Connor was so great to work with! He is such a nice guy, and a great communicator. We had an issue with roof rats and I was about ready to burn my house down because I was so grossed out!! Since having my house serviced by Connor we have had no issues!! Connor helped put my mind at ease by knowing that he was thorough and closed off all possible entrance points for pests. We will definitely be using Brilliant Pest in the future for any pest control needs.

We have had our house serviced by Connor and Matthew of Brilliant Pest Control since June of 2023 and we could not be happier with the service, and with both of them.From the very first phone conversation with Connor I was extremely pleased with the quality of the communication and the honest answers to my many questions.The change around our house has been like night and day.We used to live with all sorts of critters and the spiders were almost overwhelming but now, they are no longer a problem, at all. We have children and pets and I no longer have to worry about where they stick their fingers and/or noses.As much as I love the results of their work, I also appreciate Connor and Matthew for the positive and helpful way they communicate and the way they present themselves, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Connor was so helpful! He came to our house same day and did a thorough inspection for us. He took pictures of our concerning “house guests” and assured us they were not bed bugs. He helped find products we could use to get rid of any bugs if we did find more. I really appreciate how he educated us and didn’t charge us for a service we don’t need! Thanks Connor!

Our pre-closing inspections showed us work that needed to be done on our home. High on the list to be addressed is pest report. The quote given us was out of our budget, and our gut told us to book another consultation.Google pointed us to Brilliant Pest Solutions. We called and scheduled an appointment with Connor. He came out and his assessment was that actual work needed is much less than anticipated. He explained what needed to be addressed right away and what his recommendation would be for care and maintenance. He was thorough, straightforward and most importantly, honest.All these were true, too, when Connor came and fulfilled the job. He alerted us of a hole in one of the ductwork, something that was overlooked during the initial inspection, and advised us to talk to a specialist. In the meantime, he offered a stopgap solution until we get it repaired.This makes us feel certain that we listened to our gut and followed instinct to call Connor. We now have one less thing to worry about!

Our backyard was overrun with house flies. I reached out to a few companies and Connor replied quickly. He came out the same day to assess the situation, and was back the next day to get things done. Connor was so nice, he explained everything he was doing, and also gave us things we could do to keep them from coming back. I love that he gave us options and didnt pressure us into a regular service (although we did end up signing up for bi-monthly service). Weve used another well known company in the past and ended up discontinuing for a variety of reasons (lack of communication and poor quality being the most notable, two things you will not experience with this company). Brilliant Pest Solutions is a small company with a big heart, and amazing results!

We recently (2+ months ago) hired Connor/Brilliant as our pest control service after we noticed some rodent issues in our attic. He initially performed exclusionary service for our attic/roof and has also been doing bi-monthly pest control service for our exterior. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a very nice person. We are very happy with the professional service weve received thus far and highly recommend him. We are 100% satisfied customers.

We had Matthew out to complete a flea service for us which was a very intensive and difficult process. Throughout it, I felt comfortable and secure in Matthews knowledge from his prompt, in depth communication about the work. It felt like he genuinely loves his work and cares about us as customers. I would absolutely use Brilliant again and would request Matthew as my technician. Hands down the best pest company I have worked with.

Owner Connor and worker Matthew are thorough, efficient and friendly. We moved into a new home 1 year ago and the prior owner had skipped pest services for 1-3 years. We had cockroach, pinch bug, daddy long leg and other common house spider issues. 1 year later we are 99.5% pest free! If you are reading this review, look no further, this company is everything you need and expect. They handle rodent issues too!

I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Matthew, our tech, was outstanding. I felt that Matthew was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we worked together to complete a flea service. Owning 6 animals means that one catching fleas was a disaster. But, Matthew and Connor came to the rescue and promptly scheduled and completed our service. I cant thank them enough for their help and service. I would recommend them to everyone who wants a fast and smooth experience.

I needed assistance with a pest issue over the holiday weekend. Connor was very responsive and spent time with me on the phone to help with the issue and then came to my home a few days later. He is friendly and professional. We will be using Brilliant Pest Solutions and in the future.
