Service was okay, they didn’t really seem interested in the customer. The food was good I ordered cheese curds and wings (lemon pepper, hot, mango habanero) I can’t complain about the food and I recommend the cheese curds. 3 wings were missing from the order unfortunately. The food was good but the service lacks a lot. I probably will only go back if I am really craving it. They messed up my order

Not to blame the wait staff, but when a person has to wait 20 to 30 minutes in between orders and being ignored because you don’t order alcohol has been a staple in all of the locations of Buffalo Wild Wings that I have gone to. So needless to say, a $20 all you can eat wings and fries seems great at first, but to be treated like a second class citizen just because you don’t drink alcohol just sucks.

I haven’t been to Wild wings in weeks cause the experience I had at City of Industry. But I really enjoyed coming to the West Covina. I came here only live 5 blocks from this one. Crystal was Great. Brought my napkins and ask me would I like something to Drink I said yes. Then took my order. Later when order came kept checking up on me and other customers. This place is always FULL. Not like City of Industry which only maybe 5 by the bar and 3-4 by the eating area. This one 15-20 by the Bar and 10-15 by eating area and the Mg John also helping and Greeting Customers. The bone-in wings are too small, overly cooked, and expensive. I asked my server to please bring me my beer with my food, and that didnt happen. By the time I got my beer, my wings were cold. I used to love it here. The wings were good size and juicy. Im never coming back again. Do better Buffalo 😕

Horrible I was there early to see the basketball game and in the 3rd qrt the manager went and change the game on me with out even asking even do he knew I was watch to put on a soccer game that still took about 30 wins to start .. then when I asked him he was rude about it told me it is what it is when he could easily put that soccer game on any of the other 20+ plus tvs.... never hear of playoffs taking back seat to a regular season soccer game ..I will never return to this location

Food was good. First waiter only came twice to are table and over charge us. We wait over 30 minutes and the place was empty. If we needed anything else we had to flag other waitress(Brianna). But she was nice and helpful and correct are billed. I only give it a 4 star because Brianna the waitress was very friendly and went out of her way to help us even though she wasnt are waitress at all and correct are billed if not I would of gave it 2 stars.

American wing chain with beer, wings, and sports. Ordered takeout for a family of four and called in the order for pickup. It took about 35 min for it to be ready, as it was Tuesday and they’re still offering the BOGO wing deal. We got the family pack of 20 bone-in wings, 20 boneless wings, and a basket of fries for $35.99. We threw in an order of dirty tots as well. I’d recommend asking for the salt and vinegar seasoning on the side for your fries. The dirty tots were really sweet and too soggy by the time we ate it; it probably would’ve been better in the restaurant. Note that they only gave us one bag of carrots and celery, so don’t expect too much when getting takeout. The chipotle bbq dry rub wings were very salty, but the garlic Parmesan still tasted good. The boneless wings are glorified chicken nuggets with way too much seasoning on some, and too little on others. Overall, I’d suggest eating here on a Tuesday when possible, and if you get takeout, just stick to the bone-in wings with a wet sauce.

I came here today with my girlfriend and at first the server was very nice along with the gentleman that seated us. I requested a booth and he obliged.Our food came out, and my 30 piece lemon pepper wings were cold along with my girlfriends medium buffalo 10 piece wings. I asked the server if she can submit a request to have them remade. The server then told us that she would have both of our orders sent back. But I thought the other half was okay and I flagged her down to just have the whole thing remade. She was very snippy with us. She didn’t have that caring attitude that other places have when something is wrong with the food.Atmosphere is nice. Lots of tvs at all kinds of different angles. Baseball, football, nfl draft was on at the time.They replaced our wings for a second time before speaking with the manager and they were still cold.Update about 5 minutes later:I spoke with the manager, she was very nice. I told her about the cold food and she said she’d be happy to take the wings off the check along with asking the kitchen why they are letting cold food go out.I will definitely not be returning to this location. I have eaten here before and each and every time I did eat here the food was so good. This time around was definitely a disappointment.

