I felt safe there! The front desk staff is efficient, friendly, and swift. Able to help everyone and don’t let the waiting room scare you, it moves very fast. I had Valentina examine me and she was sooooooooo nice! Made me feel comfortable and very patient with me. Thanks again!!

This was arguably the most efficient mammogram I have ever experienced. First off, I found street parking less than 150 feet away from the door… walked in and was greeted by two front desk clerks who were so warm and inviting. Then my tech Dawn called me in and had the absolute most pleasant demeanor. She was engaging and funny and totally personable… don’t know if you can “Request a Tech”, but ask for Dawn! From scheduling to appoint completion, it was virtually painless. I’ll be back (cause I have a follow up appointment in the future ;)

Staff were kind and helpful. Clinic is very busy and run smoothly. Parking connected to the clinic was shaded and clean. Cost is $6-10 for parking. Results of tests were processed promptly and posted to their app so I can see them.

Horrible experience. The entire neighborhood is doing massive tree trimming making parking impossible. I came 20 minutes early & was looking for parking for 20 minutes. Finally found a spot that was a ten minute walk. I walked as fast as possible and arrived 11 minutes late. The girl told me, sorry you are late your appointment is canceled. Seriously?! They are aware of the city tree trimming situation, made no difference. She said she could accommodate me in an hour, so i sat in the office & waited. The irony is she called me in 15 minutes after my rescheduled appointment. Beyond stupidity

I arrived to the appointment early. All of the attendants were pleasant and very attentive to my disability needs. The technician that was assigned to me named Ella was the best. Unfortunately I do have a lot of doctors appointments and Miss Ella will now be a part of my grand slam team that takes care of me and I appreciate her thank you so much.

The entire process is quick and easy. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The technician told me about the advanced equipment used for mammograms. The momentary discomfort is worth the piece of mind knowing I am taking care of myself

Everyone there is very nice and the techs were great. Caring, careful and considerate. I say 4 and not 5 starts because I had a 10:30am appointment, for which I arrived at 10am. I had both an ultrasound and a mammogram. I didnt leave until after 12:30pm. It seemed a bit overbooked. Many women were waiting a long time and seemed upset. Its hard enough to go through these tests and many people are anxious if they know they have an issue. Making people wait this long is a bit unnecessary. Perhaps better scheduling will help.

It was my first time at this location. Everyone was super nice and friendly. At first they were giving me a little hard time with my work order, but Alexis was absolutely amazing and they were able to see me. The technician who did my appointment was amazing as well. I was there an hour past my appointment time. When I inquired about the wait, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I wasnt there at the scheduled time. Thank goodness there was a carbon copy of the sign-in sheet, which proved that I was there at my scheduled appointment time. Im not sure how I got lost in the shuffle. This was my first visit, and Im not sure if I will return.

I came to the Burbank breast center to have an ultrasound in my grain area looking for swan lymph nodes to assess if my cancer was gone. I was called very quickly and didnt have to wait long. The staff was also very personable and understanding. My doctor had made an error in the order and they allowed me to stay and continued with a verbal indication from the doctor that it was OK to proceed. They were friendly and attentive. A very good experience overall.

The technicians were wonderful as always, the front of house however never ran my paperwork to check me in had me waiting in for an hour, despite me checking with them 3 and the. Blamed it on me and said I had to wait 3 additional hours to be seen because I missed my appointment despite me checking in with them 20 minutes before my appointment was scheduled.

This is the last place you want to go if you have breast cancer. 3 random customer service reps told me I didnt need a mammogram. Nonmedical people should not be advising this. Got a mammogram despite their insistence and persistent issues with scheduling and the nightmare of transferring records here. I get imaging and was told I might have cancer but no one has time to do a biopsy, so go home and cross your fingers. Called 8 times to schedule a biopsy, no one responded. They ask for payment as soon as you walk in. Told them they were charging me for the wrong service. The girl at the desk asured me they werent, then hands me a receipt for the wrong service at a price double what my service costs. Billing office says they have no record of the procedure. So now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Had to retrieve my records from there. Was told to come in during business hours. Drive 1 hour out of my way. The doors are locked. Who know what the hours are, they arent correct on the Web apparently. Not really the work Im trying to do when Im going through a stressful time in my life.

The office ambiance was noticeably serene. Every staff member was harmoniously kindhearted to everyone who entered their contagiously peaceful office. From check-in to check-out the entire experience was remarkably impressive. It is rare to find professionalism anywhere these days, but when you do, it stands out like a sore thumb. I dont look forward to medical office visit, yet, Im grateful I got to experience this visit at this location. They really make your visit painlessly comfortable, especially for those of us who are in a wheelchair. Thank you for having such a memorable, efficient, and professional staffed office.

