Service was awful they make you order from your phone. We waited for a server for 15 minutes then was told we needed to order from our phone. By the time we added everything to cart they asked for a credit card, which my husband was in the bathroom so took more time. With impatient kids we had to leave after not getting to order. I don’t understand why there are servers in the first place. I work in food service but this was just awful. You cannot really make any notifications and the small space they give you won’t allow enough space.This was supposed to be my Mother’s Day dinner because I’ve been craving it. Will probably never go back to this place. We used to go all the time when it first opened.

Came in on a Friday night around 630 and there was no wait!We were originally being sat at a table top but we requested a booth because of our small children and the host was really understanding and accommodating even tho I know that gets annoying.Our server was super friendly and prompt.The food took quite a while to come out, but we weren’t in a rush so that’s okay. Everything was made exactly how we ordered.For a chain restaurant it’s good. Nothing extraordinary but definitely worth the money. It was a nice evening out. No complaints befes

Food is good but the service is horrible. On many occasions it took more than 10 minutes for the server to come to the table and then we waited a long time for food or additions or the bill. Our family stopped going there.

Terrible serviceSpent almost 3 hours during the all you can promotion and got a grand total of 4 servings. We were sat and did not see a server for over 30 minutes, the only reason we ever got one was because we asked the hostess if we had one since no one introduced themselves. We didnt get water until we were there for over an hour and out first round took an hour and a half to come out. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

Service was horrible! Our server, April NEVER came back to refil our drinks without us asking. Served my salad with no forks or dressing. I had to ask for a fork & dressing. I had the street tacos (3) & 1 was so skimpy. The female staff kept going in the bathroom at least 7-8 times 2-3 female staff members at a time. If they just served us & stopped checking the freakin toilet paper theyd get a better review. I ordered a cranberry vodka & they finally gave it to me after I was almost done with my food. My son used to work at a BDubs & for a Thurs. night they were NOT busy enough to have such bad service. Too much staff doing absolutely nothing & not checking on customers. The restaurant wasnt even half full.

Came here Saturday night with some family and it was really busy. Our waiter was amazing at helping us. The food was really good.Only thing is we were told to use our phone’s to look at the menu when we would of rather used to regular menus and not our phones. Also you can pay your bill through your phone.

Love Thursday bogos on wings. The atmosphere is a bit loud when there are popular games on. The tables are roomy. Tried the black bean burger. It was pretty good. I had it fixed like a regular burger and the spicy stuff on the side.The rubs and sauces for the wings are very good. We started getting them on the side so as not to over power the chicken. Great place to bring kids...they can be noisy here.

So back in the day this place used to be an Italian restaurant called Johnny Carinos. Well that place wasnt very good, and so they went out of business. Last time the wife and I were in Gilroy we noticed that BWW had opened up in its place. The wife likes wings so the next time we were looking for a place to eat lunch on a Saturday she suggested BWW.I wish she hadnt.We walk in and the place is packed at about 2:30pm. We were told the wait would be about 20 minutes and that ended up being a pretty accurate estimate. We get seated and were already pretty much ready to go because we spent our wait time looking at the menu. I wanted to get the chicken wrap but I wasnt sure what kind of sauce I wanted to put on it. I asked waitress if I could try the Mango Habanero, the regular hot and the Blazin hot sauces so I can decide. I also ordered a salad and asked what kind of dressings they had as the menu only lists ranch and blue cheese. She says they have balsamic vinagrette so I order that. The waitress puts in our order and then comes back and asks what kind of sauce I want on my chicken wrap. I tell her, Well thats what Im doing with the sample sauces. Bring me those 3 so I can taste them and then Ill pick one.She comes back about 10 minutes later with my salad and a cup of regular old Italian dressing, (see picture). I flag her down and ask her if this is balsamic or regular Italian. She says its balsamic. I ask her to double check because that is certainly not Balsamic Vinagrette. About 5 minutes later she comes back with another cup of the same stuff. So I tell her to take the salad back as I didnt want plain Italian dressing.At this point I still havent received my sample sauces yet. I flag her down again and ask about the sauces. She says, Oh yeah let me ask my captain. I dont know why it takes a captain to bring out a couple of sauces but eventually another guy comes around and brings me the 3 samples I had asked for. I decided to go with the Mango Habanero because the Blazin was crazy hot. I guess the waitress had waited for this to put in our order because we waited probably another 20 minutes for our food. I had the chicken wrap and the wife had a salad and some wings. We were about 5 minutes from walking out when our food finally showed up.Well the food certainly wasnt worth the wait. My chicken wrap was luke warm and very generic. I could have gotten this thing at any cafeteria.Overall it seems like theyre still working out the bugs at this place because everything seemed to be a little off. Service was slow, the waitress seemed very scattered, just an odd experience. Maybe things will get better once the employees have had time to really learn their jobs. Probably the best thing about this place is that it has a TON of TVs. I could see this being a great place to watch a game.............................................. as long as you only order drinks and not food.

