I highly recommend this company and technician by the name of Eddie Covarrubias! I give the customer service reps and fast service the five starts, but to Eddie, I give 1000 stars! He was very professional and explained everything very well on the services we needed to get done. He was very patient, polite, mannered, and went above and beyond! His work he provided was excellent, CLEAN, and top quality! His willingness to do more and educate us on everything was so appreciated! He was definitely very knowledgeable and educated! I am super pleased with the entire process from the first call till the completed service! Thank you very much!!

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Ricardo is a true professional in electrical works. We had our breaker panel changed today since the old one was installed with the building of the home in 1977 and continually had breakers tripping. He and his team continually kept us informed and insured cleanliness in our home and their work area throughout the day. The installation is truly a professional job that was completed in the time frame we were told at the beginning of the day. I would highly recommend Ricardo Santos and his team on any project. Burgesons truly has professionals working at their facility. They are highly recommended. Thanks Burgesons and Ricardo.One additional item worth mentioning is the professionalism of Burgesons in texting me photos, names etc. on the people that would be coming over to do the works and informing us of the time each would be arriving. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!I paid $600 to have them change my hospital thick filter and service my AC/heater. Then 2 months later $1500 to change my thermostat only to suffer this past 2 years with nosebleeds, dust and other issues in my house. I had a city inspector come out and he discovered the extra filter wasn’t even plugged in so it has been sitting there unplugged since they left in June22 and again in August 22. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and have had more than one issue with reputable service problems. Apparently they are not to be trusted. Now my filter has been plugged in and my nose feels great. They may have branched out into more areas, but their service is not to be valued by their original customers. I have referred business to them, but never again. I have talked to them about these issues before. I’m done! I will be calling Lennox and looking for another reputable Lennox representative company.

Dont use these guys :My thermostat got knocked off the wall and broke.I called and asked for the this company to come replace it and do a check on my air conditioner.I was working and needed the thermostat fixed because I have my wife and her caregiver there .I did make it home a few minutes after their tech got there.They charged me over $450.00 to put a less than $50.00 thermostat on and it took the guy about 5 minutes to do.To do the service on the air conditioner was going to be another $400.00 so I said just the thermostat today will have to do.After reviewing what work was done and the charges I called and spoke with a supervisor named Josh. I explained that I have always used them and they sold me the heating/air conditioning unit. I told him that the thermostat was no more the $50.00 and that meant the charged me $400.00 to install it (Again 5 minutes). He said that the charges were correct and he was not going to do anything for me. I told him I would never use them again and tell anyone who were looking for Heating/Air definitely not to call this company.

I needed an electrical repair for a switch. I filled out the online form and received a call in a timely manner. I appreciate that the team was able to schedule our house for the next day. Abraham was on time and professional. Abraham was upfront with the pricing and got to work. Abraham explained what happened and what we should plan to do in the future. Burgesons has been taking care of our HVAC needs for many years and we wouldnt think of calling anyone else. Today, our service was provided by Jose Castaneda, our first ever visit with this technician. Just as we have always experienced with Burgesons staff, Mr. Castaneda was very polite and so accommodating. His inspection and servicing was thorough and he was ready to explain or answer any questions we might have. Its clear this company has very high standards for the professionals they employ.

We are very happy with the work Burgesons Heating and A/C did at the house. We had a wonderful crew, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very clean! We had both the Heater and A/C unit replaced and also had the duck system changed, and it was all done in one day with very little disruption to our day. Another great benefit has been that we now have had it for about ten days and we are sleeping much better at night! We had an issue with our ceiling fan and Burgeson’s is our go to for any electrical, heating,plumbing or AC problems. Eddie was our technician who was very polite, informative and explained the issue/problem with the fan that started smoking… ( fan issue ) and not our wiring which was the good news ! Technician very thorough, neat and wore shoe covers into our home and cleaned up the project. Burgeson’s is not over priced for their trip charge to the home. We received coupons for discount for future services … would recommend this company for all services - have used the company for AC and plumbing in the past - quick response time and out to your home very timely…. I had Burgeson’s move an electric wire underground, add a 100 amp panel to my garage, install Ring cameras and a couple ceiling fans- also had them repair some sprinkler pipes. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call on them in the future!

