Our medical practice has been a client of Bridge Billing Services for almost a year. When they took over we had almost $1 million in A/R and my doctor was so discouraged that she was considering closing her practice. The billers immediately jumped into the mess and we saw an almost instant boost in our revenue. They consistently bill correctly and follow up. If there is a mistake, they are quick to fix it. I cannot say enough great things about Bridge Billing and their fearless leader, Michelle- who I think is a superhero disguised as a medical coder. If you are struggling with billing issues, know that you will get the time, expertise and attention from Bridge that a medical practice needs these days to squeeze every penny out of each encounter in order to stay afloat.

Excellent service and quality of work. Michelle, the owner, is very hands-on and very involved with our system. She goes out of her way to make sure that not only is the coding done correctly, but neatly and organizationally accurate.Their customer service is second to none, the attention a client gets individually cannot be compared to any other billing company I have worked with previously. Their customer service is definitely a 5 star. pricing is very reasonable considering the amount of service, attention is being devoted. They stay on top of every chart and notify you right away; they train you on how to be timely and accurate. I can boldly claim that Bridge Billing Services is a safety net for every healthcare provider who is billing through them. 5+ stars!

She is very quick to get back to me and return calls and emails when I have questions and helped me primarily with credentialing, claims billing, and insurance verification. I have just loved working with her and its been just a wonderful experience! She made the credentialing process incredibly easy with her and her team handling the entire application process for me. I’ve been using bridge billing for about two years now. My income increased dramatically in the first year and continues to grow. Michelle and her team are relentless with insurance companies and they make sure you get paid! They’re very knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture billing and have patience for all of my questions and concerns. If you’re an acupuncturist who takes insurance you must use bridge billing!!

I hired Michelle to set up a clearing house for insurance claims for my new side business. She is very easy to work with and she is very good at getting back to emails and getting things done quickly and efficiently. Her prices are very fair and worth every penny. I plan to hire Michelle again to process claims once business picks up! I don’t have to look anywhere else because she is truly the best.

Michelle is an amazing biller/coder and is very knowledgeable in what she does! She goes above and beyond. I had the pleasure of working with Bridge Billing Services this past month on a credentialing issue I have had for over a year. She worked efficiently and was persistent with Humana insurance to get my Optometry office on the panel. Michelle (the owner) refused to take no as an answer. My optometry practice has been recently accepted as a provider and I am thrilled to be able to start seeing patients with this medical plan. A lot of medical billers say they will help doctors get onto the provider panels for different medical insurances. Michelle really delivers it and I am glad I found her.
