Thank you Dr. Boxer for treating the brown spot on my left eye and making my eye white again! I feel like a new person!! You were so great and gentle during the procedure and I can’t believe it took only 7 minutes. I felt no pain or discomfort at all and I instantly saw results right after the procedure and I’m so happy to see the brown spot gone. Thank you to his awesome team, especially Carlos and Jen who were so wonderful, patient, and kind.

I was diagnosed with keratoconus and was told by my local eye doctor that I would need cornea transplant. He said my vision would get worse and possibly loose my vision. This diagnosis scared me and I thought I would go blind in the near future. I needed more information on this issue. I searched the web and thankfully I found Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler. After watching his videos and reading about him, I picked up the phone and called his office immediately. His staff was amazing. They talked to me about my eye diagnosis and scheduled me for an office visit. I gotta say I was very nervous and uneasy about what the visit would bring. I worked myself up for no reason. Dr. Brian was awesome. He did a thorough eye examination and explained what my options were. I decided right away that I needed to get my eye procedure done. My vision was 20/50 before the procedure was done. Today May 10,2024 I just had my post eye examination and I’m 20/20 vision. This was amazing new!!! I’m a Class A commercial driver and I passed my medical eye exam 3 weeks ago with flying colors. Before I would memorize the eye chart. Still hesitating? DONT! Treat yourself for once and take life by the horns! I Just had my annual follow up check with Dr. Boxer! I had the Fortified LASIK procedure a year ago exactly and the results have been astounding. I continue to have 20/20 vision, and it’s incredible to wake up every morning with perfect sight. The freedom from glasses and contact lenses has significantly improved my quality of life. Before I met Dr. Boxer other Ophthalmologist would struggle to figure out how to help me with my character Kerataconus. It really felt like there was no hope until I saw him featured on the news after he helped an Olympic bobsleder. I immediately made an appointment with him and 18 years later after different positive procedures my condition is stable, and I feel confident that I will never need a cornea transplant. I highly suggest you save your money, time and effort going to doctors that do not specialize in this condition and go to Dr. Boxer instead! Oh, and the staffing facility our first class!

I went from Colorado to visit Dr Brian for a consultation on my eyes after I was diagnosed with keratoconus. He recommended Holcomb corneal crosslinking on both of my eyes and intacs on my right eye. The following day he did both procedures which were totally painless. I went back to the hotel and rested for the day with just dry eyes that were relieved with eye drops. I flew home the following day. Over the next three months I noticed a positive vision change in my right eye. Today I had a visit with the doctor he recommended in Colorado. My eyes are stable and according to her look amazing. She said Dr Brian is the best in this business and that I made a wise choice in seeing him. His staff made the entire process so easy for me and I would recommend him to anyone looking for treatment with keratoconus.

My adult special needs son was scheduled for CXL at UCLA under general anesthesia but he understandably didn’t have a good feeling about it. In the meantime, his bad feeling made me search the internet to see if there was another option. I found Dr. Boxer Wachler’s TedTalk and a testimonial on his website by one of his young patients convinced me to make an appointment. Fast forward to today’s three month post op appointment with Dr. Boxer. My son’s eyes are completely healed from the Holcomb C3-R, CK-Conductive Keroplasty & Intacs procedures he performed. The thick glasses worn all day since 3 years old aren’t needed anymore (but a prescription was written to make reading a little sharper). We are so grateful to the doctor & his team for their skill, and are especially thankful for their patience in dealing with my son (who has difficulty controlling his body) at every stage from eye tests to the actual procedure.

Anyone thinking about the Whiter Eyes treatment, stop thinking and GET IT DONE with Dr Brian. Life is too short. Through my 20s,30s and 40s I lived with scarring and redness over the whites of my eyes. I used whitening eye drops every weekend when I went out, only getting a few hours of witness before the redness returned even more red. Even though I was not tired, I looked tired. Having people comment over the years your eyes are so red became expected, and thus I would avoid holding someones gaze. Now I am in my 50s and 2 months into my healing after the Whiter Eyes procedure and wish I had it done back in 2011 when I first found Dr Brian. Dr Brian is genuine, skilled and superb at what he does. I AM BEYOND HAPPY with my results. Looking in the mirror, looking at photos is a face I am not accustom to seeing, and I love it. I started noticing major loss of my eyesight in my right eye (20/80) around 2015-2016, I historically had perfect 20/20 vision and was concerned how rapidly my vision was deteriorating. In 2017 I found out I had Keratoconus and was referred to Doctor Boxer Wachler. I had three procedures done by Doctor Boxer Wachler: Holcomb C3-R, INTACS and CK and within a few hours almost immediately after the painless procedures I noticed my eyesight had improved. My right eye is now 20/25 and I could not be happier. Doctor Boxer Wachler is a lifesaver, and I could not endorse him and his practice enough. Additionally, his bedside manner and demeanor were easy going and his office staff are incredible and personable. He truly is the best of the best.

Any procedure dealing with your eyes is extremely daunting and nerve-wracking BUT this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I had a Nevus of ota on my right eye since birth. I moved from India to the United States (Maryland) to have it treated. I had the skin on my face successfully treated but all eye doctors I ever saw including at Johns Hopkins all said nothing could be done for the eye pigment and said I had to live with it. Then I found Dr Brian Boxer Wachler has given me a new life by removing the Nevus of on the eye - it’s a life changing!! I just love it and it’s its life-changing. I have a new life now and would highly comment everyone who has a same issue to contact Dr Brian. I am sharing my before and after photos as I just had the surgery yesterday that why my right eye will look little whiter than the left eye (the redness in the corner will go away in 2 weeks) and after three months the right eye will look the same. Waited until my follow up to post; both my initial visit and todays follow up were stress free and accomplished so much.With my initial visit, both John and Carlos were so helpful with the procedures occurring and the tests needed during my consultation. Every step was explained and I knew what was coming at all times. Working with eyes can be nerve wracking bit their office ambiance put me at ease as well as the excellent bedside manner.On my follow up, Nikita went over the tests with so much patience, we were able to correct my glasses prescription.Last but not least, Doctor Boxer Wachler was amazing! I am so glad I choose Dr. B Wachler for my Pterygium and pinguecula removal (total 4). I was extremely nervous and him and his entire staff made it an extremely easy comfortable experience from the moment I walked through his doors. I came here to Dr. Brian 18 years ago for C3R (collagen, cross-linking with riboflavin). This is a treatment for Keratoconus patients where the cornea is strengthened, and it prevents a future cornea transplant. This was a treatment that was originally pioneered in Dresden Germany but Dr. Brian‘s was at the time the only doctor in America offering this. Amazingly Dr. Brian pioneered the Epi-on version of this treatment where the epi-layer remained on for a fast recovery versus the Germany version which is much more slower in recovery. This went really well and throughout all my follows up appointments thru the years.A few years later I went back to see Dr. Brian. They had a treatment known as CK to treat astigmatism in my eyes as well as Lipiflow to treat chronic dry eyes. Over the years this really helped because my dry eyes were not as bothersome as they use to be. Thank you again for Dr. Brian’s fantastic skill as well as all of the kind staff.On January 30, 2024 I had ICL eye surgery, ( EVO insertable contact lens). This option now allows full vision and Astigmatism correction with patients who do not qualify for LASIK due to Keratoconus. It can even be set prior to surgery where reading up close is also possible without eye glasses. Just after surgery I could immediately see far away objects without the need of glasses. I’ve been struggling to achieve this all my life, and could not do so. Today’s the next day and I’ve just had my post- op follow up. The doctor tells me my vision is 20/25. I am so happy, I feel that my life has been permanently changed. Thank you to Dr. Brian and his amazing staff. I will be forever grateful.