The front office girl was great. The technician was lacking any bedside manner, and was really rushing me. She said to just change my clothes in the room with her, instead of taking me to the private changing area. She was a tad bit snappish when telling me where to put my clothes and purse in her room, like I should have already known. After she finished and I told her my doctor specifically requested a disc she got a little irritated and said he will get a report. I repeated 3 times that he specifically told me to get him a disc and she said talk to the girl in front, I dont do discs. She was just rushing, dismissive and seemed so irritated from the moment she opened the door to the lobby and called my name. There was only one other woman waiting in the lobby so I cant imagine she was under pressure to rush. There was a specific reason my doctor needed the disc, and had she not been so impatient with me I would have explained the reason to her, but tbh, it was way over her head. I have not heard from this facility since and have no idea if they even looked at the images or created a report.At any other mammogram appointment at any other facility I have been treated with kindness by caring nurses and technicians. Everyone knows that we women are sensitive about being there for our mammograms. There was no serenity, just a feeling like I was taking up her time and she had other, more important things to do.Actually, I have been treated better at the gas station. Next time Ill go to a different facility.

Had to wait for one hour even though I had an appointment.i had uploaded all my documentation and I.D.s to their site as requested...when I got there they didnt have anything and I had to repeat everything. The young women in front office were ridiculous, lost and confused. They put many people through difficulty as I sat there and watched/listened in absolute disbelief. I will never book an appointment there again.

I went in today for an ultrasound . I was pretty concerned due to a past health issue. The staff made me feel comfortable. I was further eased by the fact that I would get results right away. They went above and beyond by fitting me into a busy day for a mammogram, just to make sure everything was OK. Im very relieved, and grateful for such an efficient and compassionate staff. The one problem I have with this place is when I am sent there for an exam which includes me having to drink several ounces of water an hour before my appointment and when I get there and they make me wait even an extra five minutes on a full bladder doesn’t work out well they need to prioritize these types of appointments. I’ve gone three times not being able to hold my water due to waiting mind you it takes me a month to get an appointment time not cool not cool at all.

Virtual check-in did not work. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, they ask to arrive 20 minutes before. I waited, and waited.. Finally called 40 minutes after arriving (10 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and was directed to a call center rather than the actual office, who informed me that my virtual check-in did not go through. Long story slightly shorter, I went in at that point to check-in in person.For this not to happen again to anyone else in the future, it would be helpful if your system had an auto-response stating that one’s check-in was received and a follow-up text will come through when you’re ready for one to go into the office.Other than that, the rest of the visit itself, the staff was very pleasant.

I was late about 50 minutes for my mamo appointment due to the health care workers protest in Burbank location and also took time to find the correct parking because that hospital has so many buildings in a vast spread area. However the kind hearted staff managed to include me without sending me back and come back again after I explained my personal situation. Very nice of them. The technician lady was very professional and kind .

I was late to my appointment and everyone was so accommodating and nice. I got to witness several patients be incredibly NASTY to some of the staff without realizing this is a super busy practice and there were a great deal of things going on the staff was dealing with. The staff maintained their professionalism and helped each and every person. I genuinely appreciated the service I received there. My tech was amazing (Im sorry I didnt get her name) and made me feel so comfortable. (I was really nervous) Strong work everyone!

It was my very first mammogram ever. I didn’t know what to expect exactly and was nervous. The receptionist were really friendly and the whole process was so fast! I filled out my medical documentation online so that was out of the way before I arrived for my appointment. Checking and walking out all took about 20 minutes total. In the past, when having a mammogram, the wait time was at least an hour. But today I was pleasantly surprised - only 10 min wait for the changing room and only 5 min wait to actually get the mammogram, so awesome!!!. And the Tech was very pleasant, with clear directions & I was done in less than 10 minutes. Love this newer technology coupled with professional service. Parking was easy as well, and only $4.00. Stress free experience:)

The service was fine however, the results were not read or sent to my primary care doctor. I went to my doctors office 8 business days after service to talk about the results only to find out my results were not read or sent to the doctor. This is not good, as patients we are concerned when we take tests for conditions and a week is more than enough time for results to be read and sent to the primary care doctor. I will not be going here if needed in the future.

Although difficult using the web appointment schedule, because of the imitations of knowledge of patient not being privy to information as a Clinician would. This could be improved by using a code for a diagnostic test or a link to the referring doctor to acess requested test. I needed a bilateral ultrasonic imaging as well as the annual diagnosic mammogram.But I was was authorized & booked for one L-breast! What? Im here to do both!This was an annual mammogram test & a follow up of an ultrasound imaging of both breasts from a of suspicious finding from a manual digital exam at my primary doctor office. 2022 during Covid! Come on! What if there was something missed on my right breast!I find the front desk lacking in patient service. Leaving patients to wait to be serviced with rescheduling or future scheduling. It seems that although many are in present, they want or truly on us/the patient to do it ourselves. Like self checkout at the grocery store!Now then saying these, I found the clinician staff quite friendly accommodating, and sympathetic to the patients undergoing their test procedures. As a patient I would like a visit by the Doctor ‘WHO’ is reading the mammogram, and the ultrasound to explain what the findings are, and answer questions that may arise as to why symptoms or no symptoms are present and why there is a need for a follow up return that is recommended.It is the personal touch that is missing! This is a stressful, anxious procedure for the patient. This would be most beneficial maybe a particular staff member could represent the doctors findings, answer questions to calm the anxiety.Bottom line not for this to be such a clinical Impersonal experience.