The online app was down so I called in to place my order,I was told that I CAN NOT order 6 piece buffalo wings it had to be 10piece... The worst experience at a BWW and the last time I will go there. first, I asked for a pink lemonade and they said they had a strawberry lemonade so I said ok Ill take that not realizing that upon receiving my bill it cost $5 with no refill and also never asked if I wanted a refill or anything else. Second the buffalo Wings were more like nuggets and tasted pretty bad, the lemon pepper had no flavor and were dry while the buffalo were more of a vinegar taste than what they usually taste like. I asked for only carrots and they got my order wrong too and The place wasnt even packed and had bad service along with bad food, really disappointing. I will stick to my usual wing spot. Ive never wanted to give a bad review until now 🙆‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Only gave this place a 3 star because the service wasnt so bad, had a great waiter. If youre looking for a place to eat wings, drink and watch sports this is the place for you. If you want a casual meal here for lunch or dinner I would advise going somewhere else just so the food can actually satisfy you. The food looks great in pictures but it is really not as tasty, bland over-priced bar food at best. Oh and its a Pepsi place too. Sorry PepsiCo fans, Pepsi sucks.

I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. It was surprisingly good. I had a chicken sandwich in Las Vegas that was not good. The most common problem with a chicken sandwich is overcooking the chicken. The only undercooked chicken sandwich I ever had was at Red Robin. The onion rings at Buffalos are good. The fries are better than 60% of restaurants. The traditional seasoned wings are good. The boneless wings are horrible. My son ate them otherwise I would bring them home for my dog.

This is the second time me and my coworkers have ordered from this location and each time it has been bad. We all got a 10pc meal, EXTRA WET and one meal was 1/2 lemon pepper and they didnt put anything on them. They were plain, not even a dash of salt my fries had more pepper than my wings. All our wings were dry and our ranches were half full and they only gave us FOUR, 30 wings and FOUR ranches. Not only that, our carrots were ashy and the cashier who handed our food to coworker was super rude and had an attitude. The manager Myrna was helpful and nice when I called.

I keep giving this place a chance hoping for better haha. The food is okay. Nice if you are craving some wings or their dressings for the wing really. Staff said they changed the way they cook the wings so the wings wouldnt be so hard and dry this visit, however they were still not great. There was some improvement but honestly getting a bag from food 4 less and airfying at home is better and less expensive.I will say my kids burger was actually good, the patty was not dry and it was seasoned well. Mightve been luck but it was good.

Went in for mothers day since I had a feeling it wasnt going to be as packed as other places and guessed right. Saw the last few minutes of the raptors sixers game and ended as a classic. The wings are a must try and have never disappointed me in the years I have gone. Very friendly staff. The misses had a problem with her salad and they took care of it right away. I give this place 3 stars. Lousy service. Okay food I kept having to bug the bartender because our waitress kept going M.i.a and only had 3 tables. Which was a annoying because I was out celebrating my new job with my cousin.we had empty drinks for 20 min with the mango habanero wings in which you could imagine we were drying of thirst. Im a frequent BWW customer that likes to visit different locations. On Friday 09/29/23, we stopped by to share a meal and have a drink with 4 other female business partners. We asked if we could join 2 tables together since it was 5 in our party. The first employee told us yes (we joined the tables) and then this other employee told us we couldnt do that. She didnt offer any suggestions or anything. Like i said, Im a frequent BWW customer and were always able to join tables at all other locations. She lost the company our business for that day and for the future. I usually recommend restaurants to family and friends but Ill be doing the oppose it for this location.

