Brook is an excellent agent! I was really nervous buying a home for the first time. She was patient and honest with me. I really appreciate her knowledge. When we were ready to close early, she did everything in her power to make it happen. Unfortunately, the seller was behind schedule, but Brook handled everything like a professional. Even though my new home is a one-bedroom condo, Brook treated it like a multi-million dollar estate. I really appreciate all that she did for me.

We needed a realtor when moving to Sonoma County from out of state and Brook came highly recommended. Brook was incredibly helpful not only getting acclimated to the area but also from the start of the home search to the finish. I referred some dear friends and clients to Brook for their relocation to Northern California. They met with Brook right when they got there, looked at homes and determined that waiting until spring may be a better idea due to inventory along with getting to know the areas better. This spring, Brook took phenomenal care of them finding the clients a great home, negotiated expertly and saved them over 20k from the initial list price. Along with this, my clients have told me theyve become friends with Brook and that she has been an incredible resource for all things in the surrounding area, helping them get engulfed into the community. Her communication with me and always keeping me in the loop is exactly what I was hoping for, it doesnt always work this way and Brook did a fantastic job and Im grateful for that. Brook helped me sell my mother’s house after her death. It was a difficult time for me and my family as there was a house-ful of memories and the stuff accumulated after a life well lived. Brook made it easy for me to sort through everything in the house and found people who wanted the items that my family did not. She had her own set of contacts for repairs, cleaning, hauling, painting and yard work and made all of the arrangements to get that work done. She gets an A plus for creating a schedule and keeping us on it.She is also an excellent communicator, letting me know where we were each step of the process. She was always a quick text or phone call away.I have never had a realtor work so hard on getting a house ready to sell. She went well beyond what I could have expected. And the icing on the cake is we got a lovely qualified buyer in no time!

Brook is an amazing real estate agent and a really kind and helpful person. She really came through for me when I had to abruptly transfer my father into a board and care facility, move or donate all of his possessions and sell his house, and do so quickly enough to have income to cover the costs of his care. This is not an understatement, but without Brook I would have been screwed. Seriously, she handled everything really effectively and it is clear that she has the experience and expertise to be really good at what she does. Highly recommended.

Im a Realtor in Sacramento and I had a client that needed a Guerneville area expert to help sell their home. After a little research, I found Brook and made the introduction to my clients. When my wife and I decided to try and sell our house, it was a really daunting task that we had no idea how to navigate, especially with a 1-year-old at the time. Brook really listened to our needs and concerns and made the entire experience work for us. She helped us navigate what work did and did not need to be finished on the house, how to price the house appropriately for the market, and more than anything else, made the whole process about us and our needs, not about hers. She was patient and compassionate with us yet was also a fierce negotiator on our behalf. The level of professionalism and experience she has is remarkable and she really cares about her clients and her work. I don’t think you can get any better then Brook. As a first time home buyer, there was a lot of questions and uncertainty on my end. Brook has 17 years experience and it shows. I cant say enough great things about Brook - she is the BEST! We recently bought a house in Sonoma County and she was such a gem to work with. Not only is she super knowledgeable about all things Sonoma County, she also did a wonderful job of listening to our wants and needs without being pushy. We are first time home buyers (so full of questions and anxiety!) and she was incredibly patient with us, as well as extremely on it with communication. Anytime we needed something, she got back to us right away. She was also amazing to work with during a pandemic - always following the proper protocol during COVID and making sure we felt safe in every property we looked at. One thing we really appreciated was the consultation she did with us (via zoom due to the pandemic), prior to looking at any homes. She had a very thorough questionnaire that helped her to hone in on homes she thought were perfect for us. We found plenty of places on other platforms that seemed perfect until we saw them in person, but our dream home that we ended up buying was one that she recommended we see. What is the magic dust, the secret ingredient, that makes me so glad we chose her to curate the sale of our house in Santa Rosa?Brook is persistent, timely, organized, and thorough. She surrounds herself with a network of highly qualified support people who help her get things done. (Get things done yesterday.)Our situation was a tough one for any realtor. We are old. My husband has Alzheimer’s disease. I can no longer drive because I have macular degeneration. I have a voice impediment which makes it difficult for people to understand me on the phone. Brook took the initiative, arranging to have work done, contacting the necessary tradespeople, inspectors, and administrative help, always with my approval. She agreed to keep my son informed of every step of the process, so he could nudge me along when documents needed to be signed. I was not able to help her the way I wanted to and should have. Brook is the consummate professional. Super smart, unbelievably experienced, and willing to go the distance on the deal to get you what you want. Shes also not shy about dissuading you from a particular property once shes learned what youre looking for. In my 7 months of viewing tens of properties she was never late once, something thats really important to me. 18 years of experience means 18 years of relationships, including with the agent on the other side of the deal. Super important if you want to stand out to a potential seller, or if youre selling and you need to choose the best qualified buyer. I cannot recommend Brook highly enough.
