2021-10-31 23:24:07I was employed with Bridges outpatient programs for 5 years. During my employment with the company I was able to grow professionally and develop my clinical skills by earning all my hours towards licensure, attending multiple trainings, earning different certifications and being given the opportunity to take on leadership roles as the company grew and expanded its programs. Community mental health is not easy work but providing quality treatment and services to our clients was always most important to staff and the leadership team. I know that the mental health services Bridges provided to the community has made a real positive impact on the lives of many and I am grateful to have been a part of that.

2021-11-01 17:59:42Working at Bridges for almost 4 years now has been very rewarding. Like all businesses, there are changes, adjustments and improvements to be made. And, thanks to the caring and professional leadership Bridges has become a well recognized and referred to mental health agency in the community. I am proud to be part of this ever growing agency!

2021-10-28 18:51:13An employee of ten years, I think like all Community Mental Health we do the best we can to address a wide range of community needs. We are constantly evaluating our process to better assist as many as we can. I can say in ten years, however, that Bridges Inc and our site in El Monte has been a nurturing and caring environment with many success stories

2020-07-31 14:50:48I was assaulted, humiliated, ignored, and told lie after lie... how much is your need for shelter because personally I am about to be homeless and this place was good for one thing, holding onto stuff... This place should not exist here, The director is incompetent, The staff she hires serves no one without attitude, telling us we are spoiled, should think about what homelessness was is like, and maybe it would be best if you left the state like that can be their slogan joke off service... not to mention the drug tests that happen for cannabis while on site clients not patients are given cigarettes with their medication. I am a vegan so that means nothing here, I wanted to compost food was told dont, I thought this was a family environment, this is a religion based on employment... funding for this place should have stopped long before covid.
