I brought my daughter in for an appointment with Dr. Buddiga for both asthma treatment and allergy testing. The entire staff in the office was welcoming and friendly. Our wait time in the reception area and for Dr. Buddiga once we were in an exam room was five minutes maximum. Dr. Buddiga was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. It usually takes my 19 year old daughter, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, several visits to “warm up” to a new doctor, but she felt comfortable with Dr. Buddiga within a few minutes.I highly recommend Buddiga Family Allergy.

My daughter and I both had appointments with Dr. Buddiga. He was wonderful with both of us. He is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to both my daughter and I and our concerns. We both did a variety of tests- her for environmental and insect allergies and me for food allergies- that gave us the answers we were looking for. I feel great about the plan ahead and am so thankful to finally have some clarity on our allergies. His office staff and nurses were also wonderful. I highly recommend them for both adults and children.

Love this place the office is very clean and staff omg let me tell you👌 they are awesome, very friendly and always greeting you with a smile. The assistant explained everything very thoroughly and so did the doctor. My daughter was nervous thinking she was going to have all kinds of needles on her back lol but nope everything is updated and your in and out in a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this place the doctor os awesome along with his staff.

I googled best allergy doctors in Fresno and this was the first place to come up. I’m extremely grateful I started going here! At first I was skeptical since he put me on breathing treatments for my horrible cough, I didn’t know how much it would help since I didn’t feel like I had breathing issues. However, my cough that’s been strong for over a month has FINALLY started to go away. He is an extremely smart and knowledgeable doctor and I’ll be recommending him to all my friends and family!!!!!!

Needed to be seen after a week long outbreak of hives. They were friendly on the phone and were able to get me into the office as a new patient the next day. Office is clean and they were quick to get me tested for what I was allergic for. 15 minute wait for test results and they were able to see what I was allergic to and started treatment same day.

Positive experience from start to finish. Everyone nice, pleasant, and educated. Dr. Buddiga very professional and informative. Took my toddler for testing as well and Dr. Buddiga listened to his lungs and heard congestion. He put him on meds for now and said he would test for allergies next week. Dr Buddiga is an amazing doctor. He takes care of his patients with excellent care. My wife was in and out of hospital for 3 days trying to figure out what was going on with her. We knew she was having an allergic reaction. But symptoms were just so odd. She called to make an appointment with him. He saw her and told her what was wrong. He gave her treatment in that moment and will continue to treat her until she is well. Thank you Dr Buddiga for being such a caring doctor. We need more doctors like you. Also his staff is amazing. Don’t search more Dr Buddiga is the doctor you need, he will provide you with the best care in the valley.

Highly recommend this place! I took my daugther to another allergy place, I voiced my concern about her having an allergy and they gave me the run around and said it was ezcema. I went here and they right away tested my daugther and sure enough she was allergic to 2 things. A mothers instinct never fails and I appreciate how this office listened to me and tested her. This will Defenitly be the only place I take my daugther.

Overall, good experience w/ Dr. Buddiga and office staff. It’s just the testing panels and office visit payments that were high. I can understand the testing panel cost but the office visit fee, I’ve never paid more than $50 for an office visit. However, I’m fine with it because it was needed to get my child’s allergy testing.

Found Dr Buddigas office on Google and called to make an appointment. They verified my insurance and sent me a quote to make sure I’d be ok with the coverage and potential charges which was really helpful. The receptionists, assistants and nurses were all very nice and professional. Dr Buddiga has a great practice and I feel I’m in good hands in tackling my year round allergies. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you struggle with allergy symptoms.

