We are impressed with the Browder team. The sales representative, Nick, gave us a clear and thorough understanding of what would be done on the exterior paint job. Then we were wowed by the team! They showed up on time and worked vigorously throughout the day. Alan, the crew leader, had excellent communication skills. He, Paul and Gera did an excellent job as a team, with attention to detail and really friendly attitudes . Everyone that walks by notes how fabulous the house looks. Thank you to everyone. We had the best experience from start to finish. Our expert and skilled painters, Joseph and Jose were friendly, clean, energetic and professional. They made sure the job was skillfully done. They kept us posted on the process along the way. When one of them needed to leave the project before the job completion to welcome a new family member into the world, the other one** kept up the pace to complete the job. Then, the Browder team sent more experts to look for any little touch-ups and finishing touches, and they sent another fine painter, Dany, who took care of the punch list. We would definitely use Browder again.**(I know who was who, but I’m just trying not to put out TMI for the world to see.)

Browser Painting has done it again they painted the entire interior of our condo. Once again our highest compliments to their entire staff. The professional quality service is something you don’t get everywhere. Eric & Juan did some incredibly detailed painting on our stair banister. Wish I had pics to share. Browder Painting company out of SLO recently painted the exterior of my parents home and from start to finish they were extremely professional and my parents were thrilled with the results of Browder’s work! Rigo and Moses were very knowledgeable and skilled craftsman, these weren’t your every day painters from the streets. These guys have been doing it for many years, and they knew exactly what they were doing and took their time and did it right and asked my parents questions along the way, they allowed them to sample several colors of paint to make sure they were happy with the color that was going to go on their home. They brought their own restroom to the job site, so there was no need to come in and out of the home. My mom and dad were so thankful for their services. Besides being extremely skilled in their trade, they were also very trustworthy. My Mom & Dad didn’t have any issues with anything being stolen or broken while they were working at their home for 10 days. Highly recommend this company if you have any needs for interior exterior paint.

Our cabinets needed to be painted after we had new doors made about a year ago. I was looking for a professional painter, thinking the job would be done quickly, with the least disruption. Browder delivered!The work done by Erik and Juan was meticulous, detailed, and organized. Both men were respectful, hardworking, arriving on time each day. There was a glitch with one of the colors - mixed incorrectly by the vender - which Erik quickly resolved with great results.Really, the cabinets look so good. Theyre clean, bright, and new to me. Goodbye 1980s!By the way, our project manager was Kenyon. He visited us to look at the job and provide a quote. He had a good knowledge of the process, which was helpful in our decision to use Browder.

Starting with their office staff who provided initial information, scheduled the consultation for a quote, Jen and Eileen were extremely personable....Dirk who came out to provide me with the quote, he was extremely thorough and attentive to my requests, needs and questions.... kept me informed as we scheduled the project...and upon a prompt arrival as scheduled, Juan C. and his crew were fantastic!!! We walked through the project before starting, he was able to understand my concerns and let me know what the process would be. Ulysis, Jesus and Jaime along with Juan carefully moved furniture and prepped/protected all exposed areas and flooring. Their dedication to detail and quality painting skills were apparent from the start. Browder just finished a 2-week interior paint job of our Los Osos home, and we have nothing but positives to say about the company. The response to bid was quick, the estimator, Dirk, listened to what we wanted and presented us with several options that allowed us to stay within our budget. Great follow up and checks ins. Our painters, Dany, Reynaldo, EJ, and Joe got us all fixed up and our old house looking brand new. I had the best experience with Browder. My house had not been painted professionally in probably 30 years and desperately needed some TLC. I got quotes from a few different companies and although Browder was on the high end, their commitment to excellent service won me over.It started with Nick, who came over to give the quote. I told him I was looking to do a big change (from yellow to black!) and he was immediately on board and excited to help me make my dream home a reality. He was able to get the quote to me within an hour, and I had paint swatches within days of signing. When I told him I was getting additional quotes, he was very understanding and not pushy. I really appreciated that. Also, he was not only on time, but early! Such a luxury! The other two companies I got quotes from were both late (one even rescheduled twice).Once I signed, then came Jen! She was able to get me penciled in about 2 weeks later. Amazing! I was a little nervous when the carpentry work I had planned kept getting delayed. I called her in a panic because I was worried they would not be done on the exterior work before the painters arrived. She reassured me that everything would work out and if necessary, we could push the start date. It ended up working out fine. Huge shout out to Jen for being so understanding!The day before work started a trailer was dropped off in front of my house and I confirmed my color choices with Eileen. I love that the team started texting me updates rather than calling. I know it’s such a millennial thing but it made it easier for me to respond while at work.The day of, Jaime and Junior arrived promptly at 7:30am. They started with a power wash and then got to work on prep. They did about 2 days of prep work and I was so impressed by the level of detail. The next 2 days were spent on painting the house and trim. They did 2 full coats on everything. The final day was spent doing touch ups and the other finishing touches.As the lead, I cannot recommend Jaime enough. I really appreciated the level of communication; every morning when he arrived and every afternoon before he left, he would touch base on the plan for the day and the plan for tomorrow. Any hiccups were communicated to me clearly and I was consulted before any steps were taken. Before he left at 4:30 he made sure to thoroughly cleanup, not leaving trash or supplies out. (My dog would try to eat everything, so that was a huge plus for me.) He was not only a great painter, but a very nice person. He made the whole experience so easy for me.Junior was also great! He did so much prep work and all of the trim (and more!). He stayed late on the final day to clean off my gate, which had gotten a little paint spray on it. It wasn’t super noticeable- and I feel like a lot of companies would have left it as is. I think this is a great example of the level of detail Browder provides.All in all, 10/10 would hire again. If you are looking for a quality painter with great communication and attention to detail, you will not regret choosing Browder.

