The lady was gentle, but the food was cold, the boneless not fresh made and hard, now I know why the place its not crowded even was a Padres game. The utensils not well washed the knife clean I cleaned

Where to start… I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this location is 2 for 2 with bad experiences. Tonight the place was way understaffed, our food came out in the wrong order, my wife received and finished her meal before the rest of us even got any food. When the other food came out, it was all cold. Then to top it off my order was not even made, the rest of my family finished their food and my burger hadn’t even been made. They offered to make it for free but with everyone else being done with their meals, I didn’t want to make them wait on me, especially on a school night. I will say that the waitress was nice and the manager did take my food off the bill and gave us a discount. However, it was not a good time. I left the restaurant with 120 less dollars and hungry. The first time I went there(several months ago) we also waited a long time for food and that was also a staffing issue. Tonight the waitress still got a good tip because I don’t feel it was her fault. They need more wait staff and probably more kitchen staff judging by the wait times after being seated and ordering.

We ordered the wing and the nachos. The wing order was perfect. BUT THE NACHOS were under serviced. Very little chips and toppings. I think TacoBell NACHOS are way better. This isnt the 1st time. I addressed it to the server, she repliedIts up the cook. Stay away from the NACHOS.

Usually love this place. Recently theyve gone down. Assuming its the new hires, but calling in to ask about specials was painful. The girl had no clue what the menu or specials were yelling to coworkers across the restaurant. Ordered wings with original buffalo and came out dry nuggets on a scoop of sauce on paper. Disappointed.

This is a real time review- we stood at the reception counter for 4 minutes before being acknowledged. That’s a first for me, they aren’t that busy. I’m not too hopeful of the food! We will see I guessUpdate- server is was great she really saved this review. Food was a solid 5 it was fast! Drinks were also fast! Our second time here so far weve been very satisfied service is great food is great. The garlic parm wings are my favorite. Their burgers are really good. well seasoned and cook to perfection. Plenty of TVs to watch your sports waitresses very attentive no complaints. want to have a good lunch or dinner and watch your game and drink some beer with fam or friends this is your place.

This is the place to go to watch sports while you eat. They have TVs all over the place. Last time I was there with my family was during an NFL playoff game and the place was full to capacity. We ordered wings and burgers and was satisfied with the food and service. We will be back whenever there is a good game to watch.

Wanted to give this place a chance, Orddered online through delivery.Half the order was missing, no sauces, no veggies and the food was thrown in boxes as if a toddler was packing the food.Called the restaurant to provide feedback/ request a refund for items missing. Was told by store manager that he was unable to process it and I would have to requested it online.I guess there is no more customer service for restaurants like Buffalo wild wings.Food might be good if you decide to dine in, but please do your self a favor and stay away from ordering online or takout, chances are you will be disappointed.

This place is always better when its busier bc its fresher. I think the oil/tallow they use maybe gets changed more often before Tuesday or Thursday wing days. The new $5 happy hour strawberry margarita is delicious and the dirty dubs tots always are great! It can get really expensive if you arent coming during happy hour or one of the special days.I try and think of waitresses like teachers. They are surrounded by a lot of unbehaved grown up and little children. You have one person running the errands for each table like a little servant. I have found being nice to your waitress/waiters can easily rectify any misunderstanding instead of going straight to anger and meanness, do we really wanna at like children and be mean?

This place is really expensive but super good. Probably a once a month place if you dont like spending a lot of money on food that womt really fill you up. The atmosphere is nice, never usually too busy.The curd burger definitely lives up to the hype sooo good, and their wings (as you would hope) are very good. Ive tried all the different seasonings and none are bad, but I love hot wings.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I suppose its our fault for returning time and time again, but the location is convenient to our home. We must have ordered take out 10-15 times here and NOT ONCE was the order correct. EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess something up. Tonight was no exception. My Asian Zing cauliflower wings had no sauce on them at all, my mother ordered buffalo wings and there was barely any sauce. They put ranch on my wifes wrap when we asked for no ranch and they forgot a side of fries we ordered. The service is atrocious here.

This BWW has probably the worst service out of the BWWs I’ve been to in San Diego. My husband and I visited a few days ago. We ordered 20 traditional wings with Buffalo dry seasoning. The wings were brought out nearly without any seasoning at all; essentially bare. When I brought it to the waitress’ attention, she brought out a cup of the seasoning we asked for and a box and had us toss our own wings! I was extremely disappointed with the food and service.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner. It happened to be a game night and Alabama was playing. We wanted a booth, but all was taken. The manager made it available regardless.We ordered the large traditional wings. It took a while because of the crowd, but food came out perfect. Took a while for server to come around, but understandably because of the crowd. Love the Buffalo rub and wife likes the teriyaki sauce.

