Glayol has been nothing but exceptional. I’ve been training with built by g for three years. Before training with her, I struggled with unhealthy eating habits, my form and I was constantly in pain. With coach G I was able to lose body fat, gain muscle, and recover from hormonal issues as someone with hypothyroidism, I never thought I’d look and feel as amazing as I do now.As a graduate student I often have 10 hour days and need a flexible program tailored to my schedule. Outside of the gym, Glayol also supports me throughout the week to help me work through unhealthy thought patterns surrounding food, strategizing for special eating occasions, and condensing on busy weeks like finals and midterms seasonGlayol and I work effortlessly together. Now I am more confident in my eating patterns and decisions. I don’t feel guilty when it comes to eating.Alongside a physical therapist and Glayol, I was able to recover from an injury & competed in a powerlifting meet for the first time in my life. I highly recommend Glayol to anyone looking to build a healthy relationship with the gym and nutrition. If you’re on the fence, get off it. She will work with you to make fitness work around your life.

I had never considered hiring a personal trainer until I crossed paths with Glayol, and it proved to be a transformative experience. Not only did she pinpoint the cause of my recurring back injuries during deadlifts and squats, but she also shared a similar ailment and provided precise guidance on how to address it. Glayol knows what shes doing, especially with rehab and pain. She was diligent in helping me accomplish significant milestones: I successfully lifted 200 lbs in a deadlift with no pain, something I never imagined achieving. She also tailored my workouts to help me get my first set of pull ups!Beyond our training sessions, Glayol guided my nutrition substitutes as a vegan and a busy medical student with a demanding schedule. She goes the extra mile outside of sessions, by checking in to ensure Im free from injuries, discomfort, and maintaining a healthy diet.Im grateful for the positive impact shes had on my strength and overall well-being during a busy chapter in my life. Choosing to train with glayol is one of the best decisions i made. she genuinely made sure I understood proper technique and how to set my nutrition plan from scratch so I wouldn’t get bored. she taught me how to have confidence to train hard, glayol is motivating and makes training fun but she also knows the line of being a professional and makes sure you keep your promises, get results, and make progress. her progress checks are great and keep you on track to make sure you’re making the most of your time training with her.

I had been following Glayol’s Instagram page for a while before reaching out for a consultation. Before that, I had tried the usual 6-week bootcamps that restricted you from eating pretty much everything! In the past, I found that I would lose weight, but inevitably it would be hard to keep it off.I started working with Glayol about 3-months ago. Glayol gets to know you and your lifestyle first, then customizes her workout and nutrition plans in a way that allows you to achieve your goals without feeling overwhelming or overly restrictive.Since the first day, she has taken the time to really understand my desired goals and worked together with me to develop a sustainable plan, rather than just providing me with a check-off list of things to do. Im lifting heavier weight than I ever have before, and the process has not felt so defeating like in the past.Glayol is definitely committed to every single one of her clients, and takes the time to design a plan that fits each one individually. She is constantly checking-in and adjusting things accordingly with meals or workouts, and provides tips/resources to help her clients achieve their goals.Having started the Built by G program in preparation for my upcoming wedding has certainly been the best decision! Before working with Glayol, I managed to lose quite a bit of weight on my own, but I struggled with exercise form and consistent eating habits. I wanted to make sure I reach my goal of weight loss and muscle gain this time, and break out of my plateau.Glayol taught me new exercises I didnt feel confident to try on my own in the gym, helped me keep track of my diet by constantly checking my meals and providing feedback. I had to put in work to get the results I wanted by planning ahead with her suggestions, With her help, I was able to lose 10 lbs in 8 weeks and Im already at my goal body fat.I am very close to my weight loss goal and definitely recommend Glayol as a coach for anyone struggling in their solo gym journey.

I am a mom of 2, and Ive been coaching with Built By G remotely. I was intrigued with the idea of remote coaching and all of my interactions with Built by G have been nothing short of exceptional. I was concerned about the sudden accountability, but the materials provided through Built by G made the process extremely easy to follow and integrate into my new routine.Making the decision to go with her program was a no-brainer to me. Her approach to client well-being is something Ive never experienced before. I saw changes immediately - within the first week! Since the beginning of this year, Ive lost 10 lbs and am still going strong. She checks in regularly and really listens to whats going on with her clients. I have never eaten better! I have been training with Glayol since January 2021.I am a senior citizen and caregiver spouse for my disabled wife who is confined to a home hospital bed and I had occasionally had pain from lifting her. I was wanting to strengthen and avoid further injuries.Three months into my training with her, I noticed increased strength and flexibility in my daily life.During the course of my training I have had physical therapy for a few aches and pains and Glayol has always been attentive to my needs and adjusted my workout routines to be compatible with my physical therapy.Thirteen months ago, I was diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and began chemotherapy. Although I have lost strength due to chemo, Glayol has helped me rebuild it, accommodated my training intensity, and given me nutritional guidance throughout my treatment.After responding positively to chemo, I underwent a course of targeted radiation and have gradually increased my strength training. I am stronger now than I was before my cancer diagnosis and I am grateful to continue my training with Glayol, who has been attentive and supportive all along. I would highly recommend Glayol especially for any seniors like me looking to improve their quality of life.
