The people are so kind and Ive been happy with the prints. But Ive had 3 projects now where I have to remind/check in with them several times in order to make sure the print is actually completed let alone on time. Maybe theyve just been busy every time

I brought a holiday project to David and the team at Burbank printing and they did such a beautiful job. They advised me on colors, special ordered a different paper and even finished it before the holiday. Truly excellent.

Armando and the Burbank printing staff go above and beyond for their clients! Armando helped me with some beautiful post cards and bisneas cards with a days notice! They go out of their way for all clients especially to help my family with our small business, thank you so much and we will continue to use their great services for our business

They were so kind to me. I had a printing job for my great-nieces wedding to be included in the invitations. Kim was very helpful. She made it look exactly like I wanted and to fit in the Invitation envelope.I would recommend Burbank Printing for all you printing needs. They go above and beyond to be helpful.

Armando is amazing! He took on my printing job over a long holiday weekend. Another printing company I was referred to didnt even know what a TRIFOLD BROCHURE was. So it was definitely a relief to speak to a knowledgeable person. Thank you so much!

Based on my experience, Im genuinely surprised (and suspicious) of the positive reviews. I went there with an item for printing that was too large for them to print. The gentleman who helped me was very kind but then charged me 50cents for a copy that he tried to replicate but had the image cut off on either side. I indicated that I would need the full image, but he still charged me 50 cents even though he wasnt able to do the job and said as much. I didnt make a big deal - from the looks of the place I guess they really needed that 50 cents. I ended up getting the item scanned and wanted to give this place another shot so I called them this morning and asked if i was able to send a digital file to have 3 copies printed. The woman on the phone said yes but it wont be ready for four days. I said it would take that long for 3 copies on regular paper? Her response: yes I have a long line of large jobs, and I just cant put yours in the middle of it.... everyone needs stuff. Thanks to that lady for that enlightening exchange. If you find yourself in need of stuff save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. I called kinkos emailed them the file they called me back in 10min to tell me it was ready.

These guys turned around all of my printing for my wedding in just a couple days. I procrastinated on getting the printing done and it put me in a bind with timing. I explained this to them and they were able to make it work and everything came out beautifully.