Stopped in for a to-go order. The guy behind the counter was super nice and very welcoming. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries, which were fantastic. My daughter had the chicken strips which she gobbled down fast. She was hoping for the Mac and cheese with boneless chicken, but it was no longer on the menu.I cant wait to go back and try the burgers.

We got seated immediately with a half filled restaurant and placed or order immediately. But food took 30 minutes to come out and they forgot about my daughters food. Our food came out barely warm. Flavors were great otherwise. Service seemed not happy at all and would leave before checking if we needed anything else.

Went into restaurant with my wife and 3 month old. No host at stand when we walked in. After 1 minute a bland girl asked for how many and then said wait. After nearly 5 minutes my family walked out without service. Even for these crazy times this is pathetic.

THIS LOCATION STEALS MONEY. Staff added a tip on to my card when i did not authorize this. Completely unacceptable. This place shouldnt even be a running establishment.came here while my significant other did his fanasty football draft with his friends. We ordered some drinks from a server, we cleared stated we wanted separate tabs. They brought the drinks out incorrectly, we asked for what we were missing. they brought the tab out at 12:01 AM, i went to pay at 12:07, i told Sugey what was incorrect, told me she was going to go to the table and check to see what was wrong and if the drink was slightly drank out of and asked why we didnt tell anyone. For reference getting a server here is close to impossible, they come around every 30 minutes maybe more. i tried to tell her what was wrong and 3 beers were supposed to be on different tabs. She asked what beers, i told her theyre on the receipt. I tried to show her and she told me you used to work here and youre being rude. i worked here 4 years ago and that is irrelevant just because i used to work here doesnt mean i need to accept terrible service and the wrong bill, and tried to tell her from the beginning what was wrong Sugey wasnt listening. She tried to tell me what I was saying was wrong when SHE NEVER TOOK MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I was not going to pay for something that i didnt order, i was explaining to my table what happened and she tried to argue back and fourth with me saying she didnt say that to me, when she did. Maybe their store manager, Alfonso, should address this situation but clearly by the reviews their business has gone down hill and they dont care about their customers or service

Dine-In service is pretty average, but take out service has been absolutely increasingly mediocre. Staff rarely acknowledge you’re there for pickup, and don’t even ask if you’ve been helped. Often, parts of the order are wrong or missing completely. Sometimes I’ll be waiting 10-15 minutes after my chosen pick-up time only to get cold or lukewarm food, but it’s not worth waiting another 30-45 minutes to just be disappointed again.I used to feel confident about leaving with my food but lately I always have to check if they made my order correctly before leaving.

We have been to this location a few times and service is always slow, but not as bad as it was last night. We waited 30 minutes for fried pickles and pretzel bites. Finally were able to get our order in: wings(traditional and boneless) and fries. When our waitress took our order she said she was going on a 30 minute break and that the other waitress would be helping us (didn’t specify who). Well after waiting another 30-45 minutes for wings (mind you there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant and 2 people at the bar), I had to flag someone down to check on our order. Not surprised, our food came out RIGHT after and we could clearly tell it had been ready for awhile… sauce soaked into breading on wings, stale fries. Not to mention, we were missing half our wing order which took another 10-15 minutes to get.When we got our food, we had asked for another round of beers. I could see the bartender just standing around for about 15-20 minutes…I had to flag someone down yet again to check on the beers and I ended up just canceling mine because it was taking way too long.The entire meal, I watched the staff. At one point, there were four of them huddled in a corner just chatting. At another point, zero wait staff were seen in the restaurant…eventually 6+ waitresses ALL walked out from the back together and, again, just stood in the corner and chatted.Our waitress finally came back from her break and didn’t even check on us ONCE. I ended up going up to the bar and asking for our check and, when asking for a paper check (because we had to split it and didn’t want to wait another hour to have them split it), I was greeted with hostility. Was told since I didn’t want a paper check I had to go to their pickup order section with a manager. I ended up telling her how terrible our experience was. She seemed to know it was an issue and I felt as though she just brushed it off, comped us $15 on a $100 tab. There are so many reviews of this location with the same stories so clearly nothings changing.This was literally one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. When you come to Buffalo Wild Wings, you usually expect quick service (especially when not busy). We were there for 2+ hours.

