Buggie is the easiest and nicest agent I have ever dealt with. He is willing to go out of his way to help anyone out with any insurance needs and just if you need it. He got myself and my whole family covered for life insurance quickly and with no hassle. I definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you! 🙏

Terrible experience with this office. Received a quote and after paying they came back after a week saying it would be $200 more than they quoted.Called another state farm office and the agent there told me they screwed up, that this office made a mistake. That they didnt put in the information that they had and that I gave them when doing the qoute. They seemed to have intentionally put it in wrong to give me a lower quote to get me to pay then, knowing it would likely come back higher without informing me of this. He gave me info and advice on how to file a legal complaint the agents.With my insurnace ending and the grace period for transferring at least 2 weeks in CA I was left with no other option but to pay for the insurance with state farm.Would recommend finding another state farm agent if you want to stick with them at the very least.

Buggie and his Team are second to none. The knowledge and service of the entire Team make navigating insurance issues so much easier than past companies we’ve had coverage with. Even when reviewing policies not with State Farm he’s able to give us unbiased advise on how to get the most necessary coverage for the right price 🙌🏼

Ramona is the sweetest, nicest, most helpful woman I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She always wants to make sure you fully understand your policy and what you’re getting. She is by far AMAZING. She even sacrificed an hour after she was off so I can make it into the office. We love her!
