After making our decision in purchasing shutters for all of the windows and one vertical blinds for the sliding patio door, the delivery and installation dates were as expected.We are very please with Phils installation work and the quality of the products. We contacted Phil Wilson, Budget Blinds and he came to our home and gave us an estimate on Shutters for our kitchen and livingroom windows. We ordered and he let us know it would be a longer than usual wait for the Shutters to be made due to Covid-19. They came in exactly when he estimated they would. He called and we scheduled a day for the next week to do the installations. I was glad he was able to install them so soon. His service has been top notch and very professional. The shutters look amazing! Theyre also a good investment for the value of our home. Thank you Phil for providing us with a great experience with your services. I will definitely be contacting Phil when we need window coverings for the rest of our house.

Phil runs a great business. Professional, efficient and easy to work with. He took the time to listen to our needs and help us make the choice that made the most sense. We were prepared to purchase the more expensive option, but through his guidance went with something less expensive. I would highly recommend Phil and Budget Blinds of Monterey and San Benito. Setting up an in house appointment was a breeze. Phil was very punctual to both the initial blind selection and installation appointments and followed all covid rules of wearing a mask. He is very knowledgable about the array of high quality products they have and the selection was great with them matching our new color scheme easily. Installation was completed quickly once the custom blinds were ready from the factory. This included installing blinds some 20 feet in the area for windows that were too high up for me to even attempt. Great product and service

I called Budget Blinds when we were remodeling our home. Phil came out the same day I called him and had plenty of samples and ideas. We ordered that day and the price was much less the we thought it would be. The blinds arrived after the Covid lock down, so we waited and Phil came in mask and gloves and installed everything in just a few hours! I have recommended him highly to friends and would definately use him for anything in the future!!

A couple of years ago I had new blinds installed in my new house. They looked beautiful after installing them. Phil did a great job.Early July 2019 I called Phil for a new quote on some blinds and customer service on a blind that wasn’t opening. With no hesitation he reordered and replaced it. He went above and beyond and replaced all of my children bedrooms blinds at no cost. He also installed new blinds in my living room and were so beautiful with the design it came with it. The install went smoothly and he was available to answer questions months after the job was done (I have remote control blinds and one was acting a little sluggish - the batteries in that one just needed replacing). Phil Wilson just completed an installation of sliding glass door shades for our living room and master bedroom. This is the 2nd time weve had work done by Phil as we were so pleased with his professionalism and expertise the 1st time (he installed 5 window shades) we requested him again! He is prompt, courteous, neat and really knows what hes doing. The first set of blinds he installed a couple of years ago are in excellent condition - look brand new still, in fact. We recently moved into our new home with walls of windows and great views, but our windows are outdated and far from energy efficient. Our house was reaching 80 degrees during the day (in February!), so we needed some good options to keep the heat and glare out of our home. Phil with Budget Blinds was prompt, reasonably priced, and did a great job installing our new blinds. He provided us with a wonderful option to help with our problems while not taking away from the view. When the blinds are up, you can barely tell that they are there. When they are down, they still look nice and our house has stayed 5+ degrees cooler. I talked with a few different places to get options and quotes, and budget blinds was definitely the best. I would absolutely recommend Phil!

Phil Wilson is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with selecting and installing window covers. He helped me select some beautiful Hunter-Douglas Duette Honeycomb covers for some large west-facing windows, a glass panel by the front door, and a slider in the bedroom. They look wonderful and Phil had them installed in a short period of time.Phil was also helpful to me with a new area rug I had purchased from a local carpet store. There was a long snag that affected the surface of the carpet. Phil went to his truck, got a pair of carpet sheers, and made the carpet look much better!I highly recommend Phil Wilson and Budget Blinds of Monterey Bay.Its also very nice that Phil is always on time!

Budget Blinds of Monterey Bay provided a multitude of window coverings to fit the environs of our home lifestyle. In this age of Smart home technology, we took advantage of this and chose beautiful motorized and smart window coverings controlled and set by our android phones, or by remote controls. To have this technology, you need someone who understands it and will walk you through the process.It has been 2 years since installation and we couldnt be more pleased with the motorized top down bottom up honeycomb shades, Pirouette shades, and vertical patio coverings.
