This is my first time to shop at Burlington and was surprised that this store had better inventory on shoes, clothing and everything else you find in Marshalls, TJMaxx, Ross or other comparable stores. Burlington carries all the desirable brands you seldom see on other comparable stores and the prices are the lowest. I had so much items checked out but with the big savings I got from my purchase, it was worth every dime. They sre open until midnight and we came 2 hours before closing and it was not crowded. I recommend this store.

Management or Owner must really not care about this store nor their employees. Seems like they overwork a few employees and the employees have to deal with slow checkout computers which hold up the line so much. I stand in line for almost 40 minutes almost every time I go. Please do better.

They have a bunch of good deals in clothing and shoes. The return policy is really decenta and the employees are really kind and helpful when you need them and when your returning something too. This last time I got a pair of shoes and some t-shirt at an excellent price.

I have visited this store for over 7 years, I can see their change in the whole COVID pandemic, this place is nice and the employees are nice, by the way, there some good restaurants and one Sprouts and a bank around, sometimes you can walk around the Burlington then go to the Sprouts, its a good experience!

I just back from this store, very upset because one of the items I was buying my husband pulled from clearance rack, and the cashier says the barcode for the cleared price doesnt show on the comp, call the manager or supervisor who ever was in charge, and this guy very rude told me, I going to give for this price this time but no the next time, I felt like I was the one put the clearance price $8.99 regular price 12.99 that is not the way to treat a customer. So I get upset a cancel all the transaction with several items I was buying. First they need to verify prices on their clearance section, when they mark down put it in the system for this not happen, next time I will report.

I was looking for a cheap pair of sneaks and found me a pair of Calvins.... FOR CHEAP!!!!That was a few years ago but now... I decided to just poke around and mayhaps pick up a hair buzzer of some sort for cheap. My hair has been falling out once again, so for those days that Im not up to venturing out I was thinking that I would buzz my head myself. Lol honestly, I think I might look like a test subject for a new intensive radiation therapy. Lol I think I noticed hair loss in most of my side scalp and on sunny bright days my hair is so thin that you can see nothing but scalp.But alas ... no such item was discovered. Quite honestly, yes yes its a low end discount store but today it felt a lot more icky and 3rd world. I swear, I thought I might have seen chickens running behind me...lol no but, this store has nothing worthy of effort to get here and battle for a parking space and traverse up the crowded escalator. I have never really been a BURLINGTON brand of person but I have discovered something cheap and nice for myself or someone else. Now, unless youre up to date with all of your inoculations.... umm it will be a gamble.

It was okay, hard to find parking, employees that you have where working around with a potty mouth and my kids where hear them, we bought lots of merchandise and it was difficult to carry bags without the access of their shopping carts to the parking lot... and the strangest thing was that the building feels like an earthquake is happening all the time, freaked me out a bit....

I came here an Jenny the manager saw my children just looking around art area to see what they want to get seen the art stuff in the floor and my children were too of course they will not leave things just there they will be placing them back she stated with “ Are those your kids because they have everything in the floor “ like hello lady I’m there to supervise and of course they will pick up got me so upset there being more of a mess in the toy section with every toy in the floor that you can literally step on and fall like come on worry about that area first !

We came shopping here for their great prices but when I asked about a bathroom for my granddaughter to use I was told they don’t have public bathrooms. That is unacceptable!We had to leave the store to find a bathroom. This is a city and it’s hard to find a public bathroom anywhere!

This location is so messy and unorganized. On every occasion I have been to this location the line is extremely long, because they only have 2 cashiers working, also the area where you are in line is always so extremely messy. The area where you make line to pay is so small and it feels suffocating, they should expand that area and have workers cleaning up daily, it looks like they never clean that area almost like how stores look during the holidays with all crazy random items all scattered around only thing is this what it looks like all the time.

Like all Burlingtons, the store has a good amount of items, from clothing to house items and essentials. But the items were pretty messy and not very organized. The line to the cashier there were items on the floor, and had to walk around them to not step on the items.

