Came in with a desktop that I had been upgrading for the past couple days and wasnt able to get it running again. He looked at it for 5-10 minutes asking questions about it and fixed in a jiffy. And even cleaned and installed a drive bay on my ssd. Definitely recommend him for any computer problems.
Great deal on fast computer repairs. They fixed both my laptop and desktop in a day. Heck, they even set me up with servicing my fan and upgrading my memory at a great price. I strongly recommend BCE for any repairs.
These people have been the most promising, relaxed, knowledgable experts Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I just telephoned in a furry of BIOs confusion and they were able to point out the exact setting with limited information (and from a slightly hysterical caller) in no time flat. Very respectful. I was very impressed by the service I received at this establishment my laptop was not working and the person that saw me gave me some great options on what I could do with it for a reasonable price they helped me out and installed a brand new system I was happy with with how it turned out and how it worked definitely check them out

2023-08-29 17:05:40Wonderful place and my laptop which had locked up my email was fixed promptly. Very fair prices. I also took my tablet back to fix email also. All taken care of. This will be MY computer repair place from now on.

2020-07-13 23:17:29I have never left a review on google but Paul is amazing. Super knowledgeable and super competent. He diagnosed my issue on the phone (I needed a new monitor) whereas other places wanted me to bring in my laptop to diagnose the issue. Fixed my computer monitor the same day he received a new monitor.

Fortunately when he started to check out the computer while I was waiting, the wifi started to work. He test it several times and it was working. He did not charge me for his time.Awesome guy with great personality. He is my go to guy for computer needs from now on.

He listened intently as I showed him the codes my computer gave me. He gave me my options and then promptly performed the fix!I am immensely grateful the guy (I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name) was ultra calm, cool and Collected the entire time...he was down to earth, pragmatic and awesome! It seems like Apple makes them difficult by design, to compel you to bring it into the Apple store where they price gouge you on the repair/replacement to your machine.I am so grateful to have had Paul help me with my problem.
