In November 2024 Dr. Orloff at Burbank Plastic Surgery performed a Tummy Tuck with tummy and flanks liposuction, and I could not be more thrilled with the results from day one!Dr. Orlloff’s calm demeanor and straightforward answers to all my questions pre- (and post) surgery helped me feel confident going into surgery and afterwards.Every day throughout the day I am so happy with my beautiful flat tummy!I feel very lucky Dr Orloff was/is my surgeon.In addition, Sonia, my first contact at Burbank Plastic Surgery, has been an important part of my experience. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Orloff’s office I felt like home. During my initial consultation, Michelle fully informed me on the rhinoplasty procedure and answered any questions I had. 6 months ago today, I made the best life changing decision of getting my bump removed. I came in to BPS from word of mouth and I had an amazing experience. Dr. Orloff and his amazing staff were so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend Burbank Plastic Surgery! I had an extended tummy tuck with a breast lift 6 weeks ago. Dr Orloff and his staff have gone above and beyond every step of the way. They walked me through the entire process during my preop visit so I would know what to expect on surgery day. This really helped to calm my nerves heading into the big day. During recovery Dr Orloff and the team were available around the clock for any questions or concerns I had! I was going back and forth, contemplating if i should do my cosmetic surgeries. That changed when i met with Dr Orloff. All my doubts went away after my consultation with him. My sister came here about 9 years ago, recommended me to come here for my first surgery being my breast augmentation, 10/10 would recommend!!!! I had an amazing experience with Dr Orloff. I had capsular contracture on both breast from a previous surgery 10 years ago. Dr Orloff was able to remove both capsules and was able to successfully double my size with a natural appearance. Dr. Orloff and staff from Day 1 of my consultation to the day of my surgery plus all my follow up visits have been extremely pleasant. Dr. Orloff took his time with me sharing his professional opinion while allowing me to also give input as to what I was there to see him for. From scheduling my appointment, to paying either on-line or in person went very smoothly. Each time I would call the office, the staff was always in a good mood and answered all the questions I had. I was very happy to receive my bag of goodies that were given to me as a care package to assist me in my pre and post operation. For example, vitamins, anti-brusing pills and other items that came in very handy. It was an extra touch that I didnt expect. What did I end up doing you may ask? I removed my DD implants and had a breast lift simultaneously. I am soooo happy with my new look and it took off 6-7 pounds after my swelling/healing was completed. I HIGHLY recommend the Burbank Plastic Surgery Center and if I ever decided to do anything else to myself, I would happily return to see them.

Dr. Orloff and his staff are amazing. I had breast explant surgery and they made the whole process so easy. They make sure to make you comfortable and answer any questions you have. Most importantly Dr. Orloff takes his time to make sure he understands your needs. My implants were very uncomfortable and I had symptoms I couldn’t be sure were associated with them, but he believed me about how I felt and never pressured me to get new implants or do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. All my symptoms are gone now and I couldn’t be more relieved. No more pain, fatigue, brain fog, or tenderness. If you have been thinking about getting your implants out I highly recommend going to see this office.My anesthesiologist was amazing too as a side note. They made surgery day feel more calm and easy. I was also given instructions and supplements to do before and after the surgery and that really made all the difference as well. I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Orloff and his staff. From the first consultation, I felt like I was being taken care of. I went in for a chin augmentation/liposuction/face tite. I never felt pressured to do anything. I was simply given an honest and fair recommendation for what I needed to do to produce the results I was looking for. Dr. Orloff, the nurses and staff were all incredible from the very first consultation. Everything he said would happen before, during and after surgery, was exactly what came to pass. I could not have been more prepared.My surgery went SO well. I was given medication that helped me sleep and relax the night before and the morning of. I have terrible needle phobia and often pass out when Ive had to be given an IV. The nurses held my hand and Blanka, the anesthesiologist, was absolutely incredible. They even wheeled me into the OR so that I wouldnt need to walk and risk becoming faint. I was surrounded by people who obviously love what