If there is something less than 1 star I would give it to Brooks pest control. I hired them to help me taking care of gophers. The provided bad service with technicians that were not professional. I called them multiple times and could not solve any issue. They did not tell me the truth when I signed the contract. They told me that they will come over every time that I have new gophers holes or mounds in my backyard and when I called them to come out since I have more gophers holes, they wanted to charge me the 2 months fee for only one month of service. They put only traps in my backyard without any benefits. Gophers still going around and they are coming from the holes that they have trap in without being caught. The holes are increasing daily and whatever they are doing does not help at all. Also, be aware that there is cancellation fee if y cancel the contract. I do not recommend their service at all.

The initial phone call was exceptional, the rep was knowledgeable and friendly not pushy. We worked out a plan that works for us and a competitive price. The appointment for spraying was the next day and Ricardo called 30 min before to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly and knew his stuff - spent some time explaining things and answering questions then did his thing. The whole experience was good. Glad I shopped around. Thanks guys - see you in 3 months!!

They were very polite and always asked if we had any questions. Gave great explanation of services they provide and answered all my questions. They provided quick service and by the next day we woke up to results. We are very happy with the service this first time. I will continue to update as we continue our service.Thank you for your professionalism.

Jordan Wells was very kind and professional. Our home is very rough right now inside and out, and I did not feel any judgment from Jordan. He was kind and took a lot of time. He did not seem like he was bothered that he had to do what I would imagine was more work than usual. I even forgot to set up my payment and he was still patient and kind with me when he had to come back. I’m very impressed and I’m very glad we went with brooks. I love how both him and Jade made us feel welcome to use the service as needed and wanted instead of trying to come out at little as possible. I don’t see us ever going with anyone else.

They were great and courtesy and very informative .Rick was very helpful and did everything I asked and more he sprayed my grandkids trampoline and play house and swing witch really makes me more comfortable that they dont get bit by spiders.

I appreciated the exceptional service from Steven with Brooks. He was competent, professional, and attentive and worked with us to address all of our pest needs. We were in the midst of a major ant infestation and it was a delight to wake up this morning and not need to spend 30 minutes removing ant trails throughout the house. He also identified and addressed several other issues, including two wasps nests in the backyard. Ive been using Brooks for a year now and have always had good service, but Steven took this to another level of excellence, spending extra time and employing a variety of techniques to address multiple insect problems at our home. Steven is doing a fantastic job representing Brooks.

Your technician was not here and I am very disappointed. I saw the truck across the street from my house and within 2 minutes he was gone. No one came to the door to access the back yard

Matthew Perez, the pest control person who came to take care of the yards, did a great job. He was very friendly and polite. He took care of areas that needed attention since all the rainfall has produced much growth. He left his door hanger on the front door like he said he would.

Very impressed!Just hired Brooks pest control starting for my quarterly service and so far I am extremely satisfied. Jack, the account rep and Tyson who is the service technician for my area are extremely professional and they provide some of the best customer service ever. Even their inside customer service personnel are great. They provided me with a plan that worked for my needs and the service today 06/06/24 was more than I expected. Thank you all for the 5 star experience.

This is our first time to use Brooks and we are extremely please so far! I called at 1 pm on a Friday afternoon and by 4 they had someone come out and treat the inside and out of our home! Dewayne was quick and professional! He called to give me an approximate time frame for when would arrive and was there when he said. I have set up a bimonthly account so I look forward to the next twelve months of doing business with Brooks!