I highly recommend Dr. Brian. I got the WhiterEyes procedure and I am 1 month post procedure and my eyes are the brightest white they have ever been in years. I am very pleased with the amount of attention to detail and the amazing results I have received. Additionally, Dr. Brian recommended to do the LipiFlow and Blephex procedure as well to target dry eye symptoms I was having; my eyes have tears and feel lubricated which was abnormal for someone who has been dealing with chronic dry eyes for some time! I have keratoconus that ruined my eyesight around my early 20s. After years of struggling with legal blindness and exhausted with lack ol actual solutions outside of corneal transplants, after finding Dr. Brian, hope was restored and I ended up here with better vision after years of being told there was nothing I can do about it. The staff is friendly and it feels like visiting family. If you have any doubts about coming here please be rest assured that you have nothing to fear. I owe a debt of gratitude that I do not think I can return in this lifetime to my parents and this vision institute for helping me with my eyesight. Shame google can only do 5 stars or I would do 10. Dr. Boxer-Wachler is a magician! I first found Dr. B about 20 years ago when so many ophthalmologists told me that LASIK eye surgery was not for me. Upon meeting Dr.B he told me he could definitely do the surgery that would eliminate my need for reading glasses and help my stigmatism. My first LASIK took a few minutes and the next morning I was elated with the new freedom of no longer needing my reading glasses!I had a second LASIK several years later! Just recently I had Cataract surgery and once again my vision is perfect! Dr. B fitted me with a great lens and now one week later my vision is perfect! So I didn’t even know that eye whitening for consistently red eyes was a thing ( and no not from smoking or drinking or not getting enough sleep). My eyes would be reddish pink when I would wake up in the morning and my routine after getting ready was to put in eyedrops to assist with that. After hearing about the procedure and seeing that professional athletes used doctor Bkxer Wachler and some encouragement from my family as they knew I was self conscious a o it my eyes and people always asking why they are red I decided to pull the trigger and go through with a consultation. After my consultation it was confirmed that I was a good candidate for the procedure. We set an appointment and I had the procedure done. I’m still healing as the healing period is approximately 3-6 months but I’m sooooo soooo pleased with my results. All the people that know me and I talk to on a consistent bases whether it be at work or church notice the difference and the improvement. I feel more confident to look people in the eye without having to watch their gaze move fr looking at me during a conversation to looking at my eyes and then wonder when they were going to ask me why they were red. I’m so grateful and appreciative of the service and professionalism of Dr. Boxer Wachler and his staff. We were told by many doctors prior to seeing Dr. Brian that our grandson will not be able to play football and will lose his sight if he did not have a procedure to scrape his corneas due keratoconus. After years of struggling with Keratoconus and being told by my local optometrist the only solution to improve my vision would be hard lenses, I took it upon myself to do my own research and came across Doctor Boxer Wachler. Through reviews, videos, and speaking to their lovely staff in January 2022 I had the Holcomb C3-R, and Intacs on both my left and right eye. That procedure itself was life-changing, I couldn’t believe the improvement in my eyes, and over time I felt things only got better. January 5th, 2024 I decided to get the Evo ICL to improve my vision even more and now I’m two days post-op writing this review with the crispiest vision I’ve had in years! I came into to see DR. Brian after I found out I had Keratoconus through my optometrist. My vision was severely bad on my right eye and I couldnt even see menus at Starbucks, couldnt see Netflix titles on my huge tv or see freeway signs until I was under them, Dr Brian and his staff Carlos and Jen have always been amazing and answered all my questions prior to the procedure . The procedure itself went great and no pain at all. Its been 3 months now and I see much better thanks to the intacts placed in my right eye . Another institute wanted to do invasive cross linking but it would have taking over 6 months to heal and is not guaranteed to fix anything . Non invasive cornea cross linking is the way to go ! You can resume your regular life in about 3 days time. Thank you Jen, Carlos and Dr Brian !

My son had both eyes done for Keratoconus and it failed. We live paycheck to paycheck and took out loans to pay for this and it failed. Now no ophthalmologist in our area will see him because of the tacs put in. If your child has this seriously see your opthalmologist, and follow their guidance. this is not a miracle cure. I wish the staff would have been more transparent about the procedure and outcome.