I was very amazed. They provided same-day service. The price was right. They notified me when the plumber was on his way and sent me a picture of him. I talked on the phone to him and he was very congenial and knowledgeable. He offered to take pictures of the repairs he did because it was at, my home, which is far away, where my daughter lives. Absolutely the best company I have ever hired. They are so professional. Other companies should hire them to teach them how to be professional. I had Burgesons put in a new HVAC air conditioning and heating unit with a really big HEPA filter (I have bad allergies and asthma) and UV light which kills bacteria. I love the unit.I also had them install a Generac generator which uses natural gas. It was big job. The unit works seamlessly. I live in the mountains in Wrightwood CA in our power goes out constantly all year long for 12 plus hours. San Bernardino county just cant get their act together. The Generac kicks on with seconds automatically and when the power comes back on it shuts down automatically. No one else has one and I am the envy of the neighborhood. Everyone else is either freezing or sweating to death and Im as comfortable as can be. The HVAC and the Generac generator are the best investments I have ever made. I have a maintenance contract with Burgesons and they contact when its time to service the units so I dont have to remember and set up an appointment. I originally found Burgesons through Costco. Costco had a deal at the time and I got a big Costco Shop card too when I bought my HVAC from Burgesons and was able to get all new kitchen appliances with it. I love Burgesons.

Its ALWAYS been a positive experience. I initially utilized their services to maintain my A/C unit. Then their plumbing and now their electrical. Ive benefited from their group plan which provides annual inspections and discounts on any repairs needed. No matter who the service tech is, its very uniformed. They dress the same not sloppy like other companies, they conduct themselves all the same, Professionally, they respect your home, very clean, and leave the decisions up to the customer. Had Burgesons install a battery storage system added to my solar panels this past year. After some issues with the manufacturer, Burgesons stood behind their work and while it took a few months to get everything sorted out - Burgesons went the extra mile to make sure I was kept informed of the status throughout. It took some changes to my generator to interface with the new system. Now the system works fine - the solar panels provide the power with batteries used for the backup and the generator backs up the solar panels (on days without much sun). Had them come out today because my generator lost its scheduled exercise program. Troyce reprogrammed the exercise schedule and did it at no charge - saying its called customer service. They didnt have to do that. Its a pleasure to get to work with a company that goes the extra miles for their customers.

I was looking for a new HVAC & Plumbing contractor since, after decades of using Ballards, their prices skyrocketed and their business practices became shady and sketchy.This past weekend my plumbing clogged due to a blockage in the main drain...weirdly opportune for pushing my hand at getting the new toilet installed which I had purchased a couple of weeks ago at Costco.I called Burgesons this morning and they sent Rafael, who arrived shortly after the beginning of the time window I was given. GREAT SERVICE! He cleared the main drain quickly and went to work on removing the old toilet and installing the new one. Work was almost done when the toilet got a freak break at the back when he was attaching the tank (it was definitely NOT due to over torquing). Rafael got in touch with the office and found an equal replacement (Kohler) at Lowes. The office reassigned his next appointment to someone else and he went to Lowes to buy the replacement. He returned and quickly removed the defective toilet and installed the new one. He also took the original toilet and the broken one away to dispose of for me. They did not charge me any additional for the replacement or the additional labor, which was impressive since I didnt by the toilet from them.Their office staff is polite and knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone, which they adhered to.I very highly recommend Burgesons for your plumbing needs.BURGESONS IS NOW MY GO TO FOR ALL MY HVAC & PLUMBING NEEDS!

Eddie Covarrubias was at our home to investigate, discover, and solve a problem with the chime portion of our doorbell and camera.Shortly after we discussed what we knew of problem, he laid out what he would be doing and costs.Then, Eddie rolled out his own carpet runner and got to work. Within the hour, he had the problem diagnosed and part ordered along with the timeline for when that part would be available. He also reassured us about the integrity of the electrical system involved with our chime/doorbell.He worked quietly and asked if there was anything else we needed. Before Eddie left, he vacuumed the rug under which he had worked to be sure no metal shards were left behind.My husband and I have saved his business card and we will use his services again in the future.One more thing, we inquired about Burgesons and he couldnt say enough about working for the company. Very professional company! Theyve done several big projects at my house this winter, every time they confirm a day or two before the appointment, when a crew is on the way they text me with a picture of the lead Tradesman and when they arrive they text me theyve arrived. For urgent service like your furnace stops working, they send someone out immediately the same day (and Im in Lake Arrowhead, an hour from their office). Every job has been expertly done, when there was a couple small issues afterwards they respond promptly and take care of it. After sales service tells you everything about a company, most just forget you afterwards, Burgesons doesnt. Great company, glad I found them

