I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I brought in a circuit board from my 2002 pickup truck that had an issue. Despite being turned away by the dealership, which deemed the board too old to repair, the technicians here went above and beyond. They meticulously identified multiple loose solder connections and thoroughly tested all the components. I never expected a TV repair shop to successfully fix my truck, but they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I was excited to visit this business hoping they would be and quick, easy, and cost effective way of fixing my VCR and replacing a cable output that had been ripped out of my TV. They have a $35 non-refundable diagnostic deposit per device so I paid thinking it would probably cover the cost of the repair.I received a voicemail about my estimate being ready but no one answered when I returned their call. I stop by the shop and they let me know my TV is ready and that I owe $48 on top of the $35 I’d left as a deposit and that my VCR hasn’t been fixed but it’d be $50 on top of the deposit.I couldn’t believe I was looking at over $150 dollars in repairs for a 20 year old TV and VCR that were both in working condition. Unfortunately itll be the first and last time I visit them.

I love this place! theyve fixed my vintage pioneer amp, blaster and bose. always in a timely fashion and without exhorbitant cost. i love that the $35 upfront diagnostic fee is incorporated into the repair cost. i recommend them to everyone. you wont be disappointed!

Terrbile service! I brought my LCD TV to these guys for repair and got it back about 8-10 days later...reasonable. However, about three weeks later, the TV went down again with the exact same problem. I returned to the store with the TV and the owner said hed call me back the next day and let me know if they were able to acquire a replacement part. He never called back, so I called back a couple days later and pretty much got the run-around for the rest of the week, which told me that no one at this store had any sense of urgency to rectify the substandard service that they had originally provided. When I went back to the store the following week to cut my losses, pick up my television, and ask for a refund, the owner had the audacity to tell me that I needed to stop calling the store and give him time to work. (This is over a week after he originally said that hed have an answer for me.) I digress, but I left my television with these guys for over two weeks, only to have them say that their supplier had no replacement parts and that theyd have to refund my money, which could have easily been discovered in one day, had anyone cared to do any work. Whats more, they would only refund my money when they had received money from the supplier of the part and they did not refund any labor cost, which their invoice said that they would. In response to a couple of the positive reviews below, I dont know if this place changed ownership in 2007 or not, I shudder at the thought of the previous owners being worse than the current ones. These guys arent very good at their trade, dont know how to run a business, and dont treat customers with any fairness whatsoever. If you want slow, unreliable service and unprofessional behavior, then this is the place for you!

Alex did a tremendous job following-through on my LG TV Warranty Repair. After I initially spoke with a call center in the Philippines, he contacted me the very next day to schedule the repair.

My tv had a failure even on a surge protector when a big storm hit CA, i drove down and dropped it off . they had trouble locating my part, when it was located it took a few days but the tv is fully functional, and if fact looks better then before in picture quality. they were very friendly and easy to work with, from what ive seen of these other reviews, people seem a bit spoiled from things like amazon, parts and labor take time to repair. my part has a 90 day warranty and the staff was even helpful in loading it into my car for me. it did take extra time, from the initial time they thought, but as the part was hard to locate i wont hold that against them. i do greatly appreciate the work they did and having my tv up to 100%. i do recommend them as a local tv repair, and if i had to suggest anything, just call them to see how the repair status is if your unsure, they are again very friendly and easy to work with.

Took my old Bose Wave machine in because the cd player wasn’t working; needed a new cd laser reader thing. It works now! Back to listening to my old cds.

GUITAR PLAYERS! BRING YOUR AMPLIFIERS HERE! I have brought 3 different tube amps to this place for re-capping, modifications and problem solving over the last few years. Each time I have been more and more impressed. These guys know what they’re doing. I trust them with my beloved tube amps, and I’m telling you, the amps have never sounded better.

I dont like to write negative reviews. And I support local struggling businesses.But do not go here! These people are incompetent and dishonest. They sold me a unit and said that I could return in a week if not working. Well it worked for 10 minutes then shuts down -- every time. Obviously, has a short or chip malfunction that was never fixed previously.They refused to accept a return. DO NOT GO HERE. Caveat Emptor. You have been warned.