I LOVE this place. The staff and Dr. Buddiga are so friendly and welcoming. We have been getting weekly allergy shots and had allergy testing done here. They explain the process well and make sure you feel safe. The weekly injections are super convenient and takes less than two minutes! So coming in on a weekly basis is super easy and Buddiga allergy makes the process smooth. I have not had any allergy complications since coming and getting my injections. I had two different procedures done (Botox and Lip filler) and both of my experiences we great! Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and fully explaining the procedure to me. First time here today. I got lip fillers, Barbara administered the injections and she was just wonderful. A bubbly personality and just a joy to be around. She explained everything she was going to do and went the extra mile to make sure I was numb. The two ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Buddiga and his staff. I’ve gone in for allergy testing and had a severe reaction to provocation testing. Dr and his staff were all very calm and thorough in administering the medications needed to stop my symptoms/reactions. Dr Buddiga was kind enough to call me that afternoon to follow up and check on my symptoms as well. Scheduling is easy and the front desk staff are easy to talk to as are the nurses. Dr. Buddiga was recommended to us by my son’s pediatric pulmonary doctor. In full honesty, the FIRST visit was wonderful. I was actually starting to *think* we had found a great allergy doctor. Front desk took time to go over all out of pockets costs for my son’s costly skin allergy tests. Dr. Buddiga was friendly and sat down and took time to listen to my concerns and seemed like he wanted to help my son. Well, that was short lived.After I declined regular allergy shots (opting for some more time before starting, as my son had no success with year-long shots from a previous allergy doctor) Dr. Buddiga was very distant during subsequent visit. It had not even been 5 minutes in the exam room when he rushed to leave the appointment before I could even ask any questions. Apparently he was in a rush to go to a more importanr phone meeting and could not be bothered. Then why schedule my appointment if you do not have time??? What a waste of my hundreds of dollars and time!Looking back, he waited for me to finish the costly allergy skin tests before dropping my son as a patient. To me, I felt the doctor was only interested in keeping my son as a patient if he could generate $$$ from us. Indeed, I got a vague letter in the mail saying the doctor would no longer be able to be my son’s doctor. No explanation. No referral to another colleague. Just a vague generic letter. It was very concerning considering my time and money invested in setting up my son as a patient meant that we would have to do it all over again with another doctor. This was right around the time that Dr. Buddiga “rebranded” his family asthma center and started his skin focus. Initially, I did not know that was what happened. When I tried to call, no luck so I went in person to inquire more and that’s when one staff member reluctantly opened the door (all signage was removed and I almost thought I had the wrong office)… she said she could not give me more information and basically that’s how it ended. Very unfortunate that the focus was never patient care, but $$$.

I had a great experience here for over a year. Dr. Buddiga was very attentive and caring and the staff there were very friendly. However, when his clinic changed names and remodeled, Dr. Buddiga became very distant. My last appointment was my annual skin test for allergy shots. He didn’t even come in to review the results with me. A nurse came in and said that Dr. Buddiga said I was ready to stop. However, I ended up going to a new allergy/asthma doctor who recommended another year. She said 3 years was the minimum. They called Dr. Buddiga’s office to ask for them to share the serum and they refused because they said I was no longer a patient. That was only a month or 2 after my last appointment. Now I have to start completely over from the beginning. I do not recommend the new Dr. Buddiga’s office.

I ended up going to Dr. Buddigas office because of the positive reviews I saw on Google. Not only did I get an appointment extremely quick, I was actually seen by Dr. Buddiga himself, which was the total opposite of Dr. Maciass office. Dr. Buddiga listened to me and every detail of the reasons I had been told to see an allergist. He not only ruled out me needing an allergy test, but was quick to point out my ailment and treatment for it. Im very thankful to Dr. Buddiga for his professionalism and to his friendly staff; especially Jessica who sets ups appointments and follows up to see if the treatment Dr. Buddiga prescribed is working. I will definitely return to his practice if I ever need allergy relief.

After my appointment, I would have given a 5 star review. The staff was efficient and courteous, and the doctor was friendly and clear. BUT... My wife needs (and) wants some care here, also. While visiting another provider in the same complex, we walk over to BUDDIGA, to see if her insurance is in network with them. The COVID restrictions here are totally overblown. They keep their doors LOCKED, at all times! You have to call them to be let in, even when you have an appointment! So, we waited with a patient who had an appointment. The staff lady would not give us the time of day vis-a-vis my wifes insurance, unless we made an appointment! She wouldnt let us in, or go to the computer to check. I think that service was appalling. Ill probably not go back. So they lose 2 patients, because the lady was to lazy to assist us.

My husband and I just got vaccinated with Dr Buddiga. We received the Pfizer vaccine but I think he has both types. The office is very professional and friendly. I was referred by my primary doctor because I am a severe asthmatic and I was six weeks into pneumonia and not healing. Today, of course on the holiday, he spoke with me through his exchange (many doctors do not even have an exchange anymore, requiring patients to call 911 and follow up with them on the next business day), then he followed up with me several times by phone directly to make sure that my daughter had a course of treatment and would be OK before his office even reopens tomorrow. He will check her in person tomorrow before school starts. Who does that? In my daughters case, he gave me all of options and explained everything in great detail. I have no idea how anybody can give this doctor good ratings I went to go see him last week the nurses and the staff are fabulous the doctor did not speak more than five words to me I was there for almost 3 hours spent a boatload of money because I’m a cash pain he did not even check my nose my throat or anything that an allergy doctor would do he looked at me and stared at my face for less than 5 seconds and said you have a sinus infection and cold and antibiotic give me some paperwork for me to do a complete allergy bloodwork up so he can see what I’m allergic to and now four days later I just receive a letter in the mail saying that he’s refusing service and no longer wants to see me because he give me a very strong treatment of medication that I was allergic to and sent me in a bunch of prescriptions that were over $900 worth and I picked up all these prescriptions and then he turned around and told me oh sorry you picked them up but don’t take them because you’ll be allergic to all of them…Save your time save your money do not see this doctor I have been a local resident in Fresno California my whole life and he hast to be the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. No consideration no consultation zero communication as a matter of fact I think he was creepy he grunted and mumbled the few words that he did speak to staff I feel very sorry for them they should all go work somewhere else wonderful group of people but he has a doctor horrible.I I paid for an asthma test in cash and their machine was broken and they still charged me for it the test was not complete because his computer was broken.

