Brent’s real estate skills are outstanding. We felt we were in great hands during the entire process.When we began looking, Brent set us up with his MLS system that outlined exactly what we were looking for. He was patient and never pushy as we drug our feet until the perfect property became available.When we found the property, Brent was immediately available to show it. We had an offer in by that evening. He was active in keeping us updated and offering advice for the negotiation process, that would eventually land us in the home.As we continued on with the escrow process, Brent had a great list of resources when we asked. Because of some contingency issues, there was a lot of communication necessary, in which Brent was always on the ball. Whether it was getting later in the evening, on the weekend, or when he was out of the country, he was always available to make sure we were satisfied with the process.If you are looking for an agent in the San Diego area, look no further. I can’t imagine there is anyone else that works as hard and is as much of a pleasure to work with, than Brent.

We first met Brent when we walked into an open house. Just from talking to him we got a very nice vibe and felt like he was very professional. We ended up buying this house and even though Brent was on the seller side, he was so helpful I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Brent helped and guided us on many things that were out of his scope since he was on the seller side. If you want someone who is going to cover your back, reliable, and professional Brent is the way to go!

I have had the privilege of working with Brent twice now. Last year he helped purchase my first property and, just recently, a home for my growing family. I have to say, Brent has been the best! The purchase of each home went incredibly smooth.I was having trouble narrowing down a location for each property, and Brent’s knowledge of the greater San Diego Area, helped immensely. There’s so many great areas I hadn’t even considered.Brent kept an open communication every step of the way. Day or night, he was available to answer questions or follow up with updates on the property. This helped me so much, keeping my mind at easy during the purchasing process. From the beginning, Brent took the time to understand our personal situation, needs, and wants in a home. San Diego home-buying is not easy. If you’re looking for a real estate agent in San Diego, do yourself a favor and contact Brent.From the minute we got on the phone, we felt like Brent was the guy to help us make our first home purchase a reality. He asked us to paint a picture of the ideal home we were looking for and explained the process thoroughly. He put us in contact with a mortgage guy, who also made the process a breeze.He contacted the HOA to make sure they’d stop by and fix a couple of the little issues that had arisen and they took care of them.During the closing process, Brent also went above and beyond and reached out to his network of remodeling guys, to help us remodel the place in a more cost effective and efficient way. Brent and my family worked together to sell our home late last year and then bought our new place in during the first quarter of 2020. We were very happy with how diligent he is and his approach for the whole process. He was very prompt to respond to our inquiries and was very patient with us.When it came to selling our place, Brent was 1 of 4 realtors we interviewed. What made us sign with him was the creativity around his marketing strategies and his vast network of contractors that we worked with to spruce up the place. Brent helped to negotiate pricing for some of the updating we made along with making sure they were hitting their deadlines towards our open house. Brent helped me find a house in North county. He was very patient, available when I needed him, and explained every step of the process very clearly to me. I do not live in the area so he visited quite a few houses for me, sometimes on short notice, and we did the visits over Zoom.He took the time to show me around houses in details, answered questions, and always gave me his honest opinion. My first conversation with Brent was right after my condo was taken off the market when the sale fell through early 2017, with a different agent, due to a 25K difference between the appraisal and offer price. I could not sell the property for a 25K loss, so it was taken off the market. I spoke to at least five agents that called me after it was taken off the market and all said what they could have done better, mentioned the ideas for the next time the property would be in the market, etc. but it was more of a sales pitch than anything else to me. Before we hang up, Brent asked me if he could follow up in a few months to see where I was in my decision process. He called consistently every three months to check in, gave me an update in the property market in the area, and would ask if I was ready to move forward. He was not pushy at all, mostly reassuring and providing me market information and options.My property had been rented for a few years and at the time we listed it in 2017 it wasn’t easy to deal with the sale attempt and the renter. In 2018, with Brent’s assistance, my renter was put at ease from the get go, I didn’t have to get involved with the showings, and Brent even stepped in as a mediator when the situation turned tense with my renter during the sale process. Brent made very valuable recommendations which help tremendously to get the maximum appraisal value for my property. In less than 12 months, Brent was able to manage a 50K increase in property value during the appraisal process! In addition, Brent made the sale process very quick and easy, his team was very professional, diligent and they kept me informed every step of the way.Everyone recommends you someone they know as a real estate agent, but if you are truly looking for a professional, charismatic, and on-your-side agent, look no further! This was the smoothest most profitable transaction! Brent was so considerate of my time and understanding of the effort it takes to clean and prepare a home for a showing. I had a fantastic experience with Brent as a buyers agent. Looking at open houses I came across Brent showing a home that happened to be just what I was looking for. Although I arrived a few minutes past the open house time, Brent happily gave me a full viewing of the home. Other buyers were interested so I elected to use Brent as a dual agent to expedite getting an offer to the sellers. Real estate is a pretty rough and tumble world. Although the decision to make a major move (including selling our home in San Diego County and purchasing a home in another state) in conjunction with retirement was totally on us, the selection of a real estate professional to work with as well as the subsequent communications and ups and downs of selling the house was, as everyone seems to know, very stressful. For us, Brent was the perfect person to work with in this context. He communicated regularly and thoughtfully and clearly was putting in some serious effort to make the sale. He showed a keen awareness of the timing issues we faced, as we were doing our best to stay in sync with completion of construction of a new house in a different state. I hesitate to give referrals unless I believe that the reference would benefit someone. My husband and I just purchased a home in San Diego. There was a time that it seemed impossible that we would be able to buy a home. Between the cost of homes and the bidding competitions, getting a house was bleak.
