These guys are great!!! They always are friendly, quick and efficient. First come first serve so come early!!! Harry and Hugo are always on point and helped me numerous times over the years! I came to Tire Pros after running over a nail. My car maker insisted I needed a new tire and pay over $500. Tire Pros offered their professional opinion with the customer in mind. I was greeted with a smile and fast service. $29 later my car is good to go. Thanks guys!

Everyone this place careful!!!!!!3 days ago i drop my Tesla y Alinement service. They called me need to change two rear tires. I accept change new tire with alinement.Next day driving freeway same problem wheel balance not even.And today I drop my car 8:20am problem fix alignment.One of guy called me 9:50am your tire damaged side. Cant say enough good things about the people that work here. Came in on Saturday to repair or replace a flat tire on my dads car. They took us in right away, treated is with respect and kindness. Everyone was friendly and the shop was clean. They were busy but they were able to get us a new tire at a great price and in under an hour. Will definitely be back when I need anything done for our family vehicles.

****ALL WOMEN*** Stay away this place will con you. I needed my tires changed I got told one price on the phone when I went there got another price. NO alignment either although I requested one. Be careful here! I had a nail in one tire and they told me I needed a whole new tire ($300 plus) because they couldnt patch it. I went somewhere else down the street and paid $20 for the patch. Dont let them rip you off!!

Hugo was the best, no hidden costs. My car was seriously in need of a tune up since covid first started. Very pedant honest and made the whole experience perfect. Fantastic service. I got a flat and needed to get it replaced since I drove in it in order to get off the highway. They couldnt get the exact replacement (brand) but were able to get one comparable. I dropped it off right about 9:00 and it was ready at 1:00.I also found out they did some other maintenance outside of just tires, so I recommended for my son to go there to get his suspension checked out.I will definitely be back again!

Hugo at the desk was fantastic - pleasant and crystal clear about prices and services, both on the phone and in person. Then gave me a full rundown after the inspection about what they felt was needed and what wasn’t, and left it entirely up to me what I wanted to do. Price was great, their membership saves you actual money, and my car feels like it’s running great - everyone did a great job. This place was highly recommended to me by a friend, and now I can highly recommend it to others.

Great experience overall. Got new tires, an oil change, and filter change for what seems like a reasonable price. Hugo was really helpful and accommodating. He explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, and was patient in giving me different options too. I was in and out so smoothly. This is the best tire place in all of LA County. (I was a Taxi Driver for 12 years to pay for my classes. I now have a stack of college degrees. )They have an outstanding 3yr warranty and they uphold it! (I bought a 3yr warranty two years ago.)I just got another flat tire this past week: February 9th, 2023. I knew I had written on my last receipt that I purchased a 3yr warranty two years ago.(I always keep receipts of work that I pay for, in the car with the manual, so I remember the expenses I previously paid on the car, for the next owner.)I went back to BURBANK TIRE PROS at 2221 Victory in Burbank this past week and I got $104 off my tire due to the 3yr warranty. My tire pressure was low and I was from out of town. I called and they were so sweet and caring of my needs. They said they had an opening and to come in. I was pleased. When I came in they were very patient with me and heard my concerns. They checked my tires and didn’t find any problems, and just filled them with more air. They didn’t charge me for their time or service, nor did they try to sell me anything. Great customer service with honesty and patience. What more can you need? This is my newfound staple for all of my tire needs and oil change when I’m in LA, which is a lot! Thank you for your service! I’ll be back! 🙂

Tire Pros was recommended to me by local Costco since they didn’t have my car’s tire size.I called the place they told me they’ll get the tires that I need next day. They called me early in the morning the tires were there. They installed the tires in no time and I was out the door less then 45 minutes. Good service, reasonable price, professional staff, and fast. I don’t understand why people bother to go to Costco wait on line for hours, even days for something that Tire Pros provided for me in less then an hour. Thank you Hugo, Henry and other staff

They were great! I called to see what they charge for tires and confirm if they had tires in stock for my car. They did and I was able to get them done and aligned in the same day, within 4 hours of having placed the call. They were honest and helpful the whole time. While I was there a customer called and was running late to drop off her car. They were willing to wait after closing, even telling that customer not to rush.

