Chelsea is a phenomenal nurse. She goes above and beyond for kids. She is quick to communicate with the parents. Being an elementary at a big school is not easy! She made it look easy it came natural to her. She is fantastic and caring and loving to the kids. We were so lucky to have her at the elementary school where my two boys went. She took care of my two sons whenever they were hurt or needing care at school. She has a heart and truly cares about her patients nursing kids!

As the manager of Mount of Olives Adult Day Center, which serves individuals aged 60 to 100 with dementia and Parkinson’s, I am incredibly grateful for BrightStar Care. Our clients often require specialized at-home care with skilled nurses and caregivers, making the right support essential. I became aware of BrightStar Care years ago, and they have consistently been my go-to resource for our clients’ care. Mr. and Mrs. Woodsum, the owners, have been outstanding community partners for the past 10 years. Their integrity and love for the community is evident in all they do.Recently, our program faced an urgent situation with a client who had experienced previous abuse and trauma, complicating their memory care needs. This challenging case required someone who could make our client feel safe and provide peace of mind to the family. Really appreciate everything that BrightStar Care does, they prioritize making an individual feel like family, and I believe that that is an important factor when being a caregiver. Leila truly stands out and makes individuals feel comfortable when being around her, she truly does the best of her ability to help out people and is like your friend that you can always count on. The experience left me in awe of their commitment to quality care and their dedication to the community.From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Unlike other facilities I’ve visited, which often felt outdated or impersonal, BrightStar Care’s office was modern and inviting, reflecting their progressive approach to care.For over a decade, this company has been a cornerstone in Orange County, with owners deeply rooted in the Mission Viejo community. Through my research, I discovered the comprehensive services they provide, from around-the-clock care to support from certified nursing assistants, licensed vocational nurses, and registered nurses. Their robust administrative and executive team positions them as a formidable force in the home care sector.BrightStar Care is part of a national movement that advocates for home-based care, emphasizing the importance of allowing loved ones to remain in their own homes, surrounded by cherished memories and loved ones. They also offer companionship for those without nearby family, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and care. They provide care for newborns - end of life.During my visit, I met their CCM team who managed calls and case staffing, had lunch with their Special Project Manager, viewed the Nursing department preparing for a caregiver training, and even saw their amazing marketing department and hopefully my own desk in a few years. #goals I was able to peak in on their Head of Recruiting who was actively hiring 3 caregivers for new cases. The need for private care is so evident throughout OC. as more and more of our younger generation is moving out of California.I was impressed to learn about the companies overall commitment to compliance, the provision of protective equipment, and the list of their employee benefits program highlight their focus on employee well-being—a testament to their positive work culture.I spent time reading through their 670+ five star reviews and saw testimony after testimony of their professionalism and integrity and care for their clients.To be honest, this weeks visit left a lasting impression on me. If I were to seek care for myself or a loved one, BrightStar Care would undoubtedly be my first choice. Their dedication to both their employees and clients exemplifies the highest standards of care, and I am genuinely excited about the possibility of being part of such an impactful team upon my graduation 👩🏻‍🎓 .
