Purchasing my car became easy with his consultation. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about not only the vehicle but every aspect of the purchasing process. Back in 2016 an online search for a Toyota Sequoia connected me with Brian at the Toyota of Simi Valley location. Brian helped to get me exactly what I was looking for. It was time to purchase a Hybrid vehicle and True Car actually connected me to Toyota of Thousand Oaks and fortunately for me we had the pleasure of working with Brian once again. Brian Lamb is PHENOMENAL!I literally contacted EVERY dealer in CA trying to get a brand new Tacoma w/ the specs I wanted, but they all told me that there were less than 5 in the entire USA and that I wouldnt be able to get it due to the pandemic.Out of ALL the dealers and ALL the salespeople in California, Brian was the ONLY ONE willing to help me and he ordered the truck I wanted directly from the factory. Brian fought to make sure that the Tacoma was built and shipped as quickly as possible.I am so happy to have met Brian because he is extremely professional and trustworthly. Thank you Brian!!!

Brian Lamb was very polite and very helpful in showing me the new 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum edition. I wanted to buy the car from him, but I needed to sleep on it as it was a big purchase for me. Sadly, because the car was so awesome, it was sold seconds after I left the store and I stayed after hours talking with Brian who earnestly negotiated with me.

Brian and I made an initial connection during the summer of 2022 when our firm was contemplating switching Toyota dealers to acquire future Toyota vehicles. We candidly needed a more robust, strategic-oriented solution than our previous non-TO Toyota dealer relationship. From the moment I connected by phone, I sensed Brian was customer-focused and business-oriented. He has not disappointed. Our original plan was to purchase one new vehicle in December; that quickly increased to four, as recommended by our CPA/CFO.What’s extraordinary to me is that the three additional trucks were not in TO Toyotas inventory. Brian worked feverishly (and tirelessly) to identify available trucks throughout Southern California to help us complete our purchases by the end of the year. Additionally, he personally guided us through the selection of the vehicles we purchased (we have unique off-road needs) and helped us navigate service warranty options (which we ended up buying for all four trucks – a first for our firm). He also helped us with CAT shield, tailgate locks and tonneau cover purchases and installation. All I can say about Brian Lamb is that he went above and beyond in his efforts to get me the car I wanted. He said it may take awhile but he would get it. So we placed the order and kept me informed of his progress. Within a month I had my brand new car. He was very courteous and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Working with Brian was a breeze! I made an appointment with Brian since he was on the list for the Costco Auto Program. I found out upon my arrival that the Toyota Highlander did not qualify for the program but I still wanted to take a look around. As we were walking out I mentioned that I was not opposed to looking at used cars as long as they were certified. I did not go there expecting to drive home in a new car.... But it did! He showed us a pre-owned 2017 Highlander and I knew when I test drove it that I was going to buy it. I never even made it to the other lot to look at new ones. The process, although it takes time, was simple, well explained and at no point did I ever feel pressured or mislead. Brian Lamb is everything you hope for in a salesman!!! I highly recommend making an appointment if youre in the market for a new Toyota!

I’m a huge Toyota fan and choose Toyota over anything. What’s even better is when you know someone who can work the magic for what you truly want. Brian is the best! Such a hassle-free environment with him. I told him what I could afford and what I liked and he made it happen!