Dont trust these guys. So back in April I brought in my car to vet the typical oil change every 6 months. I left my car with them over the weekend. So pick it up then during the week I noticed puddle under my car. I called them and told them what was up and they said I would have to bring it in. I thought that was wierd since it had picked it up just a couple days ago from them. Why didnt they see that when they had it? My family started thinking this place had something to do with it. So I waited a month and half then my car started overheating. So then I bring it in to them and they said it was the water pump. They charged me almost $4,000. I have reason to believe it was them that Messes up my car. Dont give them your business. Luckily 2035 is around the corner and when the majority goes electric theyll be out of business.

Originally went to Costco to fix a puncture in one of my tires. Sadly they werent able to fix it but someone had recommended to check out Burbank Tire Pros. The team was super nice and informative. Hugo was professional and responsive. He made himself available for questions and answered them patiently and in-depth. I had rear brake pads and tires replaced, the rear brake rotors were resurfaced and the tires rotated and aligned. The work was finished same day at a competitive price. (I gathered quotes from 5 shops total).Despite this being a new shop for me, I was pleased with the quality of the work and the time frame in which it was completed.Gave them 5 stars (overall, they deserve it), but I would have loved if theyd polished the wheels to finish off the expensive job. That touch would have made it seem even more worth it. Next time!

I came in to Tire Pros for a screw in my tire and was told it was irreparable and sold 2 new budget tires. Not 2 weeks later I developed a leak in one of them while on a cross-country work trip and could not find any Tire Pros locations in the same state. It was late afternoon on a Friday and the only place still open was Costco. Needing something quickly to get me back on the road, I jumped on it before they closed too which would leave me stranded there all weekend. I took it in and they found a mysterious pinhole through the sidewall of the brand-new tire, which they told me was irreparable. As is their policy, since it was AWD they would only sell me 4 brand-new tires. Funny, I got a way better deal on all-season Michelins for the same price as the cheap garbage Tire Pros sold me.Now deeply in the hole after dropping over $1,000 on 6 tires and a Costco membership Ill never use, I returned to Tire Pros to explain my sob story. They wouldnt even look at the tires I brought back with me. The manager explained to me that I shouldve called the number on the paperwork that nobody told me about to find a Tire Pros affiliate to do the work (which wouldnt have mattered since every other shop in the area was closed). As such, they were vanquished of any and all responsibility including even disposing of my now-garbage tire. Hate to say it, but thanks for nothing Tire Pros!

The best customer service ever!!!!I stopped in about two and a half hours before closing to get a tire replaced. When the manager did a courtesy check it was found my brake pads (what was left of the pads)and my rotors needed to be replaced among several other safety issues. Normally I would have left my car and come back the next day but I was far away from home.Having no place to stay and with all the hotels being booked the manager asked his guys to stay overtime to fix my car at no charge to me. They agreed. If the manager had not been so kind and understanding of my situation I dont know what I would have done.How about that! A company that cared so much for their customer they bent over backwards and paid money out of their own pocket to make sure their customer would be able to not only get home but get home safely.If only every company could be like Burbank Tires.To Harry and the wonderful gang thank you very much.

So grateful I noticed an open bay on my way to another tire place. The other place was booked and tried to upsell me on an all terrain set of tires they had ordered that happened to fit my car but the customer didnt pick up. Tire Pros saw the nail in my tire, patched it and got me on my way in minimal time considering I had no appt. Kind people. I was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency at Burbank Tire Pros. I needed a tire repaired, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no “strong arm” sales pitch to buy new tires. It was determined that the tire could be repaired, and it was done in a fairly short amount of time even though the shop was busy with other vehicles. I would definitely recommend this shop for tire issues.

Burbank Tire Pros always takes good care of me. They have serviced my last three cars. I had a nail today in the rear passenger side and they fixed it for free. When I got these tires from them a few years ago, it was from a blowout and they had to order the tires I needed. While I waited for that tires to come in, they even put a loaner tires on my rim so I could drive for a few days to and from work. This goes to show the quality of customer service and why I will keep coming back to this location.

