I recently had Bullseye Leak Detection install a Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff valve at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.The plumber who performed the installation, Sonny, was exceptionally skilled, polite, and efficient. Sonny and another employee arrived on time, clearly explained the installation process, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.The installation itself was seamless and professionally done. The team worked diligently and ensured everything was functioning correctly before they left. He also took the time to show me how to use the shutoff valve, which I greatly appreciated. They were extremely respectful of my property and cleaned up the area around the job site before leaving--they actually left the property cleaner than it had been when they arrived.Moreover, the entire team at Bullseye Leak Detection was a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service was top-notch, and they were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.I highly recommend Bullseye Leak Detection for their excellent service and expertise. Stan and Josiah did a marvelous job, figuring out the least invasive way of fixing a broken hot water pipe under the slab foundation, taking care not to ruin any murals or expensive tile flooring. They did a neat and efficient job cleaning up perfectly at the end. I would recommend Bullseye to anyone. (This is the second time we have needed their services.)

We hired Bullseye to detect a leak on our deck.The office staff was very friendly and professional. They fully explained the whole procedure in detail and the cost, which was very affordable. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day.The technician Adrian arrived on time and was also very friendly and professional, but most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. Within one hour, he was able to detect the leak on our deck. Money well spent!If you have a leak, I would not hesitate to call Bullseye. I highly recommend them.

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Steven from Bullseye Leak Detection. He was sent by Renewal by Anderson to figure out why water was getting into my home near the slide glass door which was installed by Renewal!I was absolutely blown away by how thorough Steven was and his depth of knowledge. He also gave solutions which made sense! He explained every problem and how to correct them.I’m 62 yrs old and have had numerous companies come out to tell me the problem but very few also explained how the problem could be fixed.This was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. I didn’t feel like he was trying to get over on me. It was an awesome experience and good to know in this climate of dog eat dog there are companies out there who are honest and straight up! Experience with Bullseye Leak Detection was phenomenal, the plumbing team handled business and one of the guys stayed late on a Friday to ensure our service was on point.Dan “The Man” leak detector supervisor made our decision to choose Bullseye our go to company now and in the future!Plumbing crew guys Jeff and Joe were very knowledgeable and not to mention polite with me and the wife. I thought I had a leak in an underground pipe coming from my pool. My pool guy spent hours trying to track the leak down and couldn’t do it. I was thinking worst case scenario and thought this repair could potentially get up to the thousands of $$. Called Bullseye based on their great reviews and I’m glad I did. Just had my Flo by Moen leak detection and water shutoff device installed by Stan and Allan. Excellent and professional experience from start the finish with Bullseye Leak Detection. Rian responded quickly to the request for bid and provided a reasonable estimate. Amber from the office was easily available and extremely helpful with details of timing. Stan and Allan arrived exactly at beggining of arrival window and completed the task earlier than expected. The copper work is spotless and now insulated. They assisted with electronic device setup and clearly knew the product. They did not leave until everything worked. Everyone seems to have their eye on customer service. Well done.

I was extremely impressed with Allen’s Leak detection and customer service skills. Not only did Allan find our leak within a half an hour, he also worked with his team to field an impromptu inquiry I had regarding a non-op fire suppression gauge which he coordinated an additional estimate to repair. I was equally impressed with Jeff’s repair and customer service skills. Jeff did an excellent irrigation leak repair as well as an excellent gauge, piping, and valve replacement on our fire repression system. Working with Bullseye was a very pleasant experience and I will highly recommend them to others.

I have absolute trust in this company. In their professionalism, quality and reasonable service prices. This is the third time we’ve utilized this company and every time they have done an excellent job. The first time was in 2019 with a leaky pipe within the walls, which had caused significant damage to our house at that time. Bullseye came out and was able to determine things in a professional and timely manner. The second time was utilizing them in our new home, and discovering a leak to the pool which they were able to repair. Today I noticed water damage to the ceiling. I thought it might be the fire sprinkler system and couldn’t get the first two or three companies to come out and look at it. I called Bullseye to see if they could help with the leak. They were great at diagnosing our leak problem in the kitchen. They had to remove some flooring and cabinetry in order to dry out damaged area. Darren was so professional and proficient in his work, and in his overseeing the other workers, as well as being a very pleasant and helpful gentleman! Bullseye Leak Protection really saved us! We had a pipe burst during the Christmas holiday season. It was very hard to get a plumber to come out to the house. The ones who we did find were charging us an arm and a leg to make the repair. One even suggested that we replumb the entire house! But Bullseye found the leak and figured out the least disruptive way to fix it. They kept telling us that their goal is to make it seem like the leak never happened and they were never there. And they succeeded! The plumber Jesse and his helper Max and Marina in the office were all fantastic, respectful, efficient, and professional. And most of all they were so nice to my mom -- which of course is bonus points!

