This was our first time trying to buy a home -- wed assumed wed never be able to do it. We got lucky with a great realtor (shout out to Richard), who recommended Brian as a lender. From the jump he was ready to answer every question we had and helped make this whole process a hell of a lot less confusing (and less scary too).We still had a lot of questions, and we asked Brian to run the numbers -- how much would our house cost with different down payments, different offer amounts, different kinds of loans, even different numbers of buyers, etc -- again and again, which he did every time.The long story short of it, Brian made the process of getting our money together for the purchase one of the least stressful aspects of this. We really very greatly appreciate it. (PS our house is awesome too, we love it.)

Brian is wonderful to work with. He is fast, responsive, professional and informative and transparent. We have worked with him on our first mortgage and a refinance. He takes the time to understand your financial temperament and goals so he can present you with several good options. He is never pushy. Would gladly work with him again and recommend him any time the subject comes up.

We have worked with Brian and his team on two separate occasions now, for re-fiing our home, both have been handled excellently. Brian is very knowledgeable of the processes and requirements and makes it very easy to understand. His team will set up electronic interfaces for all the disclosures and document reviews, which make that part of the process very efficient and straight forward. He always seemed to come up with a good deal and is clearly advocating for you the client. He is happy to create a little excel table that makes all the options of the particular loan products that may apply to the situation, therefore making it very easy to review and make an informed decision. We would highly recommend him and his company, a good experience.

I can not say enough great things about Brian and his team. Brian worked with us over the course of a year to find the right home for our family. Additional he helped my wife sell her old home which came with its own set of challenges due to restrictions placed on it by the city of San Marcos. He was a one stop shop that made our lives incredibly easy. His knowledge of the local market is second to none. Brian and Superb Mortgage was able to get us a much better loan term for our first home purchase and made everything much easier and much less costly than it would have been if we went with a different company.Brian has excellent knowledge about the mortgage industry and he definitely knows what he is doing!Brian just recently helped us with our home refinance and got us a much better rate that will end up saving us tens of thousands of dollars over the course of our loan.Highly recommended!

My wife and I just refinanced with Brian. We’ve been through multiple loan transactions in the past but this was by far the smoothest and painless. Brian’s a true professional.
