highly recommend Neha for all your Indian formal wear needs! Shes personable, incredibly communicative, and shares feedback to ensure you feel your best when youre wearing her outfits. I know the next time I have another Indian wedding to attend, Im going straight to Neha!

My two favorite outfits from my wedding weekend came from Nehas boutique. I showed her my moms wedding saree from 30 years ago that I would be wearing for my own wedding ceremony and she helped me accessorize it with a new modern blouse and dupatta per my own tastes. She worked hard to find me a gorgeous saree in the exact shade of red that I was seeking for my wedding reception and was invested in helping me find the perfect jewelry to pair with it, giving me her honest feedback and searching for jewelry options for me herself, even if she wasnt the one selling it. She fundamentally understood my style and showed me beautiful pieces that matched my specifications. She dressed my husband and my mother as well and found great outfits for them that complimented their preferences and tastes.Her prices are decent and the quality of the clothing is excellent.Shes responsive and quite fun to chat with and she noticed and checked in when I looked visibly stressed while planning the wedding. It was a pleasure to work with someone so personable and professional.It is obvious that fashion and styling is Nehas passion and life-calling, and thanks to her, I felt and looked like a queen on my wedding day.

I highly recommend this business for your Indian outfit needs! She has options in person that you can try on, and she gives great advice throughout the initial visit in terms of colors as well as traditional vs more modern ideas. She also has a great tailor that will really fit it to your body. You’ll have one or more fittings to get it exactly right and the owner really pays attention to your needs. Whether it is sizing issues, timing of the clothes being ready, or scheduling fittings- she really goes above and beyond to give you a very personalized & highly satisfying experience. Not only is she a professional but the owner truly feels like a friend- I suggest you try this business for any Indian event, particularly big multi-day weddings!

I was trying to order custom wedding outfits from India remotely and needed to get my measurements taken. After visiting a couple of tailors with little success, I came across this place. Simply put, Neha was amazing! She accommodated a video chat with the designer to take the measurements and even gave tips on the length and sizing based on my body. Highly recommend making an appointment with Neha for Indian alterations and clothing/jewelry.I ordered a lehenga for one of my wedding events from an online store and even though it was “custom sized”, it arrived in a generic size and too large for me. I was extremely worried about getting it altered on time and at a reasonable price. So happy I found Neha and her team! They were able to accommodate the changes I needed, even with a somewhat complicated shaped blouse. Neha listened to my requests and was able to provide her own recommendations and expertise to make sure I would be looking my best. They were able to prioritize my alterations due to my approaching date, so the turnaround time was quite quick which I greatly appreciated.She also has a wonderful collection of ready to wear Indian outfits and jewelry! I would highly recommend working with Neha - she single-handedly saved my wedding with her vision, protectiveness, and creativity! I ordered two designer outfits from Kynah with custom made sizing and was really upset when they arrived and didn’t fit at all (one top was way too small and tight on the shoulders and the other top was somehow too baggy and unflattering). Because my own wedding was my very first Indian wedding and I am not accustomed to how lehengas are supposed to fit, I didn’t even know what alterations I should ask for - Neha took such great care of me, working with amazingly efficient tailors who made a lot of changes (such as replacing the kan kan that originally came with the outfits with a lighter kan kan that will be much easier to dance in). For one of the outfits, she even proactively went online to see how the outfit was supposed to fit, discovering that the cape sleeves were made longer than they were intended to be on the model online, and suggested we ask the tailors to shorten the cape sleeves so the outfit made me look less wide and dragged down to the ground. Neha took such amazing care of me and I appreciated how much time she would spend with me, answering my every question, whenever I drove the hour from the city of SF to her South Bay place (completely worth it every time!) I now feel so beautiful in my outfits and feel like they look modern and flattering like I would hope (which is completely different from when I first came to Neha in a panic and thought my outfits couldn’t be fixed at all). I already can’t wait to work with Neha again!!! I would recommend any brides work with her - as a non Indian bride, she explained so much of the wedding traditions to me and spent so much extra time educating me on what to expect on the wedding day and I will never forget her kindness !!!

Nehas boutique has a great selection of clothing, ranging from nice casual wear to some truly stunning garments that seem fit for royalty! I first came to Neha because I needed help with alterations on a beautiful lehenga that my friend bought me from India. Not only did Neha work to ensure that the lehenga was the perfect fit (even matching the lace perfectly to add a little more coverage to the blouse), she also gave me some helpful and professional tips and advice on the outfit that I really appreciated. I ordered 3 outfits from an online website for my friend’s wedding and when they arrived three weeks before the wedding, I realized the blouses did not fit me. Lo and behold, Neha to the rescue. Neha was able to work with her team to adjust my blouses on very short notice. Within the three weeks, even though I was traveling for work one of the weeks and had limited availability the other two weeks, we managed to have 2 appointments to make sure the blouses were correctly fit to my body. Neha also gave me a lot of tips on how to wear the blouses. Additionally, in her store, she had beautiful designs of lengha and gowns. Next time I need Indian clothes, I’ll come to her to buy instead of online. Finally, she’s really personable and easy to talk to, which is always great. I would recommend coming here for your Indian clothes needs for quality work and as a bonus, you’re supporting a woman-owned small business!