Dan was our highly professional and skilled technician who resolved our leak issue. Our somewhat new and cracked auto fill was set higher than the pool drain and continuously filling the pool at 1-6 gallons per hour. The city of Davis alerted us of constant leak and was able to isolate that it was coming from the outside versus inside the house; toilet, faucet, etc. Dan was able to repair the crack, adjust the auto fill bulb to the correct height and recommend how to replace the auto fill piece. Dan was incredibly thorough despite the leak being a minor issue. Not to mention, he was so sweet and patient to my son and his friend who were swimming outside the entire time. We haven’t had any problems and the landscape is drying out around the pool.I want to mention that Bullseye was my second callafter calling a different leak detection company. The first company had a receptionist who quickly asserted that finding a 1 gallon per hour leak is nearly impossible. The person who took my initial call at Bullseye was courteous, patient, helpful and very informative. The process from start to finish was smooth, professional and efficient.Thank you, Bullseye and Dan for the outstanding work!!

After big storm I reported my leak to my insurance company AAA who was on it. I quickly had experts call. Bullseye Leak Detection was awesome. I watched as they carefully combed through all possibilities. Steven Scott was my technician, friendly, polite, and efficient. They found the source of leak which and even checked my water pressure before they left. Since California is trying to conserve water I see this as a complementary extra that should be appreciated by the water conservation experts. I had a leak in the skimmer of my pool which required replacement. Trevor came out to do the estimate and was punctual and extremely professional. He temporarily patched my skimmer to buy some time before the repairs could be done. Carlos came out a month later to fix everything and was awesome. This guy was so nice and respectful and just handled his business like a professional should. Trevor and Carlos just showed up and went to work; No issues, no problems. This company is A+ and I give them 10 stars if I could. Steven was at my home and did a leak detection on my cement slab. Where he discovered I had a leak in a water pipe under the cement slab. 🙁 I scheduled an appointment with Marina, who’s their repair coordinator. Marina was very helpful.Today Jeff and Marcus came over and WENT TO WORK. After a couple hours Jessie (aka Turbo is what Jeff calls him) showed up and worked with Jeff and Marcus on my PROBLEM. Instead of Jack hammering my floors to repair the leak in the slab it was decided to go through my wall and cut the water pipe that was coming up through the floor. Therefore I would never have the same water issue in the future. Then they rerouted my water pipe through the wall and down the wall to my sink. All in all, I have hot water again!! 😀 The guys worked excellent together. They were clean and extremely professional and KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. I’am SO glad I read Bullseye’s reviews before I contacted them. I would recommend this company 100%. When Jeff and Marcus first showed up they said “we will find the problem, and fix it”. If I could double the score I would. Was referred to Bullseye by two other pool sources I trust including my pool maintenance guy. Due to (understandable!) staffing shortages they had to reschedule my appointment - and it was the owner who came out on a Sunday to inspect. A Sunday, yall! He was professional, courteous, clearly knew his stuff. He did a full inspection and made minor repairs on the spot. He patiently explained all of the things I never knew about my salt water pool, and offered tips for making my life easier. My experience with Bullseye was outstanding. Dan was absolutely methodical about seeking out the leaks in my pool. He listened to my concerns, and he kept me informed about his findings at every step of the way. He found and sealed leaks in my skimmer and in the tile grout lines in my spa, and also told me the cause of air in the vacuum line and the simple and inexpensive fix it needs to prevent that. (O rings in the valve). I couldn’t possibly be happier with my experience. It was money well spent.10/10 will recommend!

As I have not dealt with the actual financial aspects of the business yet, I can only relay what I do know to date. And that is, especially comparison with a local Roto- rueters, the clearly win by several noses for detecting and locating the leak within several minutes. With nearly 30 years job experience, there is nary a question he cannot answer. So besides downright delicious to look at, an accent that will downright ymelt you, armed with his arsenal of knowledge, professionalism, and utter politeness, you find yourself wishing you could keep him around a bit longer. Our pool pump was taking longer than usual to prime and water seemed to drain every week. After calling three different companies, Bullseye had some of the best pricing plus good reliable feedback. The guys, showed up on time, were professional, and had great communication skills. They performed various tests in all the pool system and structure. I was happy to know that the system did not leak and it was just a loose pipe fitting! They tighten the fitting for me and confirmed that everything else with the pool was in good working order. Its really a peace of mind since a pool leak not only causes water to waste but can also affect the soils around the foundation or other serious issues. Happy with my investment.

It turns out we do not have a current leak, but he had some suggestions for prevention as well. Checked water pressure outside, checked for moisture in walls and carpets. Not inexpensive, but he was knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind that the stains on our carpet are from and old problem and not from an ongoing leak. Would recommend!