Very good experience. The doctor and his staff were very friendly. Everything was explained to me clearly, including insurance benefits. I took in my one year old for a suspected cat allergy and the testing was done during the consult. We didnt have to wait long at all. Will definitely come back should the need ever arise.

I’ve struggled with allergies my entire life and have tried many different allergy doctors in the Fresno/Clovis area in the passed 10+ years, but Family Allergy Asthma Clinic has been the best fit for me. Dr. Buddiga is very thorough and takes time to listen and respond to all your questions and concerns. There’s rarely ever a long wait to be seen by the doctor or get your allergy shot. The staff is also very friendly and the office is always kept nice and clean. I highly recommend this place for all your allergy/asthma needs!

Dr. Buddiga is a wonderful doctor. I received my first COVID-19 vaccine today. The entire procedure(paperwork and shot administered) was completed in under 30 minutes. Dr. Buddiga and his entire staff are professional and very friendly and caring. They make you feel at ease. My husband was a patient of Dr. Buddiga’s, until we had to change insurance carriers. We were sad to have to say goodbye to everyone in the office. We highly recommend Family Allergy and Asthma Clinic.

The staff is great when helping you setup your appointments and professional. The doctor is great! He sits down with you and tries to figure out what is happening. I had a skin test done to see what I was allergic to and he took his time explaining the results. He also provided recommendations that would help me. I would highly recommend family allergy!

I’m a college student that was going to this office for treatment, I didn’t have insurance at first and was for months paying out of pocket for my inhalers, shots, and appointments. Finally got insurance for the last year of my treatment, 6 months before I was completely finished, without calling, texting, leaving a message, emailing, or regular mailing me a warning, they terminated the contract with my insurance, I found out when I went to get my shot on a Tuesday they told me they will not give me the shot, or treat me, there is no referral and no transfer, and I will now have to start this whole process over again. It was also incredibly difficult to get the Doctor to keep up with my prescriptions and I was constantly having to call the office. 1 star.

Got answers and a treatment plan on the first visit. Dr. Buddiga listened to me rather than giving me the cookie cutter service. The medical staff were professional and the office staff is really helpful over the phone and in person. Also, didnt have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen.

This dude is AWESOME.I specifically requested a referral to Dr. Buddiga because Id read about his research and activism regarding pollution in the Central Valley and how it impacts the people who live here. He seemed like a doctor who truly cares about his patients, so I asked to see him before anyone else. Unlike most quality doctors in this town, he accepts my low-income insurance, and I was approved much more quickly than most specialist referrals. They called me and offered an appointment within less than a week of the phone call!Office staff is very friendly, helpful, and fast. Very efficient and up-to-date. Dr. Buddiga is kind and patient, will answer all of your questions, and respects your time. Hell listen to whatever you have to say and proceed with whatever works for you as an individual.My first appointment was quick, I was seen immediately and within minutes I was given a food allergy test. When the results were all negative he ordered blood work, and offered me an environmental allergy test just a week later. When I got that test, I lit up like a Christmas tree. He discussed with me the option of immunotherapy shots, fully transparent about the commitment it requires, and said wed only proceed once I was ready. In the meantime he told me which OTC allergy meds would best supplement my current treatment. He scheduled an appointment in a few months, and said to call and make one sooner if I was ready before then.Ive had a lot of horrible experiences with doctors in this town, especially suffering from chronic illnesses and low income. Dr. Buddiga is every exception. Ive already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. I look forward to working with him in the future. Dr. Buddiga was my last hope after a year of suffering with a terrible full body rash including open sores. Six Fresno area doctors were not able to help clear any of it up!All of the tests, oral and topical treatments were of no avail!I brought a box of empty prescription bottles and tubes of ointments/creams to show him everything the other doctors had prescribed.Dr. Buddiga decided on yet another plan for treatment, a different combination of orals and topicals.Amazingly, within two weeks there was noticeable improvement. This clinic is my sanctuary during the busy work week. Dr. Buddiga and his kind staff are so wonderful and on-point. The clinic itself is very modern and streamlined. Most importantly- I’m much healthier now that I’ve identified my allergies and am receiving weekly shots.