they do, and who treated me like family. The last thing I remember before going under was chatting happily with Dr. Orloff and Blanka, and then I woke up to one of the sweet nurses and Dr. Orloff checking in with me and making sure I had plenty of time to recover before going home.Heres the thing I was MOST concerned about. In addition to needle phobia, I also have a history of terrible nausea after general anesthesia. I cannot tell you how surprised I was when I had absolutely NO NAUSEA post surgery! A combination of meds I was given beforehand in addition to a brilliant anesthesiologist meant I felt GREAT after surgery. In fact, after it had worn off enough to where I wasnt groggy (approx 2 hours post op) I was able to get up and help my mom (my nurse!) bake a lemon cake.And lastly, the results are fabulous. My chin augmentation looks so natural and the bruising and swelling was fairly minimal. What an easy recovery process. They even gave me vitamins to start taking weeks before surgery so that my body would be primed to heal quickly. Big thank you to Dr. Orloff and his team. I highly recommend them. If I ever need or want anything else done, thats where Im going. :-)

I am 4 months into my rhinoplasty and I was more than anxious to undergo surgery. I am 18 years old and I am amazed at what Dr. Orloff and his staff created. They made me feel very comfortable and explained step by step what was needed to be done.My parents and I visited a few people before Dr. Orloff and each was different. Different ideas and creations for my look. I loved what Dr.Orloff created and I still do. I go in for checkups once a month. After my surgery, I had no pain. I didnt take one pain medication, even though it was prescribed, I only took my antibiotics. Every morning for one week his staff member Rebecca would call me and check up on me.The one thing I love about their work is how clean it is, how clean and genuine the people there are. Overall I would recommend anyone to Dr.Orloff. Hes an amazing surgeon and I dont regret a thing.

After years of my wife having breathing problems and self image issues regarding her nose. I started to look for a plastic surgeon. After months of looking we settled on Dr. Orloff. When we arrived Michelle greeted us. Took some pictures, then the doctor walked in put us at ease came off as a real compassionate person. Never once told us what he thought was wrong. But addressed the issues that were mentioned. I loved this as we had seen another doctor some years back and was pointing out every flaw he thought he saw. The surgery when off with no issues. The aftercare was simply amazing with multiple follow-up and numerous calls or text. They were always there every step of the way. As for the results they were just perfect he was able to shape her nose in such a way that 99% of people including her family had no idea. Most people that did notice couldnt place what was different (I think it was the confidence). Not even her family noticed when she saw them 2 and half weeks later. For someone who never expected to be getting facial plastic surgery, Dr. Orloff and Burbank Plastic Surgery are the ideal scenario. I lost a bunch of weight in my late 20s and I was left with sagging neck skin/turkey neck and it was driving me INSANE. Im fine with ageing, but Id finally reached my ideal weight for the first time in my life, and because of it I suddenly looked much older than I actually was!This was the first office I visited to see what my options were. Id researched some options online already, and again, since this is my face were talking about, I had MANY questions and concerns. Everyone in that office is friendly and accommodating, patient and willing to answer even the most basic questions, and seem to be speaking honestly about what could work for me, what I really needed, etc. I ended up seeing Dr. Orloff so I could get his opinion firsthand, which was to either to do FaceTite or a mini neck lift.He really put me at ease. He was super informative and just seemed to want to do what I wanted to do, which was nice. (During a later consultation at a different practice I was aggressively upsold with stuff like while youre doing X you should also do Y and Z at the same time so you wont have to worry about it later!)So after that consultation, I figured I should check out a couple other places and try some other things before going for the invasive surgery route. In a years time I tried microneedling and aggressive tretinoin, I got consultations for various laser treatments and neck lift consultations from a couple other surgeons. I looked into PDO thread lifts, fillers, microcurrent, face yoga, and probably everything else under the sun. In the end, I decided that I could do all these things, MAYBE get good results, and potentially spend a lot more money than I would if I went with the one-and-done surgery option.So I went back to Burbank Plastic Surgery almost exactly a year later and they still had my last consultation on file, but I went anyway in case