2024-01-12 12:55:31I have been having body work for many years from many Rolfers and Bruce is one of the best. He was working on my hands one day and the movement he was able to achieve in my hands was utterly amazing. If you need to be fixed, Bruce is range Guy!

2023-10-21 16:52:37I struggle with chronic musculoskeletal pain that confuses me, its hard to even put words to all my symptoms. But I felt very seen with Bruce. He listens and connects dots in magical ways that allowed me to leave walking so much better in just one session. He holds so much wisdom to the structure of the body and it feels relieving to have found someone who can help me. Its so apparent that he just wants you to feel better and offers so many lifestyle tips to take away that have continued to help me over the following weeks and beyond.

2021-10-27 16:25:58I started seeing Bruce after spending 30 years receiving weekly bodywork as an attempt to end chronic pain. As a lucky recipient of severe bodily injury, bodywork has always been a necessary component of my life in movement. After 10 sessions with Bruce, I found myself for the first time, pain free. I am sure I will include follow up sessions as needed, but it has been several months since my last session, and I am still pain free. Bruce doesnt just work on your structure, he teaches you how to move in a new way, breaking the chronic patterns of living in pain. Highly recommend!

2023-02-02 20:34:58Since working with Bruce, the pain and tension in my body that I’ve been dealing with for years has lessened drastically. Bruce is present and an excellent listener. I feel very safe and comfortable with him. During our sessions, I’ve never felt such deep rest and relaxation. I’ve had three sessions so far and I look forward to more. Can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Bruce!

2023-07-28 17:16:17Bruce is an awesome Rolfer. He has been helping me with the fallout from a hip injury, which has been critical to me as a dancer. One thing that stands out to me is his openness about different schools of Structural Integration. Also—this is not an issue for me but it may be for others—he has a way to work on you while you are fully clothed, so if you are uncomfortable removing any clothing, he can still work on you with no impairment to his work.

2021-11-08 04:33:06Bruces work was, essentially, life changing. I had struggled terribly for months with what was diagnosed as costochondritis. Inflammation had turned into scar tissue, causing a lack of mobility throughout my chest, diaphragm area, side ribs, etc. Before I found Bruce it was hard to find anyone who felt they knew how to address the problem. Bruce listened carefully and immediately set to work trying things out. His excellence in listening, emphasis on communication between patient and practitioner, creativity, optimism, expertise and years of experience yielded outstanding results! His work totally transformed my body and gave me the belief that I could tackle my physical problems with patience and skilled and deliberate yet ultimately simple physical work (whereas before I felt like giving up).Bruces approach is very hands-on, focusing on the physical body, without any overly alternative elements (not knocking acupuncture, etc, it just wasnt what I was looking for). His work can be uncomfortable, but he works with you to establish what a reasonable comfort limit would be. In my case, it was the correct zone of discomfort and I was never overly sore/swollen afterwards (though a little can happen). After every session I saw a great deal of progress. Several sessions later, I feel like a new person--not an exaggeration (FWIW hes very conservative with his estimates and doesnt promise to be able to help everyone). I am so so thankful I found Bruce and couldnt recommend him more!!

2023-03-22 01:21:06Bruce is a healer, a real professional and a very decent person. I have worked with him on specific issues and he has resolved all of them. Periodically I go in for a checkup and I come out renewed. He is exceptional.

2023-06-26 23:21:20I initially sought Bruces work for two herniated discs in my low back which required surgery. Through Bruces work and care I avoided the surgery. Since then he has righted my posture and many sports-related injuries, including a torn PCL. Through my work with Bruce my body has become strong and I am pain-free. Bruce blends structural integration with sensitivity, insight and compassion. His work literally changed my life.

2022-11-22 00:42:44Bruce is a true healer! Since working from home and returning to work, my upper back pain and lower neck pain was giving me crushing headaches weekly and impacting my posture. A few sessions and coaching from Bruce helped clear up the pain. Surprisingly the Rolfing was not as painful afterward as I would have thought. Thank you Bruce!