Went in for a flat tire, but it tuned out I was WAY overdue for new tires. Treads were paper thin. Was quoted a fair price with same day installation, but just to be sure I checked Costco for comparison. Costco was a little cheaper, but I talked to Harry and he didnt just match Costcos price, HE BEAT IT. 10/10 would go there again. Ask for Harry (either one, theyre both great!).

A few years back I knew I needed new tires and my mother found this place online and I came in and was helped by Richard who was amazing. He didnt try to get over on me and made sure he gave me the best deals in tires. Fast forward to last weekend when I knew it was time again for some tires. I was sick of the high prices from the dealership and remembered the lasting impression Richard made on me. I googled to make sure they were still opened and called and Richard answered! Although theres a tire pros close by me I drove all the way to Burbank to make sure I saw Richard and again he didnt fail me. He looked over my car, told me exactly what I needed, found me tires that were decent priced, turned on a movie and I was in and out within a few hours. He held great conversation with everyone that came in and helped us all equally. Great customer service and I will ONLY be coming here as long as Richard is there!!! :)

Burbank tire was probably one of the best places I’ve taken my car to for tires! He quoted me a price and when It was time to pay he Knocked off another $40 which I thought was really nice 👍 Plus he asked me if I want an alignment I told him I wasn’t sure if I needed one he said he would let me know and he let me know that I was fine so I felt he was super honest with me and took good care of me so I would highly recommend this company and it’s a small business it’s great to support small business!

I used to go here a few years ago, but then I moved out of the area. Now that Im back in the area, Burbank Tire Pros will continue to be my go to for any of my car needs. They are friendly and honest, you dont feel like you are getting ripped off or told something to make you do more work on your car. I went in for a possible flat and Harry had all my tires checked and found that some were in really bad shape. He showed me the tires and indeed, I didnt realize they were almost bald and had some cracks. One was dangerous to drive on, so out of concern, he had my spare put on to get me through my work day and ordered tires for me for the next day. He even called me to let me know they came in early so it could be done earlier than our appointment time. Great service all the way around! Thanks Burbank Tire Pros!

First time I went with a BMW with a nail in the tire Harry was friendly, professional and honest and and when I told him I used tire sealant he advised to wait and see if it works instead of just taking advantage and fixing the tire. I brought my wrangler the next day they inspected it and torqued the suspension and not charge me since the car had no problems.I will definitely recommend these guys and will take my cars there for future repairs.

I was driving with my 3-yr-old grandson when my tire pressure light came on. Tire Pros was a port in a storm. They took me right in and checked all the tires. We had noticed one of our tires was leaking air after our drive from out of state, so we brought it in about an hour before they closed as well as before the holiday. Their team assured me my car would be looked at and taken care of that day. They kept their word and was able to get to it after closing hour. Plot twist - it turned out there was no leak after all. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had for mechanical or tire maintenance for my truck. This was not a schedule appointment with Burbank Tire Pros but a light in my dashboard that indicated that my tire pressure was rapidly loosing air. In fact when I pulled over you could hear a loud hiss of air escaping. Using my smartphone I found that Burbank Tire Pros were open and headed directly over to the shop. I was greeted with warm friendly smiles and an invitation to their coffee which rivaled a $5.00 Starbucks. I believe the gentleman name Luis who fixed the tire, and he was faster then a gone toupee in a hurricane. The front desk guys were funny and entertaining and bragged most of time about their coffee….which they have ever right to do. If I lived in Burbank I would not only buy tires from them I would asked to them for any advice on keeping my 2020 Toyota 4Runner in tip top shape because I trust them. I Came in on a Saturday and was able to just walk in and get service. Got my tire patched for $20, and found out how much life I had left on my breaks. It was a good experience.

I have a big trailer needed tires installed I called Richard at Tire Pros on victory in Burbank, he moved some stuff made room and had me in there and back on the road in under an hour. Great staff I will definitely be coming back