Juan, Juan and Jesus tackled an extremely challenging ceiling project that other painting companies chose not to take on. My 40-year-old tongue and groove knotty pine ceiling with extensive water damage now looks virtually new. Yes, it was quite expensive to return it to its natural splendor, but even other painters recommended Browder when they themselves determined it was beyond their ability. When challenges inevitably arose, which is to be expected in a project of this complexity, they were handled efficiently and with admirable expertise. Juan E and Austin did an excellent job painting the whole interior of our house. They showed up each day on time and worked hard all day making sure that we had rooms to use at the end of each day. They repaired and prepped and cleaned all the surfaces so that the paint went on smooth getting rid of all the blemishes. Our interior has a very high lofted ceiling that provided extra challenges. They did a super job. The house looks brand new inside! Juan E also did detail stain work in our sun room repairing wood scratches and matching the existing stain color perfectly.

They were punctual, professional, respectful and very easy to have around the house for the six days it took to paint our 37 cabinet doors and 14 drawers. In early 2022, we contracted with Browder Painting to paint the exterior of our then 121 year old home. They did a suberb job! Then we had them back to spruce up some of our interior, again a stellar experience! That winter was marked by astonishing storms, and we honestly feel that the quality of Browders work prevented our home from experiencing water related damage. They even followed up to make sure all was still okay! Talk about talking pride in what you do, they are fine examples. Skip forward to this past winter, also a doozy, but this time flying tree branches impacted our back door, chipping paint and cracking a panel. Of course, homes over a century old are hard pressed to find replacement parts, such as doors that fit, and a new custom made door would be extremely expensive. So I called Browder to see if there was anything that could be done to repair it. Not only was the estimate a quarter of what a new unpainted custom door would have cost, they promptly sent their wonderful, respectful, and responsive painter Sergio to work his magic. And I mean magic! It once again looks perfect, solid, and secure!Based on all of our various experiences with Browder Painting we are forever clients, and will recommend their services to anyone who asks, and frankly we name drop them even if not asked. They are that good! From initial phone call to final wave farewell to their crew, everything goes smoothly, neatly, and professionally. Five Stars Plus!

