Best customer service, and high quality mugs. I have been searching for custom mugs to use in our restaurant, but was told by numerous companies that they dont recommend custom mugs for commercial use. Luckily, I found Brightwise and requested a quote. Jeff contacted me shortly after and helped me find the perfect mug, shipped them expedited, and we couldnt be happier with the end result! I searched everywhere for the perfect solution for the customized red diner-style mugs I was looking for to go along with a client’s book release. There are a lot of companies out there offering options, but nothing felt like the right solution. Then I came across Brightwise and I’m SO glad I did. Jeff was absolutely fantastic answering all my questions (I had many!) and helping me through each step of the process. He provided me with options to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I received the mugs yesterday — still absolutely stunned by the fast turnaround! — and after having a chance to open them and inspect everything, can honestly say they look fantastic!
