My garage stopped opening and I did a quick search online for someone to repair it. The first place I called said they would be out of town until the following week, so I called Busy Bee Garage Doors and was happy to find out that they were available immediately and so I scheduled an appointment. The repair guy showed up on time, was friendly, polite, and was able to determine what the problem was very quickly. From that point, it only took him about 30-45 minutes to repair my garage door. He had all the necessary replacement parts on him at the time, so it was a same day repair and now my garage is back in action and actually opens/closes quieter and smoother! I called to get an estimate to replace both doors, Caleb suggested putting in a window panel at the top of each door and then using the 2 good panels to replace the damaged 2 panels on the one door; he couldve replaced both doors but suggested a less costly method to correct the problem! Needed the torsion springs replaced on my roll up garage door, he showed up on time, was friendly and helpful with what I needed. What I really liked was that he inspected my garage door, and did some minor repairs to it and adjusted the chain drive on my door opener without being asked and without charging me or trying to up sale me. Our 15+ year old garage door opener gave out on us, so we called busy bee as he had replaced our 25+ year old door springs a year before. The install of the new opener was quick and professionally done and runs 100x quieter than the old one. I would with out a doubt recommend them to anyone who needs any garage door work done.
A month ago, I checked up on yelp to find someone that could replace my coil to open and close the garage. I called Busy Bee Garage Doors, and he came practically the same day because he knew how urgent this can be while the garage door couldnt hold itself open. He fixed it in matter of minutes by replacing the coil and used some silicone substance on the chain to relieve the pressure of the motor. He also added some type of WD40 type chemical and sprayed all the hinges and joints of my current garage door. After this type of garage door care, my garage EFFORTLESSLY raised up and down, and the garage struggling sound DISAPPEARED. It was basically a new garage. Also after being a new grad out of college, we went over some discounts that could help the pocket as well, and his service was worth the price paid and more.Yesterday, I called him once again to add/replace 2 garage openers that were around 10 years old, and replaced those and programmed new ones for a good price as well the next day. I called early one morning after we discovered our garage door was opened when we knew the door was closed when we went to bed. This had happened once before and we thought we had just not closed it (in the fatique of moving in). Prompt service and found a shorted out wiring. Caleb reprogramed the remote, fixed the wires and we were able to purchase another remote. He checked the entire door mechanics and was done quickly. This company is a nightmare. They installed our door 1 1/2 years ago. We use the door very infrequently, maybe 50 times since installation. The door suddenly and without cause became crooked and wouldnt operate. According the Busy Bees own website this problem can be caused from faulty installation: Sometimes, they arent installed right. I called and called and called Busy Bee to have them come out and repair. No answer even to my messages. After finally reaching them they scheduled an appointment. We waited and waited and the tech never showed up. An hour after the latest window I called and called again and my inquiries went un-answered. Two days later I was finally able to reach them. With their apologies, they set up another appointment. Guess what- they never showed, never called, and havent responded since. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. IF YOURE EVEN CONSIDERING USING THEM, WHICH I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST, PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR YELP REVIEWS. My poor experience is one of MANY IDENTICAL experiences.

They were really quick to respond, checked everything, and fixed it rather than trying to sell me new replacement parts! Which I would buy from them as well if I needed them because of the warranty and the fair pricing! Definitely would call them again if I had any other issues :) super amazing people 5/5 stars!

2021-11-21 16:11:35Caleb was awesome! Absolutely recommended and would go back again. He worked around my schedule to come out and help with a malfunctioning garage opener that I thought I was going to have to be replaced. He suggested that he could fix the opener we had; which was a huge relief. We rescheduled a follow up visit and he was able to fix our garage up and tune it up to run nice and smooth and nearly like it was new. Very reasonably priced for quality and reliable service that is hard to find these days!