This is my first time being a bridesmaid in a traditional Indian wedding and I had no idea whats expected of my outfit and whats appropriate as someone who isnt immersed in the culture. Neha was able to explain to me what I need to expect as well as how my lehenga should be altered to fit my body type. Im a very small white woman and the lehenga needed a lot of trimming to fit properly. We were able to get it to comfortably fit my tiny waist while still look absolutely beautiful!Not only was she great at communicating with me in person, but also via text as she was constantly keeping me up to date on how the progress was going and the next steps.I received the pieces from my friend pretty last minute, so I knew I needed to work with someone who would help do a quick turnaround. We went shopping around to multiple stores and Neha was the only one who cared about my perspective as to how I wanted to look as a groom, and she made sure I looked damn good! I pretty much had to order a custom size sherwani and the pricing was very reasonable for the whole outfit-head to toe (sherwani, brooch, pajama, and jooti shoes). Her selection spanned various colors, patterns, and silhouettes. She sent an initial selection of about 25 different sherwani styles to choose from that matched what I was looking for... I would absolutely recommend Couture fitoor Indian Clothes Boutique to anyone who needs Indian or Pakistani clothing or tailoring! I am a bridesmaid in a Pakistani wedding and this is my first time ever being involved in an Indian or Pakistani event. I had 2 outfits that needed to be tailored for the wedding and Neha was amazing throughout this entire process. The outfits themselves had problems in construction and did not fit but since the family gave them to me to wear, I could not just go out and buy a new outfit. Neha helped me to create plans for each garment and she was so creative in thinking of ways to fix the problems each garment had. As an outsider to the culture, Neha answered all my questions and always made me feel comfortable. Equally important, Neha is transparent about pricing throughout the entire process and flexible with my schedule when setting appointments. Neha was able to help me with the alterations in a timely manner (about a month start to finish) and I could not be happier with the results. I was looking for a wedding lehenga and was having a hard time finding one in navy blue color because the fashion is only ivory and pastel pink. It was my first time wearing a lehenga (typically only having worn sarees). Neha was so patient and helpful - it was clear she wanted to understand everything I envisioned, instead of trying to convince me to get the popular thing. She was able to accomodate my husband and I in such short notice (1-1/2 mos). Unfortunately since we didnt have much time she wasnt able to design my dress from scratch. Neha was able to accommodate my schedule even through her busy season, and scheduled multiple fittings to check the length, fit at the waist and hips, shorten the sleeves, add lace to the sleeves, etc. She was fantastic to work with and has a great eye for style and design. She kindly suggested with no pressure a wrap to make it look more of an Indian style. She has many beautiful ones to choose from. I ordered a few outfits online for a friend’s wedding I am attending. Even though I provided my measurements to the makers from the online store, none of the outfits fitted to my body correctly. There was a total of 3 outfits that needed to be fitted and altered. A Gown, a Lehenga blouse, and a Kurta set. It was the first time in my life where I’ve needed to have alterations done. I found Neha’s alterations services, called her, sent her photos of the garments, mentioned the fit issues I was experiencing, after that, the rest of the process went smoothly.When we met in person for the first time and during our fit sessions, Neha made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I honestly did not have a good experience here. I saw neha a few times and initially I felt she was very reasonable . Then every time I came she added on new charges that she had not mentioned previously. By the end, I was charged over $100 for alterations for a blouse which not only did not fit me, but I couldn’t use for my event. When I went to pick it up, I was told that that the alteration should have been done in a different way and that was going to cost even more. I respect Neha’s knowledge but I felt she was not up front with pricing or technique and ultimately my blouse did not get properly altered. I would not go here again.

When my partner’s family went to India and asked for my measurements so they could bring me back a custom made fitted lehenga, I knew I needed an expert in Indian fashion and design to measure me. All my clothes got delivered only a week before the wedding and there were about 6-7 outfits that all needed minor to major alterations. I was freaking out and OMG Neha literally saved me and my familys outfits for the wedding!!! Highly recommend getting your sherwani tailored here! I had only a few days to get the chest and sleeves adjusted from a sherwani that was bought off the rack in India. Not only did the work get done accurately and on time, but the Neha truly cares about getting the work done right and doing it in a timely manner. Please note that she does not do the tailoring herself, but instead communicates your needs to a tailoring team she works with. This requires her to transport your clothing back and forth but this was absolutely not an issue with my clothes which were properly tailored and in record time.She will take detailed measurements, tell you what is capable of being done and how long it will take, and has experience in all types of mens clothing. She was thorough which I very much appreciated since that was the key step that led to everything being done perfectly and in the time needed. My wife and I were both going to a multi-event wedding and while we had outfits, they needed a fair amount of alteration. We reached out to Couture Fitoor to have all of this work done, and on an aggressive deadline. Suffice to say we were really impressed by the results, both in timely-ness and in quality of the work. There was a minor hiccup (one of the alterations wasnt quite complete) but once we noticed, it was taken care of and we were ready to go only 12 hours later; really great service!My wife and I wouldnt hesitate to use and recommend Couture Fitter again for both mens and womens alterations.

I had to alter my dress which was an absolutely last min disaster. I ordered a dress online for a photoshoot and the fit was so bad. I was helpless since it was such a last min to cancel the shoot. I luckily posted on a Facebook group and several people pointed me to Neha.