something had changed. Again, I have to live with my face for the rest of my life, so the whole process is very scary to me. I cant let just anyone cut me up and mess around with my face! I had a million questions again and the staff answered everything, and I booked a date for my surgery. I ended up going with what was classified as a mini face lift.The whole time I was given very clear instructions on how to care for myself pre and post-op, and a vitamin regimen to follow for optimal healing. They provided the specially formulated vitamins for that whole thing. (They werent pleasant-- six horse pill sized vitamins a day for 3-ish weeks, but you do what you gotta do.)As for the surgery itself, Dr. Orloff seemed to go above and beyond what I thought would be included with this surgery. Im no expert at what surgeons do in there, but from my obsessive research beforehand, I thought the surgery was basically just pulling back the excess skin, but Dr. Orloff tightened the muscle in my neck and liposuctioned this bit of fat that Ive had under my chin, which resulted in me having a defined jawline for the first time in my entire life!! 😭I thought Id never tell anyone that Id gotten plastic surgery, but it was such a good experience for me that I end up telling people about it all the time. Id recommend Burbank Plastic Surgery to them if they ever wanted to get anything done.

Dr. Orloff, Gema and Michelle are who I primarily interacted with, but everyone in the office was wonderful in all aspects of the process of my procedure.I felt my needs were beyond the basic, so I decided to meet with Dr. Orloff for my consultation. As a very modest person, Gema and Dr. Orloff made me feel as comfortable as possible when putting it all out there to discuss. Both listened to my history, and he was thoughtful with his observations, and recommendations. They took the time to answer as many questions as I could come up with! These included before, during and after the procedure. Gema was clear with my pre-op information, and answered additional questions that I had via email after my consultation.On the day of the surgery saying I was nervous doesnt even describe it. The surgical team was great though, distracting me with conversation while prepping and ultimately taking me into the operating room. They recommended that I do lymphatic massage after surgery, and I was really nervous about it so I didnt start that until more then a week after. Now that I have done it, I wish I had done it sooner. Ask them more about this! I was afraid of how painful it would be, but it wasnt at all. Michelle worked with me to schedule a series. She was the masseuse and we talked the entire time like we were long time girlfriends. She is also very complementary and really cheers you on in recovery. The massage was relaxing and helpful for my healing and swelling. I cant recommend this additional piece to recovery enough, do it early and often. When I got home for surgery, I figured out where I was going to be. I started in bed, but when I woke up from a nap - I couldnt get up, so I moved to another location for about a week before trying to lay down in bed again. If you follow the guidelines, the pain for me was really not that bad. The hardest part was the up and down to go to the bathroom and waiting a week to shower!After surgery you should wear a compression garment for what will seem like a lifetime! Do it! Its worth it even though its not that comfortable. (in my opinion) This is one thing that I would consider when choosing when to do you surgery. I didnt realize, or ask the question before surgery about how long this would last. Each patient, and each procedure are different, but ask this question in your consultation. I did my surgery in the middle of the summer, and wearing the compression garment the rest of the summer was a huge bummer for me. I get hot easily and this didnt help. Wearing shorts out in public with the type I needed to wear, but having it not show just wasnt going to happen. Lets be real, its not the end of the world, but if I was gonna tell my story, I wanted to be honest. Ask about recovering and what that means for you, how long it will take so you can plan for yourself.I promise, Ill wrap this up soon. Im now at my 6 month mark! I feel great, I have had many compliments from friends who havent seen me since the pandemic started and Im extremely happy that I did this. I spent nearly 40 years with scars that kept me from feeling like I could really be myself. Dr. Orloff was able to reduce those old scars, and give me the confidence that I always wish I had. I look forward to continuing to watch my new scars fade more and more and seeing what the long term results are.If you are considering elective surgery of any kind, but arent sure if its for you, go see Burbank Plastic Surgery and find out what your options are, at the very least you wont regret getting the information, but you will likely be surprised at how comfortable they can make you feel about the process.