We were there last night all 14 of us. They told us the wait time was 30 minutes. We were waiting for almost an hour and we followed up. The lady who was taking the reservation told us, the table is being set for us. After 15 minutes, we asked her again and she said, it was the Manager who told her that the table is being set up. The place is wide open so you can tell if there are some movements. There was none. She said that she has to go to the kitchen and talk to the Manager because it was the Manager who told her. Then both of them came out of the kitchen. That was the only time they started setting up the table. That was not the worst part. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to serve us our food and some of them were cold. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT UNTIL THEY LEARN HOW TO BE HONEST AND TELL CUSTOMERS THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ACTUAL WAIT TIME.

During our dining experience my friend told the waiter that the phone on the table was not ours and she left it on the table still. Close to the 5th round of the main fight everything got distorted,One of the waiter and they know who they are came and asked if we had seen a knife and my friend and son which was only drinking water said no. 5 minutes later some other waiter comes to the table and grabs the phone and says why did we turn it off? and of course we never turned his phone off. So my friend says to prove that is actually his phone and a great debate started. Another manager a guy named Edgar or Edward comes and hands me my bill. I asked why we were getting our bill? He says is norm because people run out in the tab, keep in mind the establishment closes at 1am. I asked why we were getting our bill? He said everyone gets the bill. I told him it seemed funny since they just had a disagreement with the table manager.Keep in mind again the restaurant closes at 1am and is now 10pm. Turns around and tells the table next to me they are not getting charged for the UFC event, which is hilarious because what made him think we were paying for an event hosted by the restaurant.I paid the bill and still tipped my waiter even though shes forgot to mention to her boss we reported the phone. On my way out I asked, well I paid the bill and if we could sit at the bar even though I didnt agree with the accusation. Edward or Edgar the manager of some type said based on the incident he refused to serve us and I said well perhaps if your employees admitted they asked if we had seen a knife it be different, I didnt need their iPhone, I had no intention of stealing it, and it was straight unprofessional in the manner he handled the situation and he had the nerve to say his staff or waiter clearly didn’t say knife. Straight out disrespectful.Im not a thief or a liar. I would ask the owner or someone who is actually in charge of making decision to think business not based on personal feelings to check the camera 12/16/25 from 7:30 pm to 1030pm to see if we grabbed that phone with an intention to steal it and if we were lying about reporting it to the waiter. Security surveillance doesn t lie.after I paid the bill and included the tip even after the fact. I asked edgar or edward whatever his name was and he responded that they refused to serve us.keep in mind I was not drunk/intoxicated or under the influence whatever you may refer it as, edgar/edward said to me that clearly they are used to loosing customers.

I just left tonight, I had called to edit/change my online order from boneless to traditional and add potato wedges instead of fries. They pretty much told us we could not get traditional instead, even though the order had not even been started yet and we understood that we may have had to pay extra. Not sure what the issue was maybe they thought we we e trying yo get out of paying the extra amount or something. Eventually they agreed to change order, we picked our food up, bag was sealed, but we had none of the sauces or veggies that came with our order and worst part, our chips that came with dip was extremely old, stale a bunch of them stuck together in big clumps and soggy. We ended up eating a lot of dip with spoon lol. I only gave 2 stars because the wings were cooked well.

I drove all the way here to pick up my Uber eats order for the manager to tell me they aren’t taking orders, even though it was open on Uber eats. When I asked the manager to cancel my order he said “call tomorrow”. Why would I need to call back for you to cancel my order? Uber eats charged me a “cancellation fee” for an order that the restaurant couldn’t fulfill. Terrible customer service.

Its always a good atmosphere at this BWW, especially when theres a big game to watch. The service staff is very friendly and have taken good care of our table everytime we visit. The wings are consistent with every other BWW around San Diego, so no surprises there. Overall the great service, good atmosphere and quick seating makes this Buffalo Wild Wings my preferred to visit.

