Brought my 7 year old daughter for her first official eye exam. Dr. Miyazaki was amazing! She was so patient and kind. The whole office is beautiful and has a designated pediatric side that’s adorably decorated. There’s a huge selection of kids and adult frames to choose from. Entire office staff was so sweet. So happy with our experience that I booked my own eye exam to come back in a couple of weeks. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very happy to be a patient at Bright Vision! All the staff and doctors are friendly, treat you like family and will take care of your vision needs. The office looks wonderful and more spacious since the renovation. I was greeted right away by Jamie who did my pretesting. There was little to no wait! Had my exam with Dr. Julie Kao and she was very thorough and answered all my questions. Monique was very helpful in choosing my glasses and went through all the different options available for lenses. Highly recommend coming here for your eye exam! ✨

Had a slight contact lens emergency, looked up optometrist online called a few and the receptionist was the 1st that was pleasant. I explained the situation she put me on hold for a moment. She wanted to check with the Dr 1st. She returned n told me theyd be happy to help, took my information, sent a txt to fill out the forms so I wouldnt have to waste time durin my visit. I was greet very professionally n friendly, a very rare thing these days. Was taken to the Dr right away n she was fantastic, very pleasant, made feel very comfortable, she explained everything she was going to do as she did it, immediately made me feel confident in her and glad I haf chosen them. This review is overdue. Ive been going to Bright Vision for the past 5 years and their service is outstanding. Dr. Soong is very informative and reassuring about my eye heath. And, the office administrative team is excellent as well! They recently renovated their office and it looks beautiful! Their technology is up to date in my opinion. They have all new equipments! Very good experience for my daughters first ever comprehensive eye exam. They are so proffesional and friendly. Very nice stylish office. Very organized. Plenty of support staff helping to run things smoothly. They were really sweet to my little one and made her feel very comfortable. Everything was handed for us insurance wise so it was quick and painless on the payment side of things. We didnt need up needing glasses but I noticed they had a huge selection. One of their staff happily kept my daughter busy trying on kids frames while I filled out a very quick bit of paperwork on a tablet. My husband also went here recently when he finally conceded that he needs reading glasses. He was also happy with his experience and he is difficult to please.

Wow! I found this Optometry office because of the great reviews it had, therefore it only makes sense that I continue to rave about them. Both Dr. Sophie and Dr. Steven are very approachable and welcoming, which I’m sure is what drives their whole staff to be the same from the very moment you walk into the office. I’ve never had an eye exam like the one I had at Bright Vision. The staff here are so well trained and proper. In my past, I was always rushed through my exams. However, that is not what I experienced at Bright Vision. Dr. Sam was very thorough and explained everything to me perfectly. She knew my concerns and addressed them all. From the moment I walked in, to the pre work, to the exam, and then even at the final check out, the staff made sure I left the office happy and without any questions or concerns. Then I was taken back by Trish who did my pre-exams and she made sure I was comfortable and knew the story of the office. It’s always a tough adventure for me when I’m on the hunt for an optometrist that I can trust as well as won’t force me to buy glasses, contacts, etc. I’ve generally had bad experiences in my past, but Bright Vision was not like that! Amazing Optometry spot.Located in a small shopping plaza. They have a few reserved spots for patients right in front.Front of house service was great. They were quick and friendly. Did not have to wait long to start my exam.Perfect spot for families, they have a little play area for younger kids to keep them occupied during exams. The office is very modern and inviting because of the fun color palette. They also have a really great selection of frames, including Mark and Roth glasses (Some of my fave K drama stars wear these!), which I didnt even realize they sell in the US! I was in search of a new Optometrist and was recommended by a friend to check out Dr. Soong at Bright Vision Optometry. I am super glad that I listened! Everything about this place was great and they make everything convenient for the patient. I called and was able to make an appointment on the weekend, which is a plus. When I went in I had forgotten my insurance information but the receptionist was able to help me look up the information that was needed. After I was checked in, I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be seen by Dr. Soong. Being in the health care industry, I understand that providers some times may be behind on schedule so I was pleasantly surprised that I was being seen on time! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you in detail regarding your eye health and answers all your questions without making you feel rushed. They have safety measures in place during covid, with HEPA filters throughout the office, in addition to ensuring everyone wears a mask and taking temperatures of all entering people/patients. Because I was a cash patient, he blatantly states his honest opinion that I should wait until I am on a vision insurance instead of spending hundreds out of pocket, while ensuring that my lenses are still safe to use, instead of trying to oversell to me at a profit. One of my eyes has astigmatism and the other one does not, therefore I usually end up with less than ideal prescriptions.