We have used Burgesons on 4 of our homes over the years. One of our homes. It appears we got a prototype HYVC unit that got put out into the system. Burgesons stuck with us and Lennox until they found the problem and replaced the entire system. We went through Costco and received 10% Costco card of the purchase of the Lennox units. Ducting is not covered. Next we had the entire AC / Furnace system replaced in another home using Lennox and Burgesons very satisfied and no problems. Today we installed a Burgesons Lennox AC / Furnace system in our retirement home. The crew showed up when they said they would. Put down carpet on the floors and wear booties. They cleaned up after themselves . They have my complete trust on doing a good job. The reason we had our system replaced was it was the original AC system 1988. It had been serviced many times over the years. The copastors were shot. Our old system uses R22 which is no longer used. The new coolant is R 410A. I decided to modernize and replace the entire system.The Eddie and Danny completed the installation late this afternoon. Within a half hour after they left the system quit. I called Burgesons and Henry came out. He said Burgesons is replacing the compressor with a new one ASAP. Sometimes things just happen. The fellows showed up Sunday morning in the rain and installed the new compressor in about an hour.

I wanted to wait for a hot day to see how my new system installed by Burgesons performs, so its 93 today, and the system works great! Burgesons saved my home from an electrical fire! Id called them to replace a couple of outlets and do an electrical inspection. During the inspection they discovered that the outlet supporting my microwave had burned and the microwave plug was burned, too. They checked the wiring and breaker before replacing the outlet and told me not to use the microwave until either the cord or the entire microwave was repaired/replaced. Mine was a very complicated project. Its a vacation rental property 2 hours away from my home and its difficult for me to get up there. The house is nearly 70 years old and had multiple additions with varying rooflines and foundations. The furnace didnt really heat the house even though it was only a few years old. Randy Young from Burgesons came to the house TWICE, got filthy crawling around under it, analyzed the situation, got very creative and proposed a solution that was way more expensive than I was expecting. after I got over the sticker shock, I confessed that although I agreed with Randys assessment and thought the solution he was proposing was the way to go, I just couldnt afford it. Burgesons did something that absolutely shocked me. They worked with me on the price! They came down a little and I was able to scrape together some more money and we moved forward. The installation was a nightmare for the guys as nothing was as it should have been in the house, but they guys remained upbeat professional and steadfast in their efforts. They were actually pretty cheerful considering the project was taking twice as long as had been budgeted for and it was very, very messy and complicated! To make things more complicated, I had to go out of the country before they finished the job and was unreachable! I finally made it up to the house to inspect the finished project and was thrilled with the results. I am VERY happy with both of the new furnaces; they absolutely were the right appliances for the job, and the installation of both units and accompanying ductwork was EXCELLENT. Both units work great, the house heats up quickly and silently. I really couldnt be happier with my purchase and my experience with Burgesons! Hire them NOW!

I had a major Air conditioning repair done recently. We have a regular maintenance contract. Problem was resolved and came in under the original quote. Two days later our thermostats decided that they didnt want to operate properly. Left a message online after hours. Got a call at 7:30AM, they were out by 1PM and located the cause. A wire had come loose during the major service.Old school company. Took care of it and were good. No wait, no excuses, no extra charge. Bad experience. I hate when someone starts doing a service criticizing a service previously done by another person. That’s not an efficient way to gain the trust of a customer. The technician didn’t like to answer my questions about the defect, equipment warranty, and the details of the inspection report. That’s the first and last time I asked for their services.