Lotsa good bargains if you spend enough time finding them. Unfortunately its not a nice time to shop as everything is mixed up and not arranged neatly. Not enough staff to straighten and keep stuff tidy... Its basically like going into a 10 yr old kids bedroom.But if you can overlook that. It can be a fun shopping experience with prices lower than anywhere else.Toilets on the 2nd FL are small so be prepared to queue when you need to go.

I’m not to happy with there return policy. But I should have made aware of there guidelines from the time I purchased items. I took to long to return, showed up with my receipt expecting to get funds returned to the card I used but only to find out they could only give me a store credit!! My advice to you shoppers is to be familiar with store policy on return so u don’t get surprised on there policy. Each store works differently. Learned my lesson!! I don’t shop there much so it’s an inconvenience to get store credit. Also card it comes on is a thin business card feel tha can be mistaken as a business card and easily tossed away! I feel that they are hoping for that!

This specific location is not my favorite because a lot of the clothes are in the wrong section (sign says activewear, it is really blouses) and the sizes are all over the place, making it harder to shop because all the sizes are mixed together. I think this is probably because they are understaffed compared to other locations, but still a good place to find a variety of well priced clothing.

I use to be an assistant manager for BCF. I was very disappointed with overall dirtiness of the store. Mounds of clothes at the register, go backs in the line area, no sales associates on the floor to recover and a shelfing rack of unattended merchandise on Accessory floor. Cashiers were more interested in shopping in go backs instead of ringing up customers. When I brought up the cleanliness of the store to the cashiers, they agreed but said there was nothing they could do. There were no associates and they just had inventory. How can you maintain correct inventory numbers when the store was an entire mess! There was no floor associate on the bottom floor, only LP sitting at the door. Accessories department should be one of the top departments and purses were unorganized and beauty products were all over the place. Fathers day is next weekend and no real push to sell mens items. All Fathers Day sets were in aisle and not presentable. What happened to merchandise presentations? What happened to excellent customer services. Ross across the street is cleaner and associates are helpful and friendly. This store is a real disappointment.

Its a step-up from Ross. Pretty decent discounts on random shipments they get from their warehouse. Sometimes there are good finds, other times not. It really depends on what you are looking for. For me this store rarely comes through on what Im looking for but I can see how people who are in to shoes, hats, and specialty items could find what they are looking for, especially if they go regularly.

Always love this place where you can get goo deals of clothings, shoes, socks, accessories, seasonings, housing stuff and pet supplies. I got my first Italian suit in Oklahoma and my Italian leather jacket in Oregon and San Francisco. In south California, it does not seem to have jackets and suits constantly available. I guess it is due to the weather.Parking is easy and relatively safe. The entrance and exit have their own door that I only see it here. First floor cashier is closed and you can only do it upstairs, which wastes the whole first floor. It may be due to understaff again.Good place to visit when you want to save money.

I love the store in general its partially clean and spacious but alot of the clothes where in a disorganized order where I ended up finding a few pairs pants and tops that were in the teen section randomly ending up in the womans section or mens section. Staffs from there are the worst; especially they’re not patient and friendly at all. This Burlington store is not large but still carry lots of items in each category. You will fine home furniture, luggage, mens and womens clothing, baby wear, handbags and jewelry. This is a two story store you will still find something you like. Shoes are limited.

Suzana in the 2nd floor with the glasses was the worst cashier I have ever came across! She let a couple of people cut a long line that was already waiting there for at least 20 mins. It’s not ok I was already standing there for too long & Suzana was over here letting people cut that’s very unprofessional if you ask me! I dont know if its always like this but today when I went to Burlington it was dirty the womens restroom theres no soap for your hands to wash and were supposed to wash for 20 seconds how are supposed to wash your hands if theres no soap in the restroom and theres were toilet paper on the floor in the stalls

Messy. No reps willing to help. I finally found a jacket for my son and didnt notice til I got to the register, that the zipper was missing. They called for a manager and it took 20min just for her to respond, to only say 10% off. Avoid this Burlington.