Absolutely horrible location, with poor management. Servers are extremely slow and can be seen just standing around talking while I wait for 5-10 minutes to pick up online orders. They consistently mess up orders and do NOTHING to resolve.There is a consistent problem with them adding beef chili to their queso dip when it is ordered without the chili, which I always purchase for someone that DOESNT EAT BEEF AS A DIETARY RESTRICTION.I have also been double charged by this restaurant before, and even requesting and being told it would be refunded multiple times, I had to gety credit card company involved to get it resolved.On top of all this, they really have the gall to charge an extra fee for takeout orders to just such horrible, substandard service.Im sure someone will tell me to fill out a contact us form, which I refuse to do again. Ive brought this problem to their attention multiple times but it still keeps happening, absolutely disgusting service. I refuse to give them another chance, Ive given them too many as it is. Ill be filing a charge back with my credit card.

Wife and ai went there about 530pm on 3/20 and this place should have zero stars. Restaurant maybe 1/4 full and we waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the front at all to greet us. We went to the cashier that was in the bar and was told seat yourself (no signage to do so at the front). We went to this table and it was FULL of ants. We went to another table and it took about 5 minutes before greeted. Once we ordered our appetizer and drinks it took them about 15 minutes before food and drinks showed up. The food wasnt good and luke warm at best. The drink ordered maybe only 1 cup of drink and rest was water. Once we were done took them about 15 minutes again and we got our bill. We had the payment ready but again waited another 15 minutes so we left our payment for the bill in their drink station and NO tip they received.Regarding the ants at the other table all they did was wipe down with a wet rag then placed signs for the next guest. THATS not proper cleaning if you have a hoard of ants bombarding a table. This is a health violation and very unsanitary. I have pictures too of all those ants.Recommend NOT to eat here.

*CHECK REVIEWS YOUWONT REGRET IT*I’ve had horrible experiences in this location and only been here twice !The first was being put on the wait list at 9:40 them giving us a 40 min wait and when we returned to follow up on our table the host said it was going to be an additional 30 min wait and they could no longer sit us or serve us because they closed at 12pm! Could have mentioned this or called us at 10pm so we could dine else where !Decided to give this place a second chance since my pregnant friend was craving.. we sat with in ten min ordered ten min after but waited 40 min for our food, Not ONCE did our server check up on us they brought the wrong appetizer took it back and never returned with it .When I had seen everyone who was sat after us eat and leave I was upset due to a pregnant woman watching everyone around her eat !I complained to the manager who got us our food when the food arrived it was cold because it probably sat in the back for 40 min .When the check came they had charged us the appetizer we never ordered and sent back.Will NEVER return or refer anyone to this location .

Been to like four Dozen BWWs though out the U.S. This one is right on par with the others. Very consistent chain. I would however, be patient with your server since like so many other places they tend to be understaffed. A waitress I spoke with said she had like 12 tables. Thats twice what should be allotted.

Two stars is a gift. This restaurant is barely a two-star experience. They just couldnt get anything right. The restaurant was only about one quarter full. All of the food came out cold. It was obvious the food had been sitting on the counter back in the kitchen for some time.On top of that, each dish came out one at a time separated by as many as 10 minutes. The kids meal for the 8-year-old came out first. So she was finished by the time even the next meal hit the table. Then it was one meal at a time over the course of the next 20 minutes. And all were cold.I asked for an order of fries to replace all of the cold mushy fries. The server showed up seconds later with an order of warm fries, but they charged me for that order.As I said at the beginning, two stars is a gift. The dining experience was one star. Being able to get together with family for the first time in a while earned them a second star.