I first became a patient of Dr. Boxer Wachler 25 years ago when he was Director of the UCLA Laser Refractive Center at the Jules Stein Eye Institute. At the time I had uncorrected 20/200 vision, which required glasses or contact lens to achieve 20/20 vision. I flew a corporate aircraft as part of my employment and wanted the best available Doctor to perform my LASIK surgery. Dr. Boxer Wachler did an outstanding job in enabling me to achieve 20/20 vision uncorrected. A great relief after having to wear glasses or contacts for 40 years. In 2023 Dr. Boxer Wachler performed lens replacement on both my eyes with Multifocal intraocular (IOL) lens to correct a cataract condition. Again, the results are great. I have achieved excellent vision and enjoying a bright new world. Much preferable to the sepia haze from my former cataract condition. Dr. Boxer Wachler performed cataract surgery on my wife 8 years ago. She has been thrilled with the results. No more glasses, after wearing glasses or contact lens since she was 4 years old. It has been less than a week since having had cataract surgery on my second eye…the first eye was done less than 3 weeks ago. I am thrilled with the results and the whole experience.In less than 24 hours, I was able to see near and far through the Tri-focal lens placed in my eyes. The next day follow up, my eye vision with the new lens was 20/25 and the one week follow up my vision is 20/20. I love that my vision is like my younger days of no glasses for driving or reading small print. My 27 year-old son with Down Syndrome was diagnosed last week with keratoconus. The Dean McGee Eye Institute informed me that the right eye was too far gone, and a cornea transplant was the only option.Their plan for the good (20/30) eye was to do a baseline cornea map and have us return in 4 months to observe change (decline).Exactly one week later we were in Dr. Boxer Wachler’s office. We were hopeful to be able to do an intac implant in the right eye with Holcomb C3-R crosslinking in both eyes.Dr. Wachler determined that the cornea was too thin for the intac implant, and the CK with Holcomb C3-R crosslinking would be safer for the right eye.The procedures have been completed and we will evaluate vision in 3 months after the CK has healed and stabilized. The good eye can NOW be monitored to confirm stabilization instead of documenting decline.We were told there was NO ALTERNATIVE to cornea transplant for the right eye.There are actually vision-restoration alternatives (CK, intac implants, and visual correction with ICL) in addition to stabilizing epi-on crosslinking to prevent advancing to blindness due to keratoconus.There is no excuse for people to be so misinformed about keratoconus.Dean McGee will be hearing from me. If you know anybody with Down syndrome get corneal maps to check for keratoconus.If your Ophthalmologist tells you there are no alternatives to risky corneal transplant, RUN (don’t walk) to Dr. Wachler.

Life changing! I can’t thank Dr. Wachler enough for doing this. I’ve always had unsightly, big red veins on my eyes and overall red/ dirty looking eyes due to genetics and sun exposure. I originally planned on getting Lasik, but with further testing, Visian ICL suited my needs and was the better option for me. I was told by many ophthalmologist and optometrist that my case was rare and hard to treat they said there was not much to do or correct, and my only solution was RGP contacts lenses However, when meeting with Dr.Brian and hearing the ways he could possibly improve my vision and correct my eyes it made me feel hopeful that there were procedures that may make a difference. I suffer from blepharitis. I can’t tell you how many eye doctors I’ve seen to try to deal with the issue over the years, but most all of them would tell me I have “dry eyes” and give me drops or medications that were useless. They’d have me doing these warm compresses that seemed to irritate my eyes more. This issue with my eyes affected me so much with the gritty feeling, headaches, light sensitivity, redness, burning etc that I would literally skip out on events like parties or social events. I was self conscious at work. All that. So I did a ton of research and found Dr. Boxer Wachler who treats blepharitis among other things. I made an appointment, got everything checked out, and he prescribed testosterone cream for my eye lids made by a compounding pharmacy. I was a little skeptical, but used it daily and about 3-4 months in, I noticed a huge difference in how my eyes were feeling. Symptoms started to dissipate, and honestly, all I can say that it changes my life. It’s now been a few years, and my eyes are for the most part all good. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus about 15 years ago, when I was 21 years old. My optometrist, not really knowing the issue, referred me to a local ophthalmologist, who soon identified the condition. Within a year, my vision deteriorated significantly, being near legally blind in one eye after seeing about 20/30 uncorrected a year before. The doctor recommended the Intacs procedure, which I did, and had to re-do about a year later to try and improve results. The disease seemed stable for a short time, but over the next several years it continued to worsen considerably. Eventually, around 2019, the Doctor told me a corneal transplant was my only option and my vision wasn’t otherwise correctable. For me, being in my mid-30s, this wasn’t a viable option because the lengthy recovery and chance of rejection would likely cost me my career and I wasn’t ready to accept that yet.For the first time in a decade, I sought another opinion and learned of Dr. Boxer Wachler’s work and reputation after a bunch of research. After a consultation in early 2021, Dr. Boxer Wachler was optimistic he could save, and improve, my vision using various procedures not offered to me before by other ophthalmologists. During the summer of 2021, Dr. Boxer Wachler performed his Holcomb C3R corneal crosslinking procedure on my eyes, as well as the Fortified CK and Intacs procedures. All of this was done in one session and the recovery was a breeze compared to previous procedures I had done.Over the next 10 months my vision improved and stabilized - even to the point Doctor Boxer Wachler said I was now a candidate for the Visian ICL procedure in my “bad” eye, which at one point was nearly 20/200. I had been struggling with dry eye for a few years, seen multiple doctors and tried everything with no more than temporary relief; heat masks, expensive prescription eye drops, OTC drops and creams, serum tears, Lipiflow, you name it! Several years ago I was diagnosed with a condition known as keratoconus, a condition that left untreated would have left me completely blind. I have been having a lot of trouble with chronic corneal abrasions caused by extremely dry eyes from an eye surgery I had done in 2011 that I really didnt need.I was told by numerous ophthalmologist that I needed to have another eye surgery. I had IBrite procedure half year ago to have brown pigmentation removed from conjunctiva of my right eye. The result is absolutely AMAZING! Brown pigmentation has gone completely. Actually the pigmentation disappeared on day 4 after 15-minute painless surgery and redness lasted 3 weeks. I didnt feel any discomfort at all. I am so incredibly thankful to Dr. Brian for the procedures he performed on my eyes – he truly is the best of the best. The procedures I had done for keratoconus were Intacs, CK and Holcomb C3R – they were all totally painless and the recovery time was almost instant. Amazing experience. I have (or maybe I should say “had”) several eye conditions including KC and astigmatism. I have traveled twice from Miami for treatments with Dr Boxer Wachler. The first time, in 2017, I had cross linking (epi on - no pain necessary folks!) in both eyes and an intact placed in one eye. The second time, in 2018, I had PRK in one eye. Prior to these treatments, I had to wear glasses all the time. I also had trouble driving at night. The improvement since the treatments with “Dr Brian” has been quite remarkable. I no longer need glasses! ... Here I am in 2020 able to see 20/20 in one eye (without glasses or contacts) and able to use the other eye for close-up reading (also without any correction needed). At my last visit to my local optometrist (when I measured 20/20 in one eye), he even said, “You never cease to amaze me.” :))