We were losing water from our pool. We needed a leak detection service. I had called another detection service in Eldorado Hills. They couldn’t do a service call for three weeks and at twice the price of Bullseye. Bullseye was able to schedule an appointment within 3 days. Bullseye Leak Detection was recommended by a local plumber we trust. Their response was quick and helped us locate a break in our drain line. I was able to repair the broken pipe. After a heavy water-use day, however, water again began to pool in the basement. Bullseye returned and completed a more comprehensive scan of the full drain line. Additional breaks were identified and a trenchless repair plan was recommend to protect the hardscaping. We were not charged for the second visit, and Daniel estimated the length and depth of the necessary repair so that we would have reliable information when seeking a estimate for the fix. Used Bullseye to locate a suspected leak, they located an under slab leak as well as a cracked valve on a tub/shower. We called Bullseye because we were concerned about a water drip sound we had within our bathroom wall. The tech who responded, Adrian, came to the house on time and professionally dressed. He listened to our description of what we thought we were hearing and we tried to recreate the sound for him.Adrian thought he had a pretty good idea of what we were actually experiecing, but reassured us by doing thermal image testing of the walls and by doing a thorough pressure test of the pipes of our house.Adrian was able to assure us though both tests that we were not experiencing a leak, but hearing a thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe moving against the stud of the wall.After the tests we were able to recreate the sound and Adrian absolutely confirmed that we were experiencing this phenomenon.This thoroughness gave us complete peace of mind to know that we were not potentially missing something that would lead to a much more expensive repair job in the future.We chose Bullseye on the recommendation of our friends who are using them for a complete pipe replacement in their house. Im really confused by this company and Im reporting them to my insurance company. The owner quoted the work at $6800, when the workers arrived they said they only had to replace 15ft instead of the 25ft quoted to my insurance company. We asked to speak to the guy who did the original quote and they said he no longer works there. They missed two large tears that were caused by the ladder. This seemed like a very obvious spot to look but they failed to check behind either ladder. I found the tears myself and when I asked them to come back out and patch the tears (I had already paid for the service), I was told they would have to check with the manager. No one called me back, so I called again a few days later and they set an appointment. About 45 min before my appointment time, I received a call letting me know that they had run out of glue for the patch and they would call me the following week to reschedule when they got more glue in. Again I did not receive a call and when I called back a week later, I was told they still did not have glue. I have a difficult time understanding how they continue business elsewhere when they dont have glue. Needless to say, I had to hire someone else to do the fix and therefore paid twice for the same service. I understand everyone misses something every once in a while but I anticipate people will make it right expediently when I have paid for a service that was not completed properly.

It turned out to be significantly lesser of a job than anticipated in the estimate. Had this company come today to do a leak inspection on my in ground pool. The technician, Allen, was very knowledgeable and professional with his work. Did a extremely thorough job including having to get in a wetsuit and dive the pool for further detection. Found 2 leaks that turned out to be a much less expensive repair than I thought it would be. Allen gave me a very thorough explanation of the nature of the leaks and a very fair estimate to repair them.They cost me roughly half of what other detection services in the bay area wanted. I would highly recommend this company!

My husband is an insurance adjuster and he uses leak detection companies frequently. Many times he heard good things about Bullseye and had referred them to customers but we never needed a leak detection company ourselves. Well this year we did! We have an older pool and lots of trees, we suspected these trees had done their damage to our water lines underground. We knew we had a problem but where do you start when your water dramatically starts leaking out of your pool? We called Bullseye, it was not easy task and they came out several times, but they have a specialized way of tracking leaks and can detect them within feet. I am grateful for this because it minimizes the cement that had to be pulled up in order to fix the leak. Not only did they fix the leak they found a few smaller leaks and just fixed them for us at no charge. We will be a loyal customer that is for sure!

Allen was right on time 9:00 and kept on working until 2:00. He didn’t even take a lunch break. We found the leak on the 2 nd hole we cut in ceiling. Daniel from Bullseye Leak Detection came out today to assess plumbing issues at my home. Two months earlier, CSAA had sent out a competitor American Leak Detection to do an initial assessment. From a comparison, I find Bullseye to be so much more thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. American Leaks report was indeterminate. ALD did not go under the house to do a visual inspection. Daniel on the other hand was very thorough, took pictures, and explained his theories of suspected leak origins/causes/evidence. American Leaks person only did an initial mechanical testing of the water lines and left promptly. If you want testing to be done right and thoroughly and if you are using CSAA, especially, insist on BULLSEYE! This will save time and energy rather than dealing with incompetence and headaches from American Leaks rather useless initial assessment which was indeterminate as to water source leaks. Now after Bullseyes visit I am more confident that assessment has been done properly. And with this I am able to make informed reasonable decisions about my home. Thank you Daniel.

They came out to do leak detection. They found it. Then could not come out for like another week and half because it was bigger than they quoted us. Then when they came out they did not patch all the dry wall even though they told my wife it was covered. Then our kitchen sink did not have good flow of water. It is very weak. When we called them the next day they said rheh would send someone out and they never showed. Then we called again the next day. Same thing we will send someone out. Again they cancelled. Now we have to go through the weekend basically without water in our kitchen. They Claim they will come out now Monday but we will wait and see.
