My daughter was looking forward to the playground but unfortunately it was closed with a sign stating closed forever. The soda aching was nice and updated but the soda was not good at all, then as we were leaving it was before 6:30pm and they had the doors locked. We went to another store and I realized my gift card holder was missing, I tried to call and no answer. I went and could see it in the counter I knocked as the doors were locked and no answer. A worker was on her break sitting down and there were employees working the drive thru yet no one came to the door. I kept knocking and finally my husband went through the drive thru while I waited at the door. Then an employee came and opened the door for me to come in and grab my gift card holder. Very rude and unpleasant experience .

2 orders of nuggets only received one order. Thats all we ordered and couldnt get that right. Charged us for two as well. Guy spraying down drive-thru with the piercings all over face rolls his eyes and sighs when we pull up as well. Sorry for the inconvenience maybe get another position? Will never be returning as a guest thank you for wasting out time and money. People need retraining!

Door dash order never arrived. I tried calling he spoke only Spanish. Door dash and I tried contacting burger kind with no answer. Now, half hour later I get a photo of a place I have never seen. Since Burger King does not provide RV parking I took up multiple parking spaces. They literally called security to notify me that I needed to move my rv. I could understand if the place was packed but there were only two customers in the place. With that kind of attitude towards customers I dont think Ill be shopping here again.

The two teen guys that work there on Tuesday nights are absolute a-holes. I come here all the time, never had a bad experience until tonight with these two jerks. I went to order at the drive through, we were talking about what I wanted to drink, and he was actively talking to his co worker friend. Had to ask me what I wanted to drink twice, because he was too caught up in his conversation. Incredibly disrespectful. At the end I stated I had a discount code, he got real snappy with me and said I should’ve given him that in the beginning. I was utterly too stunned to speak by his tone of voice and what he said to me. I pull up to the window, he asks for my coupon?? Every day this week I’ve gone here and used my codes, they’ve never confiscated my coupons like that. He takes it and never gave it back. I had TWO discount codes on there, I only used one. And it doesn’t expire until next year. He was still having a conversation with his friend, incredibly distracted he asked me what sauce I wanted. I said BBQ. I get home lord and behold, my orders messed up, and there’s no BBQ sauce in sight but 10 packets of ketchup. Absolute losers. I’m ashamed to be the same generation as them.

If you use coupons at this location you might be discriminated against . They have this person working there her name is Margarita and she has little to no experience when it comes to customer service! So beware if you wanna use a coupon, because they will give you garbage food and expect you to just take it like youre a dog. I would give zero stars for service if I could!

Absolutely disgusting presentation. When I pay for food, I expect it to at least look decent. Im not a Dog, I dont eat scraps. Thats what these tacos looked like. I posted a picture of the sloppy mess in the photos. Didnt get a reply to my online complaint either. Unacceptable. Their food certainly doesnt look like the commercials. The restaurant has hand prints all over the windows and doors. They definitely dont clean the place. Makes me wonder what germs are on the door knobs and windows. Their soda tastes like water; All carbonation. The bathroom is gross too. The service takes 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. And why close the playground? It was supposed to be a place kids can go to enjoy themselves while they eat. Definitely not the way it used to be. The last time we were at the playground, it was filthy gross. This BK needs a new manager and needs to be sanitized. There are no sanitizers around anywhere. Burger king definitely isnt the same, esp at this location.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The first time I went I had a problem with Margarita, who is as rude as it gets. I decided to give it another shot a year later and what do you know, Margarita still works there and is as rude as ever slamming the drive through window on me. Avoid this place at all costs! If I could give it zero stars I would. This place has the most rudest employees. They slam the drive thru window in your face when asking for extra sauce. I went around 6:30pm and on the door it says the lobby closes at 7 however when I walked up the door were locked and there were customers still inside ordering and an employee came to the door and told me lobby is closed. This ridiculous. Whoever runs this facility needs to really reevaluate their employees.

I dont know why I even came here? The place is a mess, I remember coming here like 4 years ago and it seems like things remain the same. The play area is discussing! No control whatsoever. Food every where. No one comes in to even check on its maintenance. My kids decided to order a cone and that itself took forever. 4 people in front of me and only 1 cashier open, it seemed like the manager was trying to hurry up and get the orders ready but they seemed short staffed. The fountain area is a total mess. The bathroom smelled terrible plus the line was ridiculous. Never ever coming back, not even though the drive thru.

The lady at the drive-thru that goes by “la tiny” needs to improve on her customer service attitude. She is so rude and acts like the whole building is hers. I’ve been there multiple times and every time she’s there and always has a bad character as if she’s forced to be working there. Whats the point of using the drive through option if you guys are forcing your people to walk in? Update 9:08pm 7/7 drive thru guy parks me, doesnt give me receipt, almost forgets my car... food takes 10mns. Only ordered one chicken sandwich. Loads of other cars were being parked from the drive thriveAs someone who was a fast food team member many years ago, I think Im an excellent judge of operations and food quality. The facility and ground are always clean. Ive seen the GM pick up trash in the drive thru. Never a rude or even average employee, always really friendly and fast. Most importantly, the fries have always been scathingly hot when I get them.

This place denied my 8 year old son a cup for water so he can take his meds. I had to go to the counter and say i would pay for the cup and that we just wanted water. Worst Burger King Ive ever been to. It should be a -5 *. I used to take my kids there when they were young to play in the Playland. They always close it up early for cleaning. Myself and many other parents would show up with our kids and our access was denied. WTHeck.For some reason, their burgers are always super dry. I dont know if its from them sitting out too long or if its from them putting too much weight on burgers as they cook them on the grill. Burger King sends great coupons to my Perris home and the Perris Burger King franchise refuses to honor them. I went to this BK some time back and when I tried to use coupons I was told by manager that they are from San Diego and go to San Diego and use them. Well they were put in my Perris mail box and coupons are what draw me to killer food. Why kill myself with fast food if not for a good price. I have not been back in over a year. When I get my coupons I often wonder if I can use them, but I wont waste my gas stopping to see. I watch their empty drive-through every time Im at Del Taco.