Travis showed up in less than an hour from making a phone call to assess situation; within 3 hours following his visit, Shannon and Michael had brand new tankless installed. My wife and I had another great service from Burgesons today. We found water marks on the ceiling right above the stove and called Burgesons to check the source of the problem. Their plumber, Marcos Iraheta, came as scheduled and began at once to find the source of the leak. He was very courteous and kind and knew what he was doing. When he saw that the area has tight space and there are some electric wires running through it, he felt the need to call his supervisor Ryan for advice who drove from Redlands to work with him. We needed to replace our 21 year old rooftop HVAC. Had worked with several, mostly local, companies over the years for repairs and replacement parts. Anticipated it to be pricey but wow! what a shock with each quote! Were sticklers on having licensed contractors who play by the rules and Burgesons has a good reputation for doing that. Theyre quote was middle of the road but hard to compare when each company has 1 or 2 HVAC manufacturers they sell. And each has a high and low unit option. Ultimately we opted with Burgesons because they are contracted with our local Costco. So we got 10% rebate Costco cash card on the entire purchase. Adding in the Costco membership and credit card cash back rewards/0% interest payoff option just seemed like the way to go.As far as experience with Burgesons, had we not had the Costco option they would not have been my choice nor would they be in the future. Staff are nice but follow through and workmanship was not at the quality it should be for a company that prides itself on trying to be number 1.Examples: left mess in house when done with day long job, didnt do a walkthrough to ensure I was informed what they did (had that been done I think things would have been noticed), didnt replace thermostat as part of quote (someone came back 2 days later to install), a register was installed backwards (had to have someone come back and reinstall). Costs: you would think new registers would be included but as quoted they were to keep the old ones, and clean them up...but really why not replace the old ones, especially rusty ones in bathrooms. I had quotes after the fact from different staff with a wide range (100s to 1000s of $s) to replace registers. Utilities had to be shut off when I was told not needed. Communication btw sales person, office, staff, lead needs to be clearer who is the main contact.I dont know if I could have negotiated down the price, I asked if all discounts were applied and supposedly yes.Unit has worked well except the stickers on the rooftop unit are already peeling off - the warning stickers. What a great company with excellent staff and technicians! We just had our old HVAC system and water heater replaced with modern heat pump versions. As such it involved the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing departments. They are clean, respectful, professional and on time. The overall service call is a little higher than others, but not outrageous. Their problem is with the price of parts, Their check-up revealed I needed Mars 12286 capacitor. check it out online. It costs $17 - $26 . They charged me over ten times that amount. When I politely addressed my displeasure with the charge the tech called his supervisor who offered a 20% discount. In the beginning they had already given me a 15% discount so in reality it was only 5% more. Its like they are trying to pay for airline tickets to Hawaii in one call. I did not like having the tech in the middle of this. I paid it, I just do not like being taken advantage of and I will take my business andrecommend my friends elsewhere

We had an excellent experience with Burgeson for an electrical issue in our house. Eddie was our tech and he was one of the kindest, most thorough people weve had the pleasure of working with. Our heater stopped working. I called Burgeson’s HVAC to see if we could get someone in to look at it. I was told they had an opening two days, from today. My husband is ill and cannot tolerate the cold. So I asked if there was any way someone could look at it today? They were kind enough to fit us in. Sure enough, after 2pm our technician, Jose L Nolasco III, showed up and got right on the problem. He worked his way through years of poorly performed work to troubleshoot our problem. Basically, each poorly wired or incompletely wired job, compounded with improperly installed equipment, as well as, improperly performed maintenance resulted in our heater and air conditioning unit being in pretty bad shape. I cannot stress the importance of having properly trained people either performing the work for you or at least checking over your work once in a while. The money spent will be money saved. We will be working with Burgeson’s to get our HVAC system done right!