The funny thing is, I twice did not set out to eat here. Both times, I went to Cheesecake factory and was told wait was 30 to 45 munites on a Thursday afternoon. Of course, half the restaurant is empty due to shortages of waiters. With my 4 year old grandson with me after the book store visit, a 45-minute wait wouldnt go well. So off we go and both times got an immediate table and superb service at Buffalo Wild Wings. I wish I knew the young girls name, but she even remembered us from the last visit. Its pretty much what you should expect from a chain restaurant/ sports bar. Food is decent for the pricing. Plenty of TVs for watching your favorite teams play. Kid friendly which can either be a good or bad, depending on your preference. Full bar but nothing premium. Just the basics when it comes to hard liquor. Party of 1: Ordered just chicken wings and a beer. 45 minutes for food to arrive. When it finally did, the wings had no crispness at all. Slimy undercooked skin. My only complaint would have to be the computers there. We had our food, everyone was happy and we were going to pay via card. Well we were told shortly after trying to pay that the machine was down. First time coming to this location! The restaurant is very big and spacious. The server was great! But the fact that we waited over 1 hour to get 10 wings is crazy! I will NEVER come here again… very unprofessional that a manager never came by or apologized about the wait time.. we ended up cancelling our order after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for 10 wings. I put in my order a head of time was given a time of 7pm for pick up I arrived about 702 I ask for my order was told it wasnt ready and to sit and wait for it. 25 minutes pass and I still didnt have my food I go up to the register and let them know my food was promised at 7 and Ive been waiting 25 minutes again the ask my name and the realize my food had already been ready sitting in warmer the person who gave me my order says it must have been pushed to the back talking about the warmer, didnt apologize and even let me walk out with out giving me my drinks or ranch with veggies I had to walk back to ask for them. The receipt had a time of 658 on the bag and I didnt get my food until 726 only because I had to ask for it or else who knows how long I would have waited. by the time I got home the boxes were falling about because of how long they were just sitting their. I wanted to order something else off the happy hour menu, but by the time the server came back to our table 15 minutes later, we didnt get the happy hour price as it was put in 4 minutes after it ended. We live down the street so we have a decent amount of experience with them. Left the place twice due to lack of service. We had a couple of bad service experiences in this place, one where we were just forgotten during our meal and had to keep chasing our server, and one where we got sat down but no one came around for 30 minutes, even when we prompted for service. After a while, we came back for another try, and we got the same result, waited a long time just to be greeted and assigned a table, and then again wanting a long time just to get our drinks ordered. Even with prompting things dont get any better. The whole vibe feels like they dont enjoy having customers show up. Maybe they are severely understaffed. We got great service at a different BWW, so I think it is just this place.

We recently visited BWW & Mr. Ryan Stokes was our waiter. He was so professional, checked in on us at least every 5/10 minutes, made sure we had all our food on time and even got down on his knee to be on the same level when he spoke to my daughter and I. Very slow service. If youre a gig worker dont go there. You have no priority youll wait in line like everyone else which normally is very long. They have no initiative will not call out names when orders are ready, so the order sits there waiting for you to make your way inside the store. Humongous waste of time 😔😔. This man has the best customer service, when I was trying to order the app wasn’t working online so I called the store and Luis answered and was incredibly helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed. The food was great and all but our waitress literally forgot about us, and Im not over exaggerating...we got here at 5:40PM and left at 8:10PM, holy s**t right? My wife chose this place for her birthday because we have kids and there is a nice sports vibe. We arrived at 6:20 pm where other family members were sitting already. We were ignored for 15-20 before being able to get a drink order in. After 10 mins our drinks arrived and we all ordered our mains. Some of us finished our first beer and the server never checked on us. My wife stopped another server to order another beer where she was promised she would place the order. Our food came in around 7:45 pm, an hour after we ordered. (Mind you the restaurant was about 1/3 full with plenty of seats open). My wifes beer never came. Almost all of our orders were incorrect. My wrap had ranch (i didnt want ranch) my mother in-law wanted bone in wings (she got boneless) my son order a hamburger (his hamburger came with mustard which was not on the menu but the waitress swore it was on there) we complained to the manager and she promised she would take off $20. To salvage the night we just ate because we were starving. When I asked to pay the bill the waitress made me wait about 15 mins. To my surprise she gave us the military discount which did not equal the $20 that she said she would take off, so she lied... I want my $75 back.The manager and the waitress were both rude and rather than make a scene and embarrass my in laws I didnt make a scene.Do yourself a favor a never go to this godforsaken restaurant.

