Jimdin is fantastic. Very enthusiastic and quick to respond, as well as polite, patient, and willing to listen/accommodate. Communication with him as well as the whole company was fast from the beginning. Were still in the process but I felt like they were reliable, plus I believe their pricing was more than fair (my first time so I dont have much to compare except for other light services). Looking forward to the installation appointment. Thank you!

Jimdin brought a smile to everyone today starting from his arrival with a big smile, and his immediate attention the our family. This including big hugs and kisses from Jimdin to our 4-legged kids, Violet, Gerald and Bob!🦋Besides being friendly Jimdin was prompt and had the best ideas designing our outdoor lights for the upcoming holiday season♥️🙏🎄

Jimdin is super nice to work with as he communicates clearly with the options and ideas to help us finalize the design. He is very knowledgeable with the products and his suggestions makes a lot of sense to us and completely enhanced our original asks. Maddie was also super nice and energetic which made our session so much fun! We are looking forward to seeing the final outcome!

I had a wonderful experience working with Jimdin. He made sure to check in when he was running ahead of time and we were able to meet before our scheduled time. He listened to what I was thinking of and gave a lot of great suggestions. He was thorough and thoughtful with the plan. Jimdin was prompt at sending over the estimate and responding once we decided on what we were moving forward with. The whole process was very pleasant and our family can’t wait to see how the lighting plan comes out :)

I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly who designed our outdoor lights. She was on time, incredibly thorough and patient when answering my questions. She proactively answered questions I didn’t even know I had! Not only that- she’s genuinely a lovely person who has a ton of experience and loves what she does. I cannot recommend this company or working with her enough. While she was here I sent out the company info to a friend referring them to check it out.

We are first timers for possibly having lights done by a professional team. Kim made the design process/explanation very simple and clear. She was on time and very upbeat and friendly. Her suggestions were awesome and she was a pleasure to work with on the design.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim Southall today. She arrived for the appointment 5 minutes early, which I appreciated as she was considerate of my time.She listened to my ideas for decorating my home for Christmas. She also shared some of her ideas with me. Kim took pictures of my house and drew in where the lights will be placed. Terrific consulting and advice for first-time buyers of professionally installed lights. We worked with Kimberly, who helped us translate our impractical ideas into reality. We’ve avoided putting up lights since the kids were little, and it’s exciting to get back into it with the help of Brite Nites!