Dinks we’re water down and the food was to put it nice was gross we didn’t eat most of it and it took so long that we didn’t even bother to send it back just paid and left. This B Dubs is horrible, I have been to the on in SD California it was so good and staff very friendly. I bragged to my wife about it and told her and my daughter that they would like it. First thing took a while to get our drinks, my wife order an ultimate nacho and ceaser salad the salad was supposed to come with grilled chicken and my wife wanted to substitute for chicken tender, waitress said that she needed to ask her manager and he said it would be an extra 3.99. We were ok with that. Then the Ultimate nachos came out first with no CHEESE. We complained to our waitress she again said that she would talk to her manager. The manager never came to talk to us everyone including our waitress just kept walking by us. We waited for 15 minutes. Nothing was done to correct our issue. Instead the employees and manager stool in a huddle talking about us. I asked the manager how much was our drinks were because we were leaving. He was unbothered and did nothing to keep our business. SO WE WENT DOWN THE STREET TO ISLANDS. Where we know the service will be good.This was my wife and my daughters first time, what a way to make a first impression. Im not expert but I think some retraining should be on the menu.

I rated this three stars because the service lets just say it could have been better our server pretty much would come by while really just walk by and when we would ask other people other employees for items that we were meeting or missing it really seemed as if it annoyed them and our server just wasnt present it was not busy there was no big game on so couldnt understand why we couldnt just get service and in the middle of all that there was a fight that broke out in the lobby to me which was very strange because it was an argument with the customer and an employee but who knows after the conflict the employee that was arguing came back and you could hear the employee and other employees talking about the event basically gossiping very uncomfortable very unprofessional....

Went for lunch. It wasnt very busy and it seemed they had plenty of staff (they were hanging around up front). However, we could not get waited on. People that came in at the same time or after were eating before we even ordered. The waitress and the manager had a bad attitude. My wings were overcooked and dry. I ordered a alcohol drink. Bartender asked for my ID. I didn’t have it on me. I couldn’t have my drink. I respected, I order a different thing. More guess kept coming in. They were ordering liquor and I never seen bartender asking for ID. I brought it up to the GM attention and she said “oh we know them”😕 I said that’s no excuse you do your procedures every day i asume!!! She said not really. It was negative attitude and poor service. If theres a shortage of servers thats on the management to resolve. The place is not even at 30% capacity and they cant handle a party of 4 to get seated. This is not the first location with this issue but it doesnt help that the person at the front has an attitude and doesnt tell the customer anything for over 10 minutes. Fix your problems here people and if your workers dont want to be there, let them go.

Friendly staff get the stars, but the food was just okay. Wings sauce was not mix well at this location, the veggies was dirty and like 3 pieces, and ranch sauce was off, very milky like favor that isnt as good as other locations for ranch sauce or any sauces, also onions rings was soft with more grease than crunch oddly. Totally wanted to like the food to match the nice staffs.

My coworkers and I can here to watch the Monday night football game. Most of us took Uber to get here. The night was going fine, until I tried to order another drink. ( Ive had 4 by the start of the second half) when I was told about one drink per hour rule. I would understand if i was acting intoxicated or not walking straight, which i was not. And to basically be cut off by the manager, who never came by to check or verify if I was intoxicated, is insulting and an abuse of power. We have came to this location many times to watch football and have never been treated like this. Our group all work in the restaurant industry and have never heard of this rule.

The food was warm, not hot. The service was okay. For example we had to ask for napkins, sauces, and utensils when those things could have been given prior to or with our food. Occasionally, we needed to ask other waiters for things because ours was not around. They filled the guacamole a little less then half way. We did mention it and they did give us more without an issue but it should have been filled to the appropriate level from the start. The music was good, the energy was awesome, the staff were friendly.

Worst service ever, we waited almost an hour to be relocated to another table because our party count changed, we were told a table was being prepared for us and then manager Fabian Andrade came to us saying that the table was given to another party. Server Rebecca was not helpful at all, she said prices were not the ones on the menu?? How come you will have a menu that has wrong info to confuse your customers?? She was rude at all times. The dinning room was dirty and no one came to clean it for us while we waited for nothing. Had a great experience here when I came last. The manager in charge here has really improved the service and overall atmosphere of this location. It was pretty crappy for a while. But she has done a good thing here. Im glad too because I was getting tired of driving to the next closes one, 8 miles away when this one is walking distance from my house. AWESOME JOB, MICHELLE R. Waiters were on point in getting yourselves drinks and food. T.Vs everywhere in every corner, and you can basically ask to watch something and they will put it on without a problem. Only issue I had was the bathroom. Omg, it was nasty! It smelled so so so bad. They need to have someone every hour to at least check up on it. Otherwise, great place to go watch games and great food at pretty decent prices to be honest.