Excellent customer service! I believe we had Caleb as our waiter, he had a young lady training with him. She was pleasant as well. They were both on top of it. Check in with us and refilled our drinks quickly. It was a great dinning experience. It was refreshing to have great service, it is lacking in a lot of places nowadays.

Service was slow, food was cold and skimpy. Came here for a Fathers Day lunch. The restraunt wasnt crowded. Once we ordered our food. It took us 30 minutes to get our final meal for the table. The meals came out 10 min apart from each other. We ran out of water twice. I think there are shortcomings in the serving staff and kitchen but management ties those together so thats a factor. Im sure the manager or someone will ask me to fill out a survey about my visit. Not happening. My feedback is right here. Take the constructive feedback and get better.

All these employees just talk to each other laughing and having a good time not even attending to other customers. Good food, but way too overpriced. I came here just to try it, but while good, I cant justify the price ever again. The place was packed and loud, so not my type of atmosphere either. I couldnt even hear myself think. Service was terible as well. It took nearly 10 minutes to be seated and nearly 20 minites to even get service once I was seated. Getting additional service for everything else was difficult as the waitresses didnt seem attentive unless you flagged them down. Not a spot Id personally reccommend.

I stopped here on a road trip. Just came in for a quick bite. 1 star is overselling this place.First thing wrong, there was no staff anywhere.A few patrons sitting around, no one getting served, no host, staff nowhere to be seen. Eventually, after waiting 10 minutes to see anyone, my girlfriend and I walked to the bathroom then saw a bartender.After getting his attention, he sent us to wait in a literal dark corner for 15 minutes. Eventually some waitress approached us (by taking out her gum with her fingers and throwing it a trash can) and took our order -- 20 minutes.We waited 30 minutes then tried to get ANY staff members attention -- but they were too busy chatting with themselves to do anything else.1 HOUR later, we finally were able to ask for an update -- working on it. We politely asked for a refund -- wed rather just drive the remainder of our trip hungry than wait longer.The manager came out after a few minutes and nonchalantly asked whats up. We calmly stated we had been waiting for over an hour for a simple 6-piece chicken wings and chicken wrap and that we would like a refund.She didnt apologize. She simply took our receipt and took some notes. Then she came back and said it would take 5-7 days to process. We asked for a receipt confirming the voided transaction. She said she would do it tomorrow. Im not a lawyer, but that sounds illegal. But whatever. We asked for our original receipt back. Nope, cant have that because she needs it to process. Also pretty sure thats illegal.Whatever, too exhausted to deal with any of this. Definitely reporting this to any relevant authorities and possibly consulting my lawyer if theres any issues with this refund (have a feeling there will be).

Our first time here since we moved from Hollister and our server named Serena, sucked! We had to get up to get napkins since we ordered wings and we had to ask a couple times for napkins after getting other food we ordered but still no napkins brought. Also she never asked if we needed anything else. We had no choice but to ask other servers. She was MIA for a very long time. Also, we asked for 1 beer that took almost 15 minutes to get. She would pass by us over and over without the beer. We had to get up to ask her again and she rolled her eyes and looked upset. We were super nice to her and seemed she wasnt in a good mood. This place has gone way downhill, we placed an online order saturday night. The food was supposed to be ready at 7:20. I arrived at 7:15. First I was waiting in the lobby for 15 minuets and not one person greeted me in anyway. I actually felt as if I were being ignored. I finally took it upon myself to go find someone that was working near the takeout section. It is now 7:35 and the first employee I find tells me that half of my order is ready and that we are waiting on the rest. Ten more minutes go by and I ask someone else if they could check on my order. This person tells me that none of my order is ready yet. Its now 7:45 and it feels as if nobody in the place knows whats going on or even seems to care. I ask a third person about my order and they disappear to the back never to be seen again. At this point I ask to see a manager for a refund because I notice another woman who was upset in the Togo area. She was waiting 45 minuets from the time her order was supposed to be ready. The place was not busy at all so it was hard to understand why they were having so much trouble doing their jobs. Many of the employees were not doing much and were just on their phones, I couldnt believe that the manager was allowing this type of behavior especially when there were so many upset customers waiting on food. I finally got out of the store with the promise of a refund at around 8:00. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, and very unprofessional staff. 1 star, get it together.