Called Burgeson’s for an air conditioner repair. Tech said the capacitor needed replacement and told me it was out of warranty.I showed him my 10 yr warranty (I was only 5 yrs in to). The tech said, ok well I’ll put it thru as a warranty repair but you’ll have to pay $250 for a “processing fee because we didn’t install your system.” We wanted our AC on, so we paid.$109 (serv call) + $100 (labor) + $250 (processing fee) -10% (senior citizen discount)….we paid $410 for a WARRANTY REPAIR.The part was the size of a beer can that took 5 min to install. After replacing several faucet parts over the years, I finally tested the psi coming into the house and it was way over what is considered acceptable. I called to have someone come and see what my options were and Aaron arrived and confirmed the water pressure was too high and offered options on what could be done to fix everything. Where to begin? I recently purchased a new home and I knew that my AC and heating system needed some work. I waited as long as I could just knowing that the work would be costly. I was approached by a representative from Burgeson’s while shopping in Costco & she sold me from the start. I expressed my concerns to her in regards to the cost being so high etc and she immediately explained that they offer different financing options that could fit my budget. I agreed to leave my information with her and have someone come out to my home and give me a quote(possibly the best decision ever). Nate was the representative who came to my home to give me a quote and immediately I was sold. I could tell that Nate had my best interest at heart and that it wasn’t just another “business transaction”. Nate explained all of my options based on my situation and made me feel comfortable with the decision to go with Burgesons for the job at hand. Justin and his crew came out to do the actual installation and replacement for my new air and heat system and I was also impressed with their service. The guys were very professional, punctual and made sure that the job was done well despite working in 109 degrees. We had two mini-split AC units installed back in May 2020. The crew that came out were fantastic, efficient, came on time, and did an overall excellent job. Now 4-months later in Sep 2020, one of my units started to leak water. I called Burgesons and they had a technician come out an hour after placing my call. Notwithstanding the circumstance or situation, their licensed technicians perform superb home evaluation to address issues. We have been customers of Burgeson’s for 15 years. The service had been really good except for a few billing hiccups. We have purchased the service contract every year.Our last service ended our relationship though. During Covid we skipped a year of service 2020-2021.On June 13 we scheduled and received service. The tech advised that the filter kit would need to be replace at a cost of approx $300.I let the tech know we did have a contract in place for the inclusion of filters.I called the service department and they verified the filters were included since we skipped a year. I told the tech who said he needed to verify that himself.We also needed a repair done to the condenser which I agreed to for $216.00.When I was charged at the completion of the work I was expecting a $216 charge and was told no different when he took my credit card. No paper receipt was generated but emailed.To my surprise we were billed $488.00.It took 4 phone calls and 2 days to get a call back.Billing said I was given the wrong information 2 different times and we would have to pay for the filters.She was also happy to cancel our 2022-2023 contract.We are so disappointed with your billing department and their history of errors.SincerelySierra Madre

Burgesons installed a water heater for me on 11/12/2021. Prior to having them give me an estimate and provide the work, I had had 4 other companies give me bids including 1 company who is contracted through my appliance insurance company, 1 other local Redlands company, and 2 home stores who provide 3rd party contractors. The company used by my appliance insurance had an overwhelming number of 1 star reviews (reviewers stated they would give 0 stars if an option) stating negligence, poor work quality, customer service and lack of integrity.This company also wanted $700 cod from me, that they stated the insurance wouldnt cover and they were impossible to get a hold of so of course, I wasnt going to use them. When I contacted the other Redlands company, I was given the plumbing managers # and I left a message but he never called me back. The office did send a technician out who was nice but seemed to make up his own prices with an end price that seemed excessive. I then contacted Burgesons who were prompt in their response. The plumbing manager, Travis, called me immediately and was able to give me an out the door price which was fair/going market price and was not inflated. He was patient and professional in answering all of my questions. A technician came out 2 days later and had the water heater installed. Additionally, Burgesons takes care of setting up the warranty for the water heater for you and will act as middle man if the warranty has to be called. Although I had to pay money out of pocket that my appliance insurance wont cover, I feel confident in Burgesons response and installation so it is worth it to me. Based on my interaction with them, I will call them first for other needs I may have.

A couple years ago they installed a complete new heating and air conditioning system that is very advanced and the best part, very easy to dial in the temperature I want. What really amazed me about them, is last year I had a roof leak under my solar panels and still under the solar warranty. I called the solar company they were out of business...my roofer would not touch the solar panels...many companies would not touch it...Burgesons came to the rescue !!!....they took off my 30 solar panels, the roofer came and fixed the leaks, and Burgesons put my panels back on !!! Cost to replace one electrical outlet and one breaker in my panel $700.00. When I requested a cost breakdown, since there was not one on the invoice, this was their response:Unfortunately we do not itemize or break down costs of our services. On every service call we charge a 109 service fee for every call- we use a nationwide service repair manual to quote all of our service work. We also use a minimum flat rate fee for all repairs.A breaker replacement in our manual is priced at 385- and a replacement device is priced at 206. This book allow us to provide fair prices for our customers while ensuring we are covered on our end to cover our expenses as a professional service company.Electrical repair is serious and expensive... this feels like highway robbery.