Dr Orloff is a rockstar!I went to the surgeon my insurance sent me to and left his office sobbing. Dr. Orloff came highly recommended by several people, so I went for a second opinion. Wow what a difference! He not only made me feel confident that his work was going to be exactly what I needed, it actually was. I needed breast reconstruction after I didnt heal correctly from a breast surgery by another doctor to remove possible cancerous cells. As if a cancer scare werent enough; my beautiful breast was ugly and deformed in my opinion and was severely impacting my self esteem and my relationship. Dr. Orloffs bedside manner put me at ease about fixing what I though was wrong. He was kind and caring not only about the cosmetics of the situation, but me as a person and how I saw myself. I had a mucocele surgery done by another doctor. Unfortunately that left me with pretty noticeable scar tissue on my lower lip. I went to my old doctor a few times, even had another surgery and an injection. None worked. The scar tissue was still there and VERY noticeableI found Dr. Orloff through my insurance. From the get go, he told me he wouldnt wanna cut me open again and he wanted to try his injection. Weve done it twice. Once in April, another one in August. The scar tissue has gone down significantly, almost completely gone. I appreciate the fact that he didnt try to upsell me with major treatments (surgery/etc) and only recommended doing basic treatment that he felt would work for my situation (and it did).The scar is almost gone, its still kind of there but barely noticeable. For the first treatment, I went through my insurance, for the second treatment, I paid out of pocket. The reason I paid out of pocket for the second one was because there was a lot of hurdles with the insurance for the first treatment.While Dr. Orloff gave me excellent care, I wanted to give a shout out to Rebecca, the office manager.As I said before, there were a lot of hurdles with the insurance with the first treatment. But Rebecca was VERY patient and PROFESSIONAL in handling this situation for me. There were a few moments, I got very frustrated and anxious with the insurance (4 months, a lot of back and forths between the insurance and I) but Rebecca stayed calm, patient and professional. She responded to every call, question, anything I had to ask. Finally, the insurance settled the claim, I paid my co pay and everything is good.I seriously have never met someone like Rebecca before especially in the medical industry. The way she handled this matter was above and beyond.You hear a lot of stories esp with anything related to plastic surgery, how some places will try to upsell you and take advantage of you. Not here. They gave me a fair price to pay out of pocket for the second treatment and thanks to Rebecca, I find this place honest, transparent, straightforward, no bs, patient and professional with my billing inquires.Like seriously, Doctor Orloff, if you see this, give the woman a raise, she deserves it.If I ever need to have any work done, Ill come back here.

Dr. Orloff is an artist! He was recommended to me by a friend whose mother had a very successful face/necklift last year in her 80’s (!). And she came all the way from Laguna to Burbank! From the moment I walked past the calming fountain, into the Tuscan colored offices, I knew I was in good hands -- someone with a good eye for aesthetics and with taste.Dr. Orloff was the third doctor I had a consultation with, his website offered a “mini facelift” which was more in line with what I wanted. I wanted to lift my jawline and look like my younger self, not like some else, not like a BH housewife. I met with him in July (yes, during Covid) and by August I was having my lift (all with very safe protocols). What better time to have a facelift than when you can hide under a mask! He performs the procedure in his offices (a surgical center), under general anesthesia. So easy. I checked in at 7:30 am, and by 1 pm I was heading home with prescribed vitamins and pain killers. I only needed one. Next day, I came back to have the drains removed; and 7 days later to have the stitches around my ears removed. The hard part was sleeping propped up for a week, not putting weight on my ears. Neck pillows (u-shaped) really help.In addition to the mini lift, he also suggested fat injections, harvesting my own fat from my hips (liposuction bonus!) and balancing my face. He is very passionate about improving the contour of the face with fat injections, and it definitely evened things out for a very natural look. The bruising and swelling was minimal. After 10 days, I met friends for dinner outdoors and I looked 90% back to normal --I only had a big bruise on my chin to hide (with my mask). They both repeated how great I looked. After 3 weeks, all swelling and bruising was gone and I could exercise again. The incision under my chin is taking time to heal (it’s a white ridge after 5 weeks, still healing) – this is where he did the neck lift from. Apparently, he did a little extra work there, no more sagging or cords dangling. It looks great!I am completely happy with the results, no regrets. The best compliment I got was from my 37 year old daughter who said “It looks like you walked into a time machine and I’m looking at your face from 20 years ago!”. I’m 62, but apparently look 42 ?? Exactly what I wanted.PS – I would say the only negative is the quality of before/after photos. Take your own!