Both procedures were comfortable and I felt secure the entire time. The recovery period was nothing more than resting with my eyes closed. I noticed a difference in nighttime driving immediately. I cant speak highly enough about Dr. Boxer Wachler and his practice. The short story is my business partner found him for Conductive Keratoplasty (CK) after doing a bunch of research on local ophthalmologists. He had it done on a weekend and could see perfectly by start of business on Monday. So since Id been living with strained vision for well over a decade and had done virtually nothing about it, I thought, hey... Lets do this!I scheduled my consult which took about 2 hours. This included paperwork, a battery of different tests on various wacky looking eye machines and varying degrees of poking and prodding by Jon, the tech assigned to me. He couldnt have been nicer, more calming and informative.After my tests I waited in a room for Dr. Boxer Wachler (or Brian as introduces himself). He basically gave me the good news / bad news introduction. The bad news was I wasnt a candidate for CK or any other laser-based procedure. Instantly my inner-voice said, Uh oh! Then he explained my issues (yes issues)... I had severe lens degradation in my right eye causing my reading problems and a cataract in my left eye causing my distance problems. Now keep in mind Im a young 47 years old so my knee-jerk reaction was What the f**k!?And the good news is...?Brian recommended we address the issue with my right eye first which requires lens transplant surgery. He explained hed remove my current organic bad lens and replace it with a synthetic lens. The procedure takes approximately 20 minutes and we use a combination of local anesthetic and light sedation. To which I respond, So lemme get this straight... Youre gonna cut open my eyeball, take out my crappy lens then shove a plastic one back in there - all while Im awake? Brian nods.Now clearly this is a lot more invasive (and expensive) than getting a couple laser blasts and a smack on the ass, but Brian is incredibly talented and did a great job putting me at ease - so I went for it!Bottom line is the surgery did last about 20 minutes and I was, in fact, awake. But I felt no pain and walked out of the surgery center on my own no less than 30 minutes after it was over. No doubt it was one of the stranger sensations and experiences in my life, but I can see!!! In fact, I could read a couple hours after the procedure.Now here I am two weeks after and it is life changing. Not only can I read books and magazines and see my computer with no strain, I can read shampoo bottles in the shower and pill bottle dosage instructions. And Im told it takes a good 4 weeks for ones brain to fully adjust so Ill likely see even better in the coming days.Brian is the man and his Boxer Wachler Vision Institute is top notch! My entire experience was incredibly professional, informative, affirming and he did what he said he was going to do... get me to see! If youre even considering a corrective procedure, theres virtually no excuse to get the consult. If you have the same experience I did, my guess is youll end up getting it done by Dr. Boxer Wachler!

I have been avoiding eye surgery to help my reading vision for a while because the idea of someone slicing into my eyes really freaked me out. It had gotten to the point where I was like the guy with the broken glasses on that Twilight Zone episodes that was blind without them. Because of a bout of Bells Palsy I couldnt have my right eye operated on, but Dr. Brian felt that even just performing CK (conductive keratoplasty) on my left eye would help my vision. The surgery is performed in his office and all the equipment is state of the art. I was there for just a few hours and the actual surgery is less than 30 minutes. Just a week after surgery I was already seeing better and now 3 months out I dont need glasses at all except if Im in a really dark restaurant or someplace with very low light. After consultation, the Boxer Wachler Vision Institute informed me that since my prescription is very bad, Visian ICL was a better option for me than Lasik.The surgery was less invasive: the next day I felt almost fully recovered. I have gone to Wachler vision institute on 2 separate occasions after other ophthalmologist had told me that there wasn’t hope. 1st was with keratoconus was told I was going have to be legally blind to get a cornea transplant. A little over a month ago I visited Dr. Brian Boxer Walcher to have my Keratoconus fixed. To my surprise his staff and facility was next to near perfect when it came to professionalism, knowledge, care, and cleanliness. The staff was absolutely helpful and expressed legitimate concern for my condition and helped answer any questions I had while making my stay there as comfortable as possible. When I met Dr. Brian Boxer Walcher for the first time his demeanor was very calm and his expertise was well beyond what I expected. He noticed another issue I was having with my eyes that would help with my constant dryness and he analyzed the data they collected from my first initial visit and had a clear, concise direction on where he would like to take my path to recovery. He recommended treatment for my dry eyes, Holocomb C3-R to stop the progression of my Keratoconus and CK in one eye to gently improve another area of my cornea that he noticed needed additional attention. To make a long story short the procedures that I went through were far quicker than I imagined and the discomfort level extremely low. Let me put it another way, I would much rather treat my eyes every year than head to the dentist annually. I’m guessing you get my point. The procedures were swift, invasive and the staff was incredibly comforting throughout the entire ordeal.I want to add one last thing. I was going to post a review once I got back home however being the engineer I am I could not get myself to post a review until I obtained more data. Now that I have more data I feel that this review is far more accurate. The recovery time for my eyes went fairly quick however I was told that it would be a couple of months until my eyes were where I could head to my optometrist to get a more accurate prescription for my new glasses. Well folks, here I am a little over a month since I visited Dr. Brian Boxer Walcher and I do not see a need to go to my optometrist. I was told when I had my final checkup at his office that I went from 20/80 in one eye and 20/40 in the other to 20/25 with both eyes. And what is even better is NO HALOS at night! Before it was very difficult to see at night while driving but now I am able to see much clearer and I do not get those blinding halos that Keratoconus created. Today it feels like I am seeing 20/20 again and quite frankly I see no need for glasses at this point. Folks, that speaks mounds because before I got these treatments I could not read the computer screen monitor let alone read any street signs without my glasses. Now I can see way off into the distance clearly, read street signs a good distance away and clearly see the computer monitor as I type this review. This is not only cool, it’s AMAZING. I give Dr. Brian Boxer Walcher, his staff, and his facility five stars. He stopped my Keratoconus in its tracks and gave me my sight back.

