7 bucks for a medium fry and coke is strait up ridiculous. Could have gotten a French dip from Westcoast sourdough for what I spent but I figured bk was the cheaper option... that was incorrect.

They ALWAYS overcook the jalapeno cheddar bites! Nothing like a $2 order to hollow dough! Then when you try to call them about it, it just switches to an answering service that isnt set up. Very professional for such a large corporation.

One of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fast, fresh and tasty. The only thing that they lack is availability on the frozen float drinks. They dont always have the 3 flavors at night, most of the time only (1) flavor is available. The service is good and the people are pleasant for the most part.

This location tends to be very slow moving. At least 20+ minutes if they aren’t very busy, but closer to half an hour if they are. The food is decent, but you are definitely taking a gamble on freshness and quality. Several times I’ll get the chicken fries only to have half of them inedible. Not in the picky way, in the “too hard to chew. Almost crunchy” kind of way. No employee will give you a positive experience that I’ve seen. The place overall lacks any luster. Compared to other burger kings, it’s understaffed and could use a lot of work, though I don’t see that happening.

Got very excited about the new Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich they have on the menu. Unfortunately Ive now ordered it twice and both times I was horribly let down. They seem to have no ability to properly customize an order, even one as simple as plain just chicken, bacon and cheese on the bun. Instead both times I got only what I asked to be taken off the sandwich including pickles which are not even an original ingredient! Check your order before you leave.

Sometimes the lines are long and theyre really fast. Sometimes the lines are short and theyre really slow. Etc etc. The Whoppers are still pretty good and taste pretty much the same no matter what BK Im at. I think Ill ask for a crown next time Im there just to feel like a king for a day.

Wait time was over 30 minutes in drive thru. Drive thru employee looked like she hated her job, poor customer service. Ordered 2 BK Fish with tomato, was charged for tomato, no tomatoes, burned buns and 4 pieces of lettuce on each. And you could tell the grease was old, fries tasted horrible.

Given that it was one of the busiest nights of the year. Your cashier was excellent. She gave me undivided attention and kindly asked another customer to wait just one minute so i may finish ordering. Then assisted her in a fast manner to return to her following customer. She handed me my items and gave me eye to eye contact as well as wished me a wonder nite. Not many places i have been to i get that kind of customer service. I was their around 1030 left around 1042. To bad my receipt isnt with me and in my car or else Id give this gal a shout out for excellent service.

Seems like lately it takes ages for your food to be ready. 20+Mins in drive thru an indoor dining took over 25mins I had to approach them and ask if they had forgotten about my order (simple burger w jalapeno poppers) they said oh its coming right up. Almost 10 mins later do they call my number. I sit down and the burger was fine but the jalapenos were not cooked all the way.

The food was great! I came in at noon and the team here knows what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and funny. Ricardo the cashier made me laugh while I was ordering. Restrooms are kept clean as well as the dining areas. I travel a lot for work, and this establishment has been by far the best.

Food was just OK but what was bad was that as I approached the counter after eating our food for a couple of kid cones and one of the workers saw us, myself and my two granddaughters. And he saw us coming towards the counter to ask for something and He turn himself from us, this was very rude. We Waited for someone to attend us and three associates saw us but wouldnt turn to help us. Finally the one associate, the one who first turned his back towards us, turned and asked what we wanted? I told him, my granddaughters wanted there kids cone, and he went to get it, so I walked away to sit down, thinking he would give them the ice-cream but he only gave one to the littlest granddaughter, my oldest granddaughter who is 9 yrs came back sad and said he didnt want to give her a cone. So I went and asked him about this, he said, well, how old is your granddaughter with a smart attitude! I told him shes 9 and he said well she never ask for one but for her to go back and get one. I told him that she was too hurt and didnt want one, she was too imbarassed to go back. I also told him that, I had never had that type of service there before, and if my little girl was there, obviously that is what she wanted was a cone. I told him he had a bad attitude and was very rude with us since the time we got to the counter. He never apologized and you could tell that he was not going to apologize. Then I ask to speak with the Manager and to my surprise he said he was the Manger! OMG, I was so upset, couldnt believe how bad of attitude the guy had. I will be getting hold of someone from the Corporate office. I wont be back, not if hes continues to be manager there. You can tell that the Management position went to his head!....

Made a mobile order at 11 pm. Locations hours go to midnight. Arrive around 11:10 and the lights were off. Employee cars were in the lot, but they refused to answer the speaker or at the window. Sadly, I hit Im here as I entered the lot to save time at the window, so I was still charged.Update: I contacted corporate the next day as the location didnt answer their phone. They contacted the store and I was able to get my food the day after.

Very dirty. Unruly kids running around like crazy chickens throwing ketchup cups on the floor, yelling and making for a dangerous visit while inside placing your order . Unfortunately for Burger King my family & I used to enjoy going to this establishment. But that has changed, now we do not go there anymore. Too many other restaurants in our neighborhood that keep it professional & clean.

Easy lunch stop to drive thru or dine in. Dining area has WiFi and TV screens which is nice if youre alone. Seems to be a fave hangout for seniors, which I find charming. Moms take advantage of the play area. The food is typical BK fast food quality. I was able to get them to make me a lettuce wrapped, not on menu. Easy parking.

The employees are rude! I ordered eat in but recieved my items in a bag! The play areais gross the slide is sticky and lacks the slip that a slide is suppose to have.