Dr. Orloff operated on my right ear lobe which had a keloid the size of a quarter. After the procedure I did five sessions radiation therapy. Three months later and my ear looks great! Ive had this keloid for 10 years and ever since I went to Dr. Orloff it changed my life! He did a great job in removing my keloid and reconstructing my ear. Cant thank him enough!

Several years ago I took a friend of mine, an elderly man who wasn’t fond of doctors, to Dr. Orloff to have skin cancer removed. When my friend healed, there was no scar and he was very impressed with Dr. Orloff’s office.After that, I said to myself, this is where I’m coming for cosmetic surgery in the future. First of all, I am not Aexander, I am his mother! Hes been putting gremlins in my desk top! My name is June.I had a broken implant when my cars airbag deployed in an accident. Dr. Orloff did a great job, gave me options to think about before replacement. The only thing I was not happy with, was Dr.s wife does laser. I asked to have some sun spots removed, probably 2-3 treatments. The first treatment did nothing, so I did not want to take a chance, pay more and have it not work. I use a skin fade cream now. But if you need a surgery, I DO think Dr. George Orloff is quite good. Definately get a consultation!PS: I am not Alexander Maxson. Dr. George Orloff and Dr. Blanc Orloff are the finest in their field!! I lived in Los Angeles for eleven years and got very used to the BEST!! I did try a couple of other Doctors but I always came back to Dr. George Orloff! My daughter was referred to a fancy Dr in Beverly Hills for breakout and we both left mortified at his suggestions! She then went to Dr Orloff who not only made her feel good about her skin but herself as well!!We both have lived in NYC now for a year. We fly back to see Dr. Orloff and his team!! Again, when you have had the best why take a chance!! He has expanded his services so much since I went to him ten years ago. I really recommend Dr. Swistun if you want to get work done. I decided to get a breast augmentation and made the appointment. The doctor I got was Dr. Swistun so I googled him up and learned that he had an artistic background, which I like because he has the eye and hand to know what would look good and to make it look amazing. When I met him I felt I was able to trust him. After the consultation, I knew he was the one and I didnt have to look any further. Before and after the whole proceeder we kept in touch to talk about all my worries and concerns. What surprised me was that I know I bruise easily but I only got a very tiny bruise. Dr. Swistun has my eternal gratitude. About a month and a half ago I sliced my finger open extremely deep. It was just past midnight, and needless to say I was pretty freaked out. Of course, Ive cut myself over the years, but never remotely like this. Dr. Swistun made himself immediately available, was VERY calming, and took great care of me, evaluating and treating. I never for a moment had the impression he was put out by the unfortunate timing; (being so early in the morning) to the contrary, all I felt was care. Seeing that much of the inside of your finger is disturbing and he made it OK. Over the next few weeks, Dr. Swistun checked in more than I could have hoped for or expected. Ive since made a full recovery. Obviously not something one ever wants to happen, but Im glad Dr. Swistun and Burbank Plastic Surgery was there when it did. Thank you!!