I wanted to make my 6 month follow up appointment and she rudely told me to call back two months in advance to make an appointment because she was “too busy” to schedule my appointment. I highly recommend this place to get a mammogram. I had an appointment on March 27th 2023 at 4:20pm. They were on time and it took 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional and so was the medical technician lady. At 8:50am the next day I had already received my results online. I thought it was pretty amazing. To book your appointment you can go online on their website and it’s really easy or you can call them. They will send you a reminder a few days before your appointment. Parking is pretty challenging in the neighborhood so maybe arrive 15 min before your appointment. There is a parking structure I think but I did not try to get in. I just got lucky to find a spot on the street next to the building.Once again, I highly recommend this place.

I showed up 20 min late for my today’s appointment due to some constructions on the road, the stuff was very helpful when I called and said I was running late. They warned me I could only be 15 min late for my appointment, otherwise they would have to reschedule me. They fit me in a few hours later same day, the ultrasound professional was very friendly and gentle enough with medical equipment to sooth my anxiety. She was also fast, explained to me in details what she was going to do first, I really appreciate them putting me same day for the screening and very warm and super pleasant environment. Hope my results will be great too!Really recommend this facility, amazing stuff.If I ever have to get back-I would choose them with no doubt.

I was able to book an appointment for the same week!! That’s a win these days. I had a bit of a snafu with that appointment but they quickly fixed the situation and got me in the next morning. Just to clarify, it was better for me to come back and get everything I needed done at once. It was handled very well. Once there, they are very kind and efficient. The office staff is always super friendly and kind both on the phone and in person. I like that they still offer social distancing protocols... I imported my paperwork on a website and sent a text message when I parked...(theres a big structure and occasional street parking.) They sent me a message when they were ready for me to come in. Just got my annual mammogram done here with Sandra who is petite and very sweet. She’s very thorough and made sure it was me before the procedure and verified that the information I had filled out prior online was accurate. She found inconsistencies in my answers and we corrected them together. She wasn’t rushed or flustered at all by this. She staged me on her big machine ever so lightly and delicately on each side and proceeded to take pics. It was truly such a sweet moment where two completely strangers were at ease with each other during these unlikely times. It was all too quick. Recommend this location for its swift and organized system as well as its helpful and lovely personnel.

I came here twice for a follow up to a previous exam performed at a different location. Both times after waiting in the office I was told that my appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled because of computer issues. They couldn’t get my scan results from the CD given directly from my previous provider. This place uses a 3rd party to make appointments. Which is the first mistakeTrying to save money and cut corners they make it an inconvenience for the patient. I had an appointment but was given no information about what was needed when I arrived. A woman named Aura at the location was nasty and mad I did not have all the documents she requested. I was shocked how outdated this facility is that they do not use electronic files like everywhere else. Why do they need everything in paper in hand? It is much safer and more secure for your personal information to have it sent through a secure system. This was an urgent need and this woman Aura cancelled my appointment. Never have I ever had such an awful experience. Rude reception desk. Never checked me in then when I asked them, they said “Oh, did you sign in?” YES. TWENTY- FIVE minutes ago. My sticker was just stuck to the edge of their counter forgotten about as they checked in other people who came in after me. It is stressful. You don’t need to make the experience 10 times worse by having incompetent and rude staff.I also witnessed a HIPPA violation while in the waiting room. They gave someone’s test results CD to the wrong person along with their own. He came back 5 minutes later and returned it. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go, this place has gone way downhill.

My complaint is that they told me to come in and was definitely not ready for me to do the final check in. I waited an additional 15 minutes. It is my second year going there and sadly I have to say one more time that it wasn’t the best experience. I went earlier thinking I will be serviced in the order of arrival and it wasn’t like that. Then my appointment was at 1230 and still they gave priority to people that arrived after me just because their appointment were before me. Then when I had to wait till 1 to go inside they took two women that got there after me, so I really felt this place is very disorganized and if they have their own way to see the patients they don’t have a good plan for it. I wasn’t the only one feeling this way cause there was another lady complaining. On top of that the staff is not kind or friendly at all. Usually at places like this, the environment is more welcoming and nice. I hope my insurance won’t send me there again the next year. I hate giving bad reviews but that’s how I felt.