Please, do not even think about choosing any other eye surgeon than Dr Brian Boxer Wachler. There is nobody better than him and his staff, and nothing can beat his technique of using Intacs and Holcomb C3-R treatments for Keratoconus. If you have a choice, please choose pain free and effective option.My vision started to deteriorate rapidly in 2010 Due to LASIK surgery in 1999. I was diagnosed having post LASIK ectasia. For this my eyes were treated with epi-off CxL (corneal crosslinking with riboflavin) in 2011. It was very painful and unpleasant experience with long recovery and high price tag.And it was not efficient enough. Three years later my vision continued deteriorating. I learned, that epi-off CxL does not have as high success rate as Dr Boxer Wachlers Holcomb C3-R.Last week I was treated by Dr Boxer Wachler. Unbelievable is the only word that I can use to describe Brian S. Boxer Wachler and his team. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus in May 2015. In July, I was off to get it corrected. Needless to say a lot was happening quickly but nonetheless I knew I was going to the best to get Keratoconus corrected. However, I did not realize that I how unbelievable the process was. I had my eyes tested the day before surgery and my right eyes vision was 20/50 and my left eye was 20/160. It was extremely difficult to see without corrective lenses and at times even with them on because of the progression. Dr. Brian recommended to for me to receive the Holcomb C3-R in both eyes, Intacs in both eyes and CK in my left eye. I was nervous with the procedure because I had no experience or knowledge on how the procedures would go. Collectively the procedures lasted about 2 1/2 hours and they were all seamlessly painless. I was surprised at how smoothly all the procedures went and how my eyes felt after being done. I was required to keep my eyes shut for the remainder of the day. The following day I had my eyes tested again and one day after surgery my eyes changed significantly. My right went from 20/50 to 20/25 and my left eye went from 20/160 to 20/30. I can legally drive without my glasses at this point. I will still need to get corrective lenses to get 100% vision but unbelievable difference. I can not thank Dr. Brian and his team enough for what they have done. You have changed my life. Simply put.....unbelievable.

Before my surgery with Dr. Brian, I was a mother in fear of not being able to see my children grow up and now I am a mother who counts my blessings every day that I have the opportunity to clearly watch my children grow.It started back in grade school. I remember they would have periodic eye exams and I recall being so afraid and embarrassed of how I would do. I managed to get through the eye exams by squinting to see the letters. As I got older, my sight seemed to regress yet I learned how to live day to day with just not seeing all that well. I attempted to try several takes on corrective vision through contacts and glasses, which never seemed to work for me… at the time I didn’t know why. Later, I was tested for the Lasik procedure and that’s when I discovered I had Keratoconus, an eye disease that would continue to progress all the way to the point of a possible cornea transplant. My current eye doctor did the best he could with several attempts to try to correct my vision through soft contacts. Finally, I was fitted with hard contacts which resulted in my best vision. Only one major problem, they would scratch my cornea and cause unbearable discomfort, redness, eye leaking and eventually a cornea ulcer. I remember driving home from work and just praying my contacts wouldn’t start to irritate me and if they did, just pray I could manage to get myself home. For years I attempted to manage a normal working life, with an eye disease that greatly impaired my vision. Through my insurance coverage, I was referred to an Ophthalmologist that would perform INTAC surgery. With no other options, I had the INTAC surgery completed on my left eye, yet even after the surgery, I was unable to obtain good vision with corrective lenses. Feeling hopeless after discovering that I was not going to be able to get my driver’s license renewed due to failing the eye exam, I found myself at my daughter’s doctor appointment. There in the waiting room, I saw a special on Dr. Brian S. Boxer Wachler, an established Ophthalmologist who actually specialized in surgeries to help those with Keratoconus. After further research, I was so excited to read about all the individuals with similar history and their successful results. I finally felt like I had hope again. Once I met with Dr. Brian, he educated me on the Holcomb C3-R procedure to stop the progression of my disease. He also advised me that my left eye INTAC procedure was done incorrectly. With Dr. Brian, I had INTACS placed in my right eye, a partial INTAC removal on my left eye, and the Holcomb C3-R procedure completed. Today, I can actually see with corrective vision. Super nice doctor and I see all these awesome reviews but I thought I should write to tell the truth about my experience. I have a degrading cornea problem from a previous eye surgery called RK. Doctor Boxer said he could help me and prevent it from degrading as fast as it was with his holcom method. Anyway after the surgery I see double. My eyesight is worse than when I started. But in taking the eye exams there at his practice he claims I started at 20/80 each eye and now Im 20/60. But I told him that could not be possible as one eye is substantially worse than the other. He simply said thats what the test showed. He wrote me a prescription for glasses and suggested I use his optometrist. Instead I went to my own who told be one eye was substantially worse than the other! And Dr. Boxers prescription was incorrect! Just as I had thought. I paid a lot of money trusting he could fix me, now I see double and still glasses wont work for me. I know he tried his best so what can I do? Im sure hes great with simple surgeries like lasik but be careful if you have a problem like I have with previous RK surgery.

My eye sight has continued to deteriorate after visiting Boxer Wachler and I am writing simply to inform people of the treatment Wachler does and the other treatments available. I visited him several years ago, now I have visited other doctors who have said that the procedure Wachler does, Holcomb c3r, is not FDA approved. Eye patients note, there are two cross linking procedures, one where they remove the skin over the cornea and one where they do not. (yes there is a skin over the cornea) Wachlers treatment does not remove the skin. It did not work for me. Perhaps because it is not as effective it is not approved by the FDA. Wachlers treatment is less invasive which is considered a benefit, however, if in the end your keratoconus gets worse, then it Is certainly not a benefit. My eyesight got worse after doing his procedures. I rarely write reviews, it is not something I enjoy doing. However as this may give other people some added information that I was not aware of when I went ahead with Boxer Wachlers treatment, I hope it is helpful.

Having previously had a corneal transplant to my right eye, I experienced vision problems again and found Dr. Boxer Wachler on the internet. After reviewing my records he recommended crosslinking (CR3) on both eyes and an Intac in the left eye. He also recommended PRK for the previously operated right eye. Dr. Brian and his staff are excellent and provide personalized service, They also treat you with respect, care and concern. After my 4 month check up by my local eye Doctor, the results are very good and my vision has improved considerably. This includes my previously operated right eye! Important to me is how they treated both eyes in a minimally invasive manner. I highly recommend Dr. Brian; including patients who have had previous corneal surgery and are experiencing vision issues.