Juan and Josh were our team and did an excellent job, with great attention to detail - sanding, caulking cracks and nail holes, primer as needed and two coats of paint on beams, corbels and fascia. I have previously used Browder on several large projects. The success of those jobs led me to request a quote from Browder for the complete repainting of our private school building. The building had not been painted for 23 years, and required a lot of careful prep, repair and painting of the stucco walls, and wooden trim. The project leader, Moises was amazing. He was incredibly polite and communicated the daily plans and progress each day. His knowledge of the work required was evident. Our building has 13 doors (mostly classroom doors). One person, Al, was tasked with preparing and painting the doors and associated trim. The workmanship that Al displayed on those doors (inside and out), was super!! Those doors have been used by thousands of children over the years. They look new, and I’m certain they will look good for many years to come.Finally, Browder was very cognizant of our need to complete the project during a school break, with a finite number of days available. . They were actually able to complete the project, earlier than expected.I HIGHLY recommend Browder for all sorts of painting projects. They are very different than other painting companies. This is third time we’ve had Browder paint our house exterior in twenty years! Allen was an excellent team leader, always onsite promptly at 730 am, fog or shine. Josh and his team at Browder painted the exterior of our mobile home, and did an excellent job. They took their time, and the job included all the prep work, power-washing, two coats of paint, and then all the detailing once it was done. Josh was very communicative all throughout, checking in at the beginning of each day, when he left, and anytime in between if necessary.This job started with a thorough inspection and quote by Nick, wherein all of my concerns were listened to and addressed. Every call from Browder’s office to schedule the work was professional and super courteous.We could not be happier with the quality of work and communication at every step. I am the county services manager at The Salvation Army a block away from a Browder Painting job site. Being that we are in a residential area, you notice everything! Loud construction, liter, etc. However, I go on a walk every day at lunch and for the past three weeks Moises M, JB & Crew Alvaro have been painting a grand Victorian home in the neighborhood. Not only have I noticed the quality work, but you can barely tell they are there! So quiet, friendly, and never leave a mess in the neighborhood! Their work is impeccable. So much so, that I had to stop and ask them if I could give them a review! The crew leader had a review card handy, made sure to write his and his teams name, and was very appreciative of the acknowledgment. We need more companies like this in our community! From our first time scheduling with Eileen, to getting a quote from Nick and getting an earlier time scheduled with Jen, we were impressed with the thorough preparation for our project. Dan, the carpenter, arrived first and quickly fixed the issues needed to be done before painting. He was great to work with. Then we met Alan and Jesus, our paint crew. After our initial meeting with them, we left on vacation and trusted them to complete the job. They kept in daily contact with us through texts and photos. When we returned, the project was completed beautifully as well as all cleanup. We especially appreciated the video Jesus sent us of our newly painted home! I had the pleasure of working with Browder Painting on the exterior of my over 100 year old home that required extensive prep work as well as providing a solid cover of paint to protect and beautify my house. The project took two weeks to complete. Our painter, Alan and his crew, Jesus, were dedicated to doing their best for me. They focused on their work, were tidy in their workmanship, careful with the landscaping, and Alan was excellent at communicating with me about doing each step to my satisfaction. Not only did they do a job over and beyond my expectations, but they were here on time, friendly, considerate, and happy while doing the work.Once the project was underway, I realized the spa really needed to be painted to put the final touch on the project. We just had Browder out to paint and update our exterior home. Nick came out and gave us an estimate and went over the extensive process that they do when working with clients, from rust proofing to scraping old paint and preparation. We were then unsure of the color for the exterior and decking and Nick was more than helpful with getting back to us with suggestions. Nick was not going to be able to make it on the day of painting, but was very informative as to who will be showing up. We then received a call from Jen in the office where she again updated us on the day, time and who will be there. On the day of painting Alan and EJ showed up on time and from that moment on they kept us informed on the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgable. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and it was like they werent even there. Joe came out for a final walk through and made sure that we were satisfied and it was up to our expectations. The next day we again received a phone call from the office making sure that we were satisfied and that the company met our expectations.Browder Painting Company thank you for making this process a breeze. Our home turned out beautiful and it was everything we could of asked for and more. The team that was sent to do my painting job did not do the work as professionally as promised by the estimator. I had instructed them to watch for holes and cracks in the bad stucco job the builders subcontractor had done....that team did get the little holes (95% of them), but the cracks for the most part did not get the attention I expected for the service outlined by the estimator. I felt that the job was rushed through and sloppy because the taping around windows and door frames had paint seepage/splatter. I should not have to check the work, but thats what needs to happen with services. I told the main office that I was not satisfied with the work done. The painting around trim and architectural elements was sloppy and the cracks in the stucco was not satisfactory. If the work was done properly and thorough the first time, I would give a full 5 star here, BUT that was not the case, and I would have given a 2 star rating had the company not came out with other people to fix the sloppy work. Browder Painting does at least stand behind its work to make things right, and thats why I would give it 4 stars for responsiveness to issues.