We had a large party, I understand that can be challenging but they assigned a new server to us, no experience. So needless to say the service was very poor, not his fault. They eventually got smart and assigned us another server but at that point kinda late. A couple of the orders were wrong and the burger I ordered which is usually avery good buger at other BWWs was cold and so were the fries! Not happy at all. It is not inexpensive so I at least expect warm food. Mine was not the only cold burger and fries, drinks, forget about it, we gave up .

Unbelievable! If I could give negative stars, I would. After being told it was an hour and a half to two hour wait to be seated (7pm on a Tuesday), we settled in the parking lot. I checked in every 30 minutes and was told there were still parties ahead of us. At 9:45, Nick the bar manager came out to inform me they could not accommodate us at all. He offered us 25% off a to-go order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We waited almost 3 hours in good faith and walked away with nothing to show for it but wasted time. We are trying to show support to our local businesses, but this is unacceptable at any time. I am very disappointed with how this was handled. I felt as if our experience with BWW was not a priority for anyone at all.

Ive been here a few times and it was.... Pretty good I guess. Ive got a couple gift cards to this place and I cant even find a place to park. The wait is always ridiculous. I havent even been able to use my gift cards. They need a bigger parking lot for sure and apparently a bigger location.Last two times I was there I did notice a lot of staff standing around not doing anything when they couldve clearly helped things move along faster.Anyway. Im sure this review wont hurt. Theyre obviously doing very well and it doesnt seem like the customers are looking for an alternative anyway. Looks like Ive gotta find out when theyre least busy so that I can finally use these gift cards.

This restaurant is conveniently located right off the 10 freeway. The parking is not easy but you may find a place further. It is a very popular sports bar and restaurant, so there is usually a waiting line for tables. However, if you sit in the bar area, then you usually dont have to wait for a table. You still have to wait for the delicious chicken wings, since there are a lot of volume for To-Gos, and those people may have ordered and paid online.However, it is about 20 minutes wait for the food, and it seems worthy it. I love those delicious, boneless chicken wings! They are a little bit spicy and salty, but they really taste good!Well, I certainly will come back here again!

Well, Id like to tell you I ate here, but when I asked what the wait was they wouldnt tell me. Apparently on game night you can sit at a table for as long as you want, so they cant give an estimate. Buffalo wild wings is my favorite spot during lunch time. They have great lunch specials Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm. In the lunch specials a side and drink is included with your main dish. I usually get the classic wings with my favorite sauce Hot and Mango Habanero. They have many television sets going so if theres a sport you want to watch its probably already showing. I went to get the Tuesday wing special which is buy one snack size (5 pieces) get one free and one small size (10 pieces) buy one get one free. I was informed that the new policy is that the small is now 9 pieces for the same price as the 10 piece used to be. Really, they cant just give you that extra wing? Also, there were a lot of employees hiding in the kitchen while the people were waiting for service out front. This is a very poorly managed restaurant! Wing Stop, here I come!