This man saved my life. I was told by every Dr in Houston that there was no cure for my eye disease keratoconus. many Dr kept putting me in hard contact lenses scratching my eyes causing permenant scarring. Eventually causing me to go completely blind in my left eye. I was sad thought about committing suicide was in so much pain and only having little vision because I have keratoconus in both eyes. DISEASE KEPT GETTING WORST AND WORST. Went to 12 different dr. They said I had to get a corneal transplant in my left eye and I could probably go 5 years without having to get a corneal transplant in right eye. But all would say we recommend you do it right now because your left eye because of all of the scarring you will never see again out your left eye this is your only option. So me and my wife we had a baby one day he started crying and I got up and fell I could not see where I was going my wife got the baby and asked if I was ok I broke out in tears. I told her I feel useless to you Im truly blind and there is nothing I can do. So we go to another eye Dr they say your cone is to steep we can not fit you for lenses and even if we could scarring so bad vision will not be fixed. I was like here we go another Dr. THIS Dr changed my life saved my life is a blessing. HE not only stop my disease from progressing they were able to put me in a soft lens. Dr Brian treated me for mild Keratoconus in September 2017. I flew in to LA from South Florida to see him. My treatment was cxl in both eyes and an intac in the worse eye. I had very good visual improvement with this treatment and everything went smoothly. My worse eye went from 20/200 (without glasses) to 20/70 (without glasses) after the intac was put in. It has remained at that level in the 7 months since then. The eye that had cxl only did not have vision change.I still need glasses, but that is due to other eye issues (astigmatism and presbyopia) and not the Keratoconus per se. And I was told ahead of time that would be the case. I hope to return to Dr Brian in the future for PRK. I would highly recommend Dr Brian based on my results and experience.

Hope for Keratoconus patients: Over 2 years ago, my 17 year old son received a heart breaking, life altering diagnosis from the eye doctor: Keratoconus. The best the doctor could offer was the promise that it would get progressively worse, with the prospect of at least one cornea transplant in the future. We were devastated. Of course I sought another opinion, but discovered his doctor was one of the top cornea specialists in the country. So, I searched the internet until I discovered collagen cross linking. Since my son was not an adult, I could not get him in a study. Then I found the Boxer Wachler Clinic. I collected all my information and took it all back to my sons doctor, who encouraged us to have the procedure done. We sent all his records to the Boxer Wachler Clinic and were told our son was an excellent candidate. Going Beverly Hills to have the surgery ended up being a great experience, and the results from the procedures (Holcomb C3R, Intacs and CK) have been miraculous to say the least. His cornea continues to flatten, the kerotoconus appears to be in remission, and his vision (with glasses) is 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other. This is a miracle considering how fast his vision was deteriorating. We cannot thank Dr. Boxer Wachler and his caring, concerned staff enough. It was worth all the time and money we invested to help our son have normal vision again.

He is decades ahead of the opthalmalgic industry when it comes to keratoconus management and treatment. Doctor Brian Boxer is an amazing ophthalmologist (MD) and runs an amazing practice filled with knowledgeable and passionate individuals (receptionists, staff, etc). Many notorious ophthalmologists saw me from top institutions regarding treatment options for my keratoconus (Stanford, UCSF, Georgetown, etc). Every ophthalmologist I saw seemed to have an agenda to fill (recommending procedures that did not have their patient’s best interest in mind – corneal transplant) or had no real practical options. I searched all throughout the US for an ophthalmologist that understood keratoconus and could provide more of a personalized option backed by evidence and care. Dr Brian Boxer is that person. Only until I met Brian was I comfortable enough to undergo an operation to correct my vision. Dr. Wachler performed C3-R on both of my corneas back in 2005 when I was in my early twenties. Lucky to have found him as this was relatively new at that time and I had been diagnosed just months prior to seeing him. Oddly, I recently met two men in the past two weeks around my age who both had their corneas rupture and required transplants due to progressed Keratoconus. My corneas remain stable and have not progressed following C3-R in 2005.

After traveling to Beverly Hills and having the the Holcomb C3R and intacts bilaterally, I was fitted for my first glasses last week and have resumed driving!!. Corrected with glasses, I am somewhere between 20/30 and 20/40!!! I’m anxious that my eyes will continue to improve and that another pair of glasses will be in my near future. (I’m waiting on being fitted for the Novacone contacts for more stabilization to occur, as they are so much more expensive). I’ve become a walking, talking billboard for Dr. Brian and his team on the East Coast – I am still amazed at how little knowledge there is here of what can be done for patients suffering with kerataconus - NC is the home of three major teaching hospitals (UNC, Duke, and Wake Forest), all within 1 ½ hours of where I live! And to think I had to fly 3K miles to find an expert in treating my condition…. It just doesn’t make sense. Everything I had hoped for!!!! My vision had been getting worse & worse. After my Intacs procedure I went from 20/200 to 20/40 literally overnight!!.....AND NO PAIN!!! I also had the Holcolm C3-R procedure conducted in both eyes. Fifteen years ago I had PRK done by the US Navy (it worked terrific), then in 2010 I developed Keratoconus and my vision had been going down hill ever since. I am Steven Holcombs teammate on the USA National Bobsled Team (2014 Winter Olympic alternate) and I learned I had Keratoconus very recently. USA Bobsled is a very small community and actually 2 of my teammates had Keratoconus. Keratoconus is much more common than people think! Both were treated by Dr. Brian Wachler and both have changed their life from this procedure. When I found out I immediately went to Steve Holcomb for his consulting on where he had everything taken care of. I was aware that Dr. Brain Wachler was at the Sochi Olympics but I never was able to talk to him personally since I didnt receive a corneal typography exam until a few weeks after the Olympics learning that I had moderate Keratoconus.A few days ago I had the Intacs procedure as well as the Holcomb C3-R procedure; great success! The staff at Dr. Brians office were extremely nice and professional in all aspects from immediately setting up an appointment to getting it done smoothly, painlessly and most importantly fixing the problem. The day after I was able to see 20/40 with no glasses and that itself is a wonder regarding my eye prescription history.Thank you Dr. Brian Wachler, staff and Steven Holcomb for your kind help and gratuitous support in improving not only my vision but my life! As Steven told me it would change my life and it truly has. Being in the best hands in the world, I knew everything would go 100% correctly. There is NO need for corneal transplant. There is a better answer out there!I recommend all individuals to receive a Corneal Typography exam just to cross off the possibility of having Keratoconus. I went in for my i-brite surgery May 16 and almost 4 months later I couldnt be more happy with my results. I had discoloration in my right sclera from the sun for many years and it heavily impacted my self esteem. From the moment i entered his facility Dr.Boxer and his staff made me feel so comfortable and at home. I was scared going into the surgery but his staff gave me a small stuffed dog to hold on to while Dr. Boxler operated on me. That was a really thoughtful gesture 😊. The surgery was a littler over 7 mins and more uncomfortable than anything. It was tolerable though. 4 months later my eyes are brighter than ever and I couldnt be more happy with my results. I can not believe how much better I can see. I had CK for astigmatisms, the Intacts and the C3R done on both eyes. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours. I wore hard contacts for about 2.5 years and they were troublesome. Theyd pop out or get blurry. I had to constantly clean them. Im at 20/50 or 20/60 right now after the procedure, started at 20/100 uncorrected and I was far sighted and near sighted in opposite eyes.I see so much better now than I did with the contacts or glasses (vision was actually worse in the glasses) . Not currently wearing anything. Im still holding out until week 4 (next week) to get my eyes checked again for glasses. If I go at all. Seriously, I see that much better and Dr. Brian made that big of a difference in my vision.My quality of life got better, too. I had to sit 3 feet from the tv in my contacts. Now I can do computer work at a normal distance.Dr. Brians team is amazing. Everyone loves their jobs and are genuinely caring. The procedures are painless, except maybe a slight stinging sensation from the numbing drops. The suction tube feels weird during the Intacts portion because you feel a little pressure and are trying to focus on a little and then the light disappears. I think several hours back at the hotel I had a little irritation at best, like when you swim in a pool all day with your eyes open. Popped some advil and took a nap.My wife and I came up a few days earlie, since we are from south TX and didnt see us going back out to California any time soon. We did a 3 day Cruise, which was actually cheaper than if we stayed at nice hotel and and paid for food. We stayed a short walk from the office at La Maison and walked everywhere.I literally want to tell every eye doctor in Corpus Christi, TX that there is an option that doesnt involve a cornea transplant or scrapping the eye.My insurance SAID they were going to pay for 80% of it. Still waiting on th claim. I should hear something by months end.