I called and placed this order around 4:15 pm. Showed up around 5 to pick it up. I get there, I’m told there is a line to pick up. No big deal. 20 minutes pass, line hasn’t moved, so I go inside. Restaurant is probably around 50% capacity but I see around 8 or so waitresses by the cashiers, and who I’m assuming was the manager at the time. Didn’t get his name but he was a bald dude with glasses. He cared more about social distancing than customer service. Still, understandable due to the times we’re in. This Buffalo Wild Wings needs to re-think they’re whole covid situation. Very, extremely disappointed. Hostess Greeting was lacking. Although the restaurant was not very busy, we waited a long time til server came to take order. In between that time, the manager walked around and didnt communicate to see how customers were. Air conditioner was too cold. The service was not any bit impressive. I felt like not tipping, but did. This is my second time there. Does not meet my expectations of dining out, so I will not be returning. Definitely would rather go to Wing Stop .

Customer Service is horrible You would think that with Superbowl LV, theyd make preparations for the game.Preparations were made but they were very short term.The take out section was now only just for takeout orders that had not been paid.The takeout order that was already prepaid was now combined with people that were going to do dine in on the patio section. Service was kind of slow last night, not sure why. But the awesome part:. We had a member of our party who has Celiac disease. We asked for the gluten free menu ( which they have an allergies list, on line too), instead of the menu, the manager came over and asked if we needed the fries prepared separately, as well as the wings. Awesome 👍. Most places dont realize the gluten is microscopic, and it isnt gluten free to fry the fries in the same oil as the breaded anything else. As well as they use the same bowls to cover the sauce on breaded wings and traditional. So the fries were separated and the wings had the sauce on the side. We didn’t even get to eat. We went in after a movie. We went up to the hosts to check in. They took our names, despite us being the only people waiting for a table, and then for a half hour we sat and watched a ton of guests leave without any one seating us. We let him know that we already talked with someone but haven’t seen anyone at the host stand for 30 minutes. The server walked back to find out what was going on. We were planning on going to a fundraiser tonight thats being held at this restaurant. We called in ahead of time to see if we can have our dog at the restaurant. We were told by their receptionist Aileen that it is ok, as long as the dog is not violent and its at the patio. When we got to the restaurant, we did not know that the fundraiser event was happening at the patio. We sat at the patio, but were kicked out by the manager because our dog was not a service dog. I told them that we called ahead and asked them how are they at a dog friendly park but not allow dogs in their facility. Needless to say, we got kicked out.

Just like the Chula Vista location this place is a great sports bar because it has so many televisions and inexpensive drinks during happy hour. The difference here is the general age and attitude of the crowd which is on average, much younger than the Chula Vista crowd. Not as highly recommended as the Chula Vista location but if you dont want to drive to Chula this is not all that bad.

So Ive had Casey (bartender) a few times. Every time he gets my order wrong. I ask for boneless wings and I always get one with bones. He never apologizes or anything. So I ask for a beer with a lime every time. He also forgets it everytime. He took 5 min to get me a lime while he was worried about charging his phone and not checking on his bar. I waited for my correct order to come out and asked for a ranch as well. My friend asked for a new sauce for her wings because the sauce she got had a nasty film. took another 5 min or so just to get that. my other friend was out of water for 10 min and tried to get his attention (it was not easy getting his attention even though it should have been) and so he raised his water glass, then he comes over and says its Casey by the way. It wasnt only us though. Other people were also raising their glass because he wasnt being attentive to his customers. He also charged a couple double on their bill and it was just a huge mess! As a bartender and a server myself... I would never ever treat my guests like that! I had to ask him multiple times for things I ordered. My second beer instead of giving me a lime wedge gave me lime wheels. How am I supposed to squeeze that into my beer? Also, when I got my change back it was 81.91. He gave me 81. Im sorry but give your customers exact change. Then my friend cashes out. She gave him 25 on a 21 bill. He didnt give her any change! Youre never entitled to anything. Be respectful and give back change correctly and let your customers tip accordingly. Literally the worst bartender I have ever encountered! This guy obviously couldnt handle the bar and shouldnt be handling anyone. I will never let him serve me again. This has happened too many times with me and multiple friends have had the same problem. Please talk with your employees!!!!!!!

Tonight around 7pm i went in to order some wings to go. As i walked in the cashier Frida seemed really nice greeted us and walked us over to the to go area. I ordered a sm order at the beginning since my sister had previously told me she was not hungry but she changed her mind as i was ordering so then i asked frida how many wings the sm order came with she said 10 so i told her if she can change it to a med instead right when i changed my order i could tell her face expression changed and she seemed so bothered to change my order she even almost rolled her eyes at me.