Usually slow with the service since they like to hire young people, who give attitude when, reminding them something or telling them the order is incorrect. The wait times for tables can be out of control and wont even tell you how long the wait is. Also sadly there prices have went up. Terrible service and an unprofessional staff! One of the employees bumped a family party by allowing his buddys to get seated so they can watch some sport event. I saw it all happen! That is just wrong! Food was terrible, service was terrible, the food and drinks are extremely over priced! Never going back. Im taking my business somewhere else. They arent good at getting orders done right, their timing is off too, on 2 seperate occasions in the last month Ive visited this location and both times I ended up waiting longer than expected and also both times my orders ended up having to be returned after I had already left and got the orders repeated back to me yet they were still incorrect upon arriving home, both times I ended up having to drive back.In conclusion my best advice would be to drive that extra 5 to 10 miles for the nearest one besides them

Never usually leave reviews, but the service at this location was lacking. My date had ordered a Dr. Pepper, and they brought him rootbeer twice. Then they gave him Dr. Pepper, but when he asked for a refill for the Dr. Pepper they brought him coke. Date asked for extra celery and they let him know that he was going to be charged extra and he let them know to put it on the tab. The end of the meal comes and the celery never came. We tried to catch the attention of our waitress multiple times during our dinner to let her know that we recieved the wrong drink or that we needed napkins or utensils, but every time it was a struggle as she didnt seem to pay our general direction any attention. She walked past us mutiple times but somehow never noticed when we tried to grab her attention. Maybe she assumed we wouldnt tip well because of our age, but I can assure we still tipped in full after the service. Her hesitation and the slight guilt ridden look on her face when she walked away with the receipt makes me believe that she at least learned her lesson.

I used to love this place and I still love their food but the service is just one of the worst. I’ve been on the Montclair location and others and it’s not the same service. Came for first time during off hours and told the waitress it was our first visit, hoping to find out why the place is so busy. We looked over the menu and ordered the sampler platter and wings. The place was about 1/3 full. 30 mins later we get our food. The wings were luke warm, chicken tacos and quesadillas the same. Even the nachos were soggy wet and not fresh. Called the waitress back. She got the manager and said they would make another plate. At this point I am not wanting to wait another 30 minutes. I ordered a burger instead. Within 8 mins I had the burger. The manager did the right thing and removed the first order from the bill. This is why they got 2 stars instead of 1. The burger was nothing special for the price. There are multiple good burger places within a mile of BWWs that serve good wings and burgers. An hour after my wife ate her wings, she had intestinal issues where we had to go home. We will not be going back.

I dont go to bww for the service, thats because 9 out of 10 times its horrible at this location. Bartenders seem on top of things. Good servers get the least shifts. Majority of the servers act like they are doing you a favor taking your order. Also, the time from when you sit down and order is ridiculous, even when its not crowded. 3 stars is for the great wings and sauces. Beer is always super cold too.

I feel really generous giving this Buffalo location a single star. Not only did 20 wings take an hour, but 10 of them were the wrong sauce. When we told them to correct the order, we were promised the correct wings free of charge for compensation.Another hour passed, and no wings. I took away a point for two reasons. The first one being that the service can be slow at times which is understandable but I believe they are under staffed as well. Also, nothing is more irritating when you go to a sports bar to watch a big game or fight and they cant even put in on the right channel in time or turn the sound on so we can hear whats going on. The managers need to get on point about that and let someone who knows whch games are on and how to control the sound. Its frustrating when you have to get there early just to get a seat but yet they cant even take a few seconds to change the channel in time to see the beginning of whatever it is thats on. Other than that, the atmosphere is usually good and the traditional wings are what you would come to expect.