I am so pleased I found Dr. Brian and his team. From the moment I contacted the office to inquire about the keratoconus procedure, I was treated with care. After several different doctors appointments with different practices telling me my 15 year old son was going blind and I needed to wait and see what happens but eventually he would need a transplant. My husband had intacts, Holcomb, done to both eyes and a ck for one eye. It been almost a year, his results are life changing for our entire family! As we where told before the procedures there have been some fluctuations but the overal results have been worth every penny! You can not put a price on your vision. We didnt think we could afford this, but went forward in faith that the Lord would guide us, after all that was how we came to find Dr Boxer-Wachler. We did much to scrap up the the fee. And even if it isn’t a scam, they sure don’t act like a business with integrity.When I first wanted to get the Holcomb C3R done and sent in an inquiry, the staff was very responsive and helpful. I got followup emails from Natalie and Irene, individuals who I was contacting about details and pricing for the procedures, and which procedures were needed for my specific needs.I had severely advanced keratoconus, and the treatments Dr. Brian was offering seemed to be exactly what I needed. My vision had been declining for several years, with no hope for correction with hard or soft contact lenses, glasses, or other methods such as PRK or LASIK. It was starting to affect my ability to work, drive, and live my life.I made a appointment in July 2018 and flew to Los Angeles for the three days needed for the entire process. I had Intacs and C3R done on both eyes with an addition CK done on one. The staff was courteous and good at explaining everything during the process. After my Intacs had been inserted, I opened my eyes and really felt that my whole world had been changed. I could see so clearly and read the letters and see faces that before the insertion, had been so blurry to me.But everything went downhill after that.I knew there was downtime to the procedure — the staff had let me know that, and I was expecting my vision to fluctuate and even be worse than it had been previously for a few weeks. But I knew it was supposed to get better. That’s what the staff promised me after constant calls, and that’s what others who had the same procedure done seemed to be saying would happen.One week passed. Then two. My vision was getting worse, not better. It was completely worse than before I’d had the procedure done.I placed a worried call to Boxer Wachler, and I was reassured that this was normal, and I should expect this for up to six weeks (which was already longer than I’d been told in the office).Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks, six weeks...I expected to wake up one morning with even a slight improvement in my vision, to even have a fraction of the vision I’d had in the office after having my Intacs inserted.No luck. My vision never got better.After the six week period, I reached out again. I called and emailed, but the responses were sparse. If I called, I’d be placed on hold, or redirected, or even hung up on after I’d been placed on hold. If I did manage to talk to someone, it’d be empty promises and vague beats-around-the-bush answers - “This is normal, you can expect fluctuations in your vision from day to day or even within one day.” They brushed away my concerns like they were inconsequential, despite my even sending reports from my opthamalogist that my vision was still declining, instead of improving.What fluctuations? My vision wasn’t fluctuating. It was getting worse!But no matter what I said, I got the same replies...until I stopped getting replies at all.My calls were constantly “dropped” and my emails went unanswered for weeks and months (despite them being so quickly answered before, as a new patient, before they got my money).This business has no business being a business. They have poor customer service and don’t care about you after they get your money. Despite the one year warranty, they don’t care about what happens to you after the three days you have the procedures. They flat out lie and give vague denials so they can maintain their reputation and status.Not only is my vision way worse than before going to Boxer Wachler, I’m also incredibly really frustrated with the lack of caring and the terrible customer service and attitude of this institution. It’s downright neglectful and irresponsible, and shows me that they wanted nothing but my money in the first place.Thanks for nothing, Boxer Wachler.

I had the Visian ICL procedure almost exactly a year ago. Because of my high prescription, the ICL was recommended above Lasik. After the procedure I had 20/15 vision; Ill see whether it has sustained at my annual check-up tomorrow.The process was quick, and the staff makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. I was able to go on a back-country backpack trip a few weeks afterwards.Ultimately, this was one of the best decisions of my life. My older sister had the procedure done before me, and my younger brother will probably get it done soon (we all have very poor vision). He will of course go to Dr. Boxer-Wachler. The entire experience is first-rate.