Been to this place multiple times in the last few months and the service is terrible. By far the worst customer service in the food industry I’ve ever been too. Beers are warm by the time they make it to you, have to get up and ask someone to order if you don’t want to wait 20-30 min. Orders constantly messed up or not even takin. Wish Gilroy/Morgan hill had more places that showed ufc/football events than this place. Management needs to take a look into how poorly this bww is ran. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The service here is wonderful. Doing an online order and picking up is real easy and they always package the food really well. The staff is really great about special requests too, like if you want extra wing sauce on the side. This location is a smaller building, so it seems like itd feel real cozy inside once indoor dining is safe again. They do have a limited sized outdoor patio for outdoor dining if youre looking for that right now. The staff all wear their masks over their noses and at all times, from what Ive observed when picking up my to go order. Food is consistent and tastes good.

By far the slowest service of any Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. Gossip is more important to these workers than customers. No greeting when you walk in, no menu or explanation of how to find it online, sit there with empty glasses for 20 minutes trying to get their attention when that should have been addressed before the beverage was gone. The ‘bartenders’ are rarely behind the counter and once they arrive back there they’re so backed up that a beer waiting for foam to settle sits there until it’s warm. All of this on a Thursday night . If bww didn’t have the TVs and ufc fights they’d for sure be running in the negative. Upper Management should seriously consider an overhaul starting at the top. A morale boost and some accountability and pride is desperately needed.

Went here for dinner while visiting the area. It was a week night and the restaurant appeared to be at about 50% capacity. Took a while to get my drink, took a very long time to get my food and when my food did arrive it was missing the main ingredient (chicken). The server did bring a side of chicken but over all the food was underwhelming and a smaller portion than I was expecting. About a week later I get an alert from my cc company about a 44% tip. They added an extra $10 to my tip that I didnt authorized. I called three times to get the issue corrected but nothing ever happened and I had to go direct to my cc company to get the issue resolved. Best case scenario they made mistakes and had issues at almost every point during and after my visit. Worst case scenario they tried to rob me. This restaurant has major issues in how its operated and managed.

Wings were hot and classic B-Dubs taste. The onion rings and popcorn shrimp were done well too although $9+ for popcorn shrimp was excessive. Restaurant itself was standard B-Dubs with huge TVs playing sometimes tacky programs but mostly sports; nothing wrong with that. Space itself was a touch crowded but thats a minor issue too.Biggest problem was the other customers and I took two stars off for this. Normally I dont take stars off for customers since theres often nothing the restaurant can do but in this case its partially because of B-Dubs intentional branding and partially because of this restaurants inability to control large groups of people. First there were A LOT of guys there on their lunch breaks. They were broken into two large groups on our side of the restaurant but not enough wait staff was assigned to the table so they slowed our half of the restaurant down. Thing is B-Dubs encourages this kind of lunch break gathering so Im not sure why they seemed so unprepared for it. Second these guys had some colorful language that got louder and more colorful the more tall beers wait staff brought to the table. Despite this, and the fact that we have two small children, we were sat right next to these groups along with a few other families. Not great customer management since Id rather my children not learn every part of speech the F word can be used in. Lastly they never cut these guys off. To be fair most at the table drank responsibly but there were a few at the end of the table visibly drunk (at lunch) and they just kept the tall beers coming. Not the kind of environment Id like my kids to be part of. And again, these are the sorts of experiences B-Dubs caters to so you would think theyd manage them better.Bottom line: if you have a family, come only for lunch and ask to be seated away from big groups. If no kids, check out the bar and enjoy a solid Buffalo Wild Wings experience.Update: We went again during a less busy time and everything was much better. Food was great, service was great, and we really enjoyed our visit. Still not 5 stars though because if you hit a busy time things can be less than ideal (see above).

52 TVs for your sports and poker viewing. I had my first vegetarian black bean burger. It came with red onions, which they kindly sauteed before completing my meal. It was flavorful and interesting; I enjoyed mine with cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumble, lettuce, tomato, spicy ranch and of course the onions all on a brioche bun. Nice job Buffalo Wild Wings.

At the Gilroy Buffalo Wild Wings. I think their should be 10 stars rather than 5. I asked if a TV channel could be changed, The Mgr,Elizabeth, came over and made the change as requested. She stayed and talked for a bit, then personally took our order. When our food came, their was a small error. Elizabeth personally came over and apologized, then went back to the kitchen and personally remade the wrap.Food was outstanding.