When they discovered unforeseen damage, they alerted us, discussed the work and provided a written supplemental work order. That additional work was done in a professional manner at a fair price. Browder provided us with a best-in-class crew with excellent supervision. We recently had the entire interior of our townhouse re-painted by Browder. Javier and his crew were fantastic. They showed up promptly at 7:30am every day, they were extremely tidy, and they moved through the house in a logical fashion which helped tremendously since I work from home and continued to do so through the whole job. Jen and Nick were a fantastic introduction to the Browder company. Jen answered the phone when I called! Unlike the first 6 companies I tried. She was informative, accurate and super nice. Nick arrived on time, spent an hour and a half surveying everything and gave me an estimate right on the spot. I immediately accepted and we were on our way. He color matched a house in my neighborhood that I liked, and it worked out perfectly.Carpenter Dan repaired all the exterior wood on the house prior to painting. He was extremely thorough, prompt and efficient. I can see why hes an asset to the Browder team!Arturo and his crew worked on the outside painting. I havent seen a more professional team in all my adult life. They show up on time, no music blaring, no smoking, they review what they completed that day, they clean up after themselves everyday, they work consistently throughout the day with no strangers walking in and out, and, the result is a stunning, thorough, professional paint job.Juan E and Eric painted the inside and their work ethic was the same. Their teams have always been courteous and professional.This time I had Browder paint the exterior of my home and both JB and JC did an outstanding job. They cleaned up at the end of each day. JB did a walk-around every day and checked the colors with me before starting a new one.Everything was put back in place at the end of the job, lights, mulch, etc.Extremely happy with the team and the results!Used Browder again to refinish my kitchen cabinets. WOW! We had the exterior of our house painted and it looks AMAZING! Jesus and Jaime did a wonderful job from start to finish. They did a lot of prep, including trenching below the dirt, fascia repair, and repairing a rotted decorative beam that now looks good as new. Painting stucco can be tricky because of its 3D nature, but they did a great job and inspected the finished job in a few different lighting conditions to touch up any spots that were missed. They even went above and beyond by touching up the window sills and door we painted ourselves, and swapped out a light fixture for us above the garage. I will absolutely be giving them a call again for my next painting project, and have already recommended them to a few friends and neighbors. Give Browder a call, you wont be sorry!

We went with Browder after obtaining 3 other bids. They were not the lowest but the professionalism that Project Manager Nick showed made us feel as though they would be the best fit. He gave us all the information we needed plus additional that we didnt even think about. He came on the first day and introduced our painter to us and the project to him.Our painter, Javier, was the nicest, most competent and thorough worker!!! They are not the cheapest, but I keep going back to them because they are professional, well organized and their painters are always top notch (sometimes with larger companies it’s hit or miss with individual painters). For my latest project, I had Juan C. and he was terrific. The project took two days and I was very impressed with how immaculate he left the space at the end of the day. His detail work was excellent, and he did a great job covering and protecting my wood floors. Very happy.

Twenty+ years in our house and we needed some upgrades and repairs. After much research we decided on Browder Painting to paint the interior. Curtis Dulay was our initial contact and I was impressed by his knowledge and suggestions. He is knowledgeable about colors and how they can change from natural light as well as interior light and he advised me about the many finish/sheen options available and why the proper choice is important. He left his estimate and an informativepacket of information. Browder also does minor repair or provides contacts they recommend. I was blown away by the detail and support Curtis provided.The office staff emailed me an outline of the project and what to expect and they worked with me to find a date that was sooner than expected. I was reminded twice prior to the start of the project and the office staff are always very friendly and helpful.The crew arrived on site on time and went right to work. They organized a work area in the garage, had a crew member start finishing our new baseboards (he did a great job!!) and Curtis walked them through the project going over every detail. Other Browder crew began prep which takes a long time. Javier was our painter who did the prep to protect our sinks, toilets, tubs, and other furnishings and he did an excellent job. I was surprised at the protection he did for our new tile in bathrooms and on floors and our fixtures. He was quiet and focused but very detail oriented and asked questions about certain areas to be sure we were on the same page. He even resolved a minor paint problem and was an artist when it came to repairing some molding.I am thrilled with the outcome and can not say enough about the quality of the results provided by Browder Painting. Twice in 5 days management reviewed the project while in process…that is a real commitment to insure excellence.

Had the entire exterior of my home painted by Browder Painting Co.Everyone we talk to and worked with scheduling, accounting, estimator and especially the painter Justin were always friendly, courteous, willing to help and take the time to answer questions.At the end of each workday, Justin would ask me to walk around the house with him, he would show me what work he had performed and asked me if I had any questions or concerns.Justin took the time to prep the house carefully and completely for painting and clean up the mess at the end of each day.When it was time to paint, Justin explained the process and worked with us to schedule time to let the dogs out. Overall, we are very satisfied with the exterior paint.
