Matt Jordan came by my office one day and gave me a card. He was polite, personable and informative. While I was researching multiple options, he gave me all the information I needed and took the time to explain the lease and process thoroughly. He provided options for our needs and let me know where we could save money. Once we made the decision, our new printer was delivered the next day, and they handled everything with the return of the old one. They explained to me how to use the options important to our office and offer quick response to maintenance concerns. Matt did an amazing job! We use Buckmaster for our church printer and they have been wonderful! Always super helpful! Our lease is going to be up soon and we were looking at other companies, just because we print a lot of color copies and it gets expensive. But Buckmaster is a much better deal AND their customer service blows the competition out of the water! Kyle willingly came to our office to go over our current contract and future options. I could barely get people from the other company to even return my emails, it took weeks! All that to say we are gladly staying with Buckmaster. They have always been very quick to help and very pleasant to work with! We know we are in good hands! :-)Update: Everyone at Buckmaster continues to be helpful and amazing. Buckmaster is my new favorite family run business! The owner of the company cold-called me at my office 2 years ago and he reviewed the contract we had with Cal...T and showed me how they could provide us with better service for a better price. I was sold, and wanted to switch right away, but had to wait out the life of our old CT contract. Buckmaster called us (as they promised) when our contract still had 4 months on it and provided us with a much better copy machine than we had before, and at a lower price! They even paid off our remaining contract - thats how confident they are in their product and service.Our old company didnt tell us (it was in the fine print, but still....) that the cost per copy in our contract increased after a year and then went up each year, but our contract with Buckmaster doesnt. Our cost per copy stays the same for the life of our contract!The switch to Buckmaster was smooth and simple, and they delivered and set our new copier up within a week. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable, as were their techs for install. Easy peasy! We also have had fewer issues with the machine and havent had to call for service at all. Also, hardly any calls to tech support.We are very pleased with Buckmaster Office Solutions and I would highly recommend them for your copier/scanner/printer needs. They are hard-working and conscientious folks.

I was asked by my company to find a quality printer/copier for our new office. As I began researching and inquiring with different companies Buckmaster really stood out to me. Kyle was an amazing resource, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right copier for our needs and at a price no one could beat. I knew after speaking with Kyle that we would use Buckmaster.After getting a contract in place, Jeff who does their scheduling was flexible and accommodating. This was extremely valuable to us as I had an unpredictable schedule during the planned drop off week.When the copier was set up, we were impressed by Levi on their IT team, who explained to us how to use the machine and answered all of our questions with ease.We are pleased with our copier so far. I took over as Office Manager for this office about a year ago. I was told by the old office manager that the current Xerox machine we had, had a service contract that would need to be renewed with in a few months. Well a few months went by, I contacted Xerox asking for a new contract. I was told we could not get a new contract for the Xerox machine because it was to old and the parts arent being made anymore. In order to have the machine maintained we would have to pay around $700.00 for a one time service.Out of nowhere, I get a call from Buckmaster asking about our current machine and if we were interested in buying a new one. I asked for more details. I loved the contracts and different finance deals Buckmaster offers. Carl (Buckmaster Rep) hooked me up with a new machine that scans to email! (and so much more). Can you believe that?! The process I was going through just to scan on the old Xerox was to much compared to this newer technology. To say the least Carl at Buckmaster gave us a great deal on the copy machine, is always there to make sure we have what we need and has just made my day to day easier here at work. Recently, our churchs contract with our previous printer company. Given recent bad experiences with them, we went looking for someone else. We were lucky enough to find Buckmaster. They came in, listened to what we needed, and gave us a proposal. The proposal fit our needs perfectly. Installation went very smoothly and quickly so that business was interrupted for the shortest time possible. Buckmaster went above and beyond in making sure we got two great machines as well as removing our old machines for us. Our story: my firm had a 16+year history with a large, well-established, Sacramento copier supplier. This fall we found ourselves in the situation of a failing copier, and a non-supportive and non-communicative copier firm.Pressure from my superior and staff was mounting as things were deteriorating and affecting productivity. They came out and accessed our office needs and they were able to get us a copier that does everything we need. Ink was bleeding through and making it hard to read what was written on the other side.