I dont even think this place deserves a 1 star it should be 0!! We had spent our Sat at Six Flags and on our way back we decided to stop by to get some wings (Worst Mistake EVER!!) As we walk to the bar this older man Im guessing by his shirt he was a manager he asked if we were there to watch the fight we said No we were waiting for our table but just wanted to get a beer he said ok go right ahead, so we did we get to the bar and the bartender didnt even acknowledge us so a waitress approaches us and ask if we needed anything, I asked her the same thing I asked the hostess and manager and she said Yea and called out the bartender and told him we just wanted a beer we were waiting for out table he doesnt even look at us and he tells the waitress Hell No Im busy, with the rudest attitude ever and the waitress looked at us and I said wow he is very rude and she asked him again, and again he said No I dont have time to serve them and walks away, I then tell her hes not gonna be making us mix drinks or anything we just want 1 beer and were paying in cash trying to make it easier for the bartender, she then apologized and said for us to go back and wait. A couple mins pass by two men show up and wait for theyre table the hostess tells them theyre more then welcomed to get a beer while they wait and the two men go to the bar and SURPRISE!! they both come back with a beer each. We get our table and were sitting there for about 13mins and no waiter is there to greet us or take our drink order, any refills or whatever we asked for it would take about almost 20mins for the waiter to get. I was a waitress at my last job I know how it feels to have a full section, and if the managers think they put their best Bartenders and waitresses out on the floor on a semi busy night then Im sorry you need a knew crew ESPECIALLY new bartenders where they do not break under stress of having a full bar and denying service to someone. So much more happened the rest of the night there that completely ruined our dinner, that is why we will NEVER go there again most importantly recommend that place to someone.I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone because it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I came to this location today for the first time, I usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Whittier but I thought Id give this one a chance since its closer to where I live. So, we ended up seating outside as another hostess approaches us asking for our drinks and order, we ordered a coke, Red Bull and water and asked for her to return for the orders. Then, another hostess comes which seemed to be one of the mangers and asks if we have gotten service already and we said yes, but at this time we had made up our mind for the meals. Anywho, we order what we specifically want and wait for our drinks. We then get our coke WITH NO ICE, water but no red bull. So we kindly ask another hostess to get our red bull, and he says its coming from the bar and walks away. We wait for the food, 30mins pass and still nothing. The second hostess finally approaches us, and asks if we ever got service which is so unprofessional. They dont keep count on who gets help and who doesnt. We told her about the red bull and how there was never ice in the coke. So, she comes back with the drink and ice. We finally get our food BUT THE ORDERS WERE WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!! This location was just terrible. Completely trash. Customer service was horrible. We finally left, we didnt stay long, went inside to pay and both agreed to never return.

We eat elsewhere instead. 2 days later, we call 3 times around noon, no answer so we go to Pasadena BWW instead with no problems.And last night, I called them at 9:05 when they close at 10 for takeout. The wings, managers, and employees make this a killer place to eat. I frequent BWW Tuesday and Wednesday and leave satisfied each and every time. Have I had less than stellar service? Yes. Have I had less than stellar wings? Yes. I still leave happy each time. Why? Because employees like Ebin, Cristina, Karla, Val, and Juan make things right if something is not up to par and its vocalized. This is the only BWW in a 20 mile radius and gets packed at times. Alexa was our server and did not provide the customer service that other BWW locations provided. We understand it was a Friday night, but did not feel it was necessary to make customers know that you did not to be there towards the end of your shift. It did not feel welcoming or customer orientedWe had arrived to BWW West Covina at 1am. We ordered a large traditional wings with 3 alcoholic beverages (3 patron shots). At 1:30AM we ordered two more alcoholic beverages: a tall blue moon and a coronita. We did not have any problems then. The food was great.When 2 A.M. approached, Juan ( a security? He was wearing a black uniform polo) and another male Latino (in a red polo) approximately 56 or 57 male who weighed about 170 to 180lbs had told us that they had to collect our alcoholic beverages because California laws were in regulation. They advised us that by 2 A.M. all alcoholic beverages or glasses needed to be collected and we were unable to finish it unless we tanked it. I quoted that because they said it had to all be finished or they would have to confiscate the beverage(s). They tdid not leave our table.I asked if they were kicking everyone out, and they responded, no. We asked since we purchased before the alcohol sale of 2.A.M. If we could finish it until everyone finished their food. They argued no and reiterated that California laws are requiring them to remove alcoholic beverages from restaurant tables at 2A.M. Precisely.There is a way to educate customers and INFORM them of the laws. Its much different and not customer centric when you have your team bullying or teaming up on you and pressuring you to drink the remainder of the things your purchased or surrender it in full regardless.