I am now just past my 3 month followup appt. with Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler.He did Holcomb C3R and Intacs in both my eyes. And CK in my right eye, which had deteriorated badly due to keratoconus.I had tried glasses - and more recently specialized contact lenses to improve my vision and neither worked. My family thought it was funny that I had to sit 4 feet from our 50 TV. And my reading glasses had increase to +3.0, the highest available at the drugstore.Now, post operation, my bad eye is 20-50 and the good eye is 20-30. I can function fine without glasses.. and my bad eye is now good at reading, which means I can look at the menu, price tags, etc... without the readers.After being diagnosed with this disease 3 years ago, I was told that contacts were the only solution. They didnt work for me -- my corneas were so steep that they we very uncomfortable and I sometimes couldnt even get them out at night.Somehow in my web searching, I found Dr. Boxer Wachler. I also found another doctor who does these procedures up in the bay area. I actually made an appointment to have this done up here, but just couldnt get comfortable with the idea that he only did a few of these every month. Dr. Brian does a few of these procedures EVERY DAY on average. I am guessing at this, but my hunch is that he does more keratoconus cases that everyone else in the US .. COMBINED.That means that he has very highly trained staff, optimized equipment, and the experience to look at virtually every situation having seen something like it before. That is the definition of an expert. And I think there is only one in the United States. If you are serious about your eyes (of course you are), and you have keratoconus, you owe it to yourself to connect with Dr. Boxer Wachler and at least have him take a look at your records... What do you have to lose?

Dr. Brian is cutting edge in dealing with Keratoconus/Pellucide Marginal Degeneration. I have done extensive research on Intacs and Corneal Crosslinking and all research pointed to him.In November I had Intacs placed in my left eye and Corneal Crosslinking in both. I went from a -3.00 to a -1.00 in my left eye. With the Corneal Crosslinking done immediately after my Intac was placed, and vision at a -1.00 now, 3 months later! I finally feel as if this cloud of impending doom has been lifted! I truly feel this was the best thing I could have done to preserve my vision. So for that I will always be greatful. The thought of loosing your sight puts everything into perpsective.Dr. Brian and his staff are all very accomodating in helping me deal with insurance and providing me with various different studies on the out comes of Intacs and Corneal Crosslinking. WOW....SIMPLY AMAZING! I can see again. No other way to say it. It was as if someone took the blinders off my right eye and I could functionally see the world again uncorrected for the first time since I was a teenager. Just two days before, my initial eye exam revealed 20/20 vision in my left eye and 20/100 vision in my right eye (moderate keratoconus of course). By Wednesday, the day after my Intacs placement procedure, I was reading the 20/40 line with my right eye-uncorrected!Keratoconus is frustrating at best. At its worst, if you are like me, you suffer from eye strain, double vision, and the irritation of a contact lens pressing against your eye because of an irregular shaped cornea. Not any more. For me, Intacs changed all of that. Now my vision is effortless. Even at 20/40 there is quality about my vision that just feels natural and comfortable. I am very happy with the results of Intacs® and Holcomb 3C-R® Crosslinking. When it comes to my eyes I only choose the best. Thanks again to Dr Brian and his staff.

My eyes began to degrade, night halos. sensitivity to light, lack of good depth perception the constant squinting and at one point I couldnt squint any smaller. I got diagnosed with Keratoconus. I did some research and found Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler. He performed the Intacs and Holcomb C3-R on me. As for the procedure itself, the 30 minutes/of Uv light and vitamin therapy and the 15 minutes of Intac placement. It was quite manageable I am sure for most people, but that wasnt how I wanted to spend an hour of my Friday. I hope if there is any video of that surgery it goes on the cutting room floor. I some how got through it thanks to some clever distracting banter by the staff. I wasnt fooled btw. I do suggest you take the valium and narco. Then I got back to my hotel and suffered through several hours of serious un-fun moments. Thank goodness nobody saw that. I called the staff and she said eat something take a valium and narco and sleep it off. I woofed down a huge room service burger, fries, gatorade, a narco and valium they gave me and took a ride to the moon for six hours. I was out. Now the good part. I woke up opened me eyes with no trouble and saw a clear text message. I was like holy #%&$&! My eyes felt fine. I walked around and everything had changed. Imagine going from standard definition tv to hd tv in one day inside your brain. I stopped squinting. I saw things I havent seen, texture, depth, my moms wrinkles my daughters pimples .When I looked in the mirror to my chagrin, realized that I was actually kinda ugly. I was now in HD too, yikes. But I was happier than a clam, nonetheless. My vision had improved from 20/100 in both eyes and getting worse to 20/40 in both eyes uncorrected without glasses, and stablilized!! In one day!! Talk about an upgrade!!! I can drive at night with no glasses now. EVERYTHING IS IN HD. This whole thing was just AMAZING. Dr. BBW is incredible and amazing. The staff is great. If you are from out of town stay at the Intercontinental in Century City utilize the free shuttle from the hotel back and forth and eat a hearty breakfast at Nash across the street from the doctors office. My name is Joel Barrus and Dr. Brian gave me my life back. It seems like a bold statement to make but it is absolutely true. I have been living with Keratoconus for almost 10 years. For 8 of those years, I was wholly unaware that I had Keratoconus. I knew my vision was getting a little fuzzy at times and things were harder to read but I didnt pay much attention. It was February 2012 I was pursing my life goal of becoming a Navy SEAL when I took the depth perception test where you look into a machine while it calibrated to your cornea. The machine wouldnt read my cornea. I was sent to an opthmologist who said the words that changed my life forever You have Keratoconus. My dreams were crushed. I was now forced down my path of living with Keratoconus. I started noticing that I couldnt read small text anymore. Some shades of colors were blending together. Halos from lights were blinding. And most importantly I couldnt tell if someone was looking at me anymore. My rapidly deteriorating vision was taking me hostage. I couldnt read computer screens. I had to squint just to see my phone 12 inches from my face. Driving was nearly impossible. I had tried contacts but they could never fit properly. Glasses were little help. My options were exhausted and I felt hopeless. Until I remembered a doctor mentioned Dr. Brian when I went in for a check up. I looked up all the information I could find and went about planning my procedure for Intacts and Holcomb 3C-R. With the help of family, friends, my Crossfit family and beautiful fiancé. I was able to have my procedures done in February of 2015. It has been absolutely life changing. I have my confidence back. Scam - fraud office -BE AWARE.I read online, but all good things about his office and since its located in Beverly Hills, I said its worth it and since he advertise that some of his patients is patients .I went to the office with my eyes closed, Nice staff, nice talker, high price, butVery bad results, Doing non -FDA approved procedures and charge high price, with failed result .He made his friends and staff and Internet company place FAKE Reviews .
