I had terrible experience at this location. When I arrived to my appointment I was seen an hour later from my appointment time. When it came time to get my scans done the nurse suggested that I was young to get scans. First off my primary doctor provided me with the referral (so it’s not like I wanted to get these tests done I just wanted to take preventative actions due to my family history). The nurse from this facility advised me to speak with the radiologist to try to persuade me not to get these scans done. When I spoke the radiologist I told him of my situation and I felt that he was not empathetic towards me. I felt so anger that my symptoms didn’t matter. In the end I was unable to complete my scans and it was a complete waste of 2 hours. I spent the whole hour drive home crying from the way the doctor spoke to me.

I was unable to schedule an appointment online or reach a live person and after several attempts over a couple of days I finally gave up and went into a local office to schedule my appointment. Felicia in the Menifee office was helpful and friendly. Once I came in for my appointment it was an easy check in, the wait time was acceptable, and the technician was knowledge and friendly. My overall experience, other than the scheduling, was exceptional.

My husband is the one who got an appointment for me for Mammogram and at the same day he called for an appointment, there is no problem at all.The lady who took my Mammogram is really good 👍🏻 she knows what is she doing, there is no pain at all. In short, she is very professional.At the check in, the lady who helped me is very friendly and gave me a nice smile. She is very helpful 👍🏻In over all, Breast link Women’s Imaging in Temecula is an A+,10, superb. I don’t have a problem at all from check in, to waiting, to my actual Mammogram Imaging. Everything was done fast, I’m impressed.

Service was fine. The issue was that the elevator to access the facility had no functioning lighting, leaving me in total darkness once the door closed. If the staff was aware of this situation, as they told me, why was it not taken care of once it was discovered?

Waiting time was a little long than expected. My appointment was at 10:45 and I got there10 minutes early. I didn’t get called in until like 12:15 . That was the only problem I had. Other than that it was good.

Worst service here. Everyone takes breaks at the same time. They tried to do a different service than what my doctor ordered. Then proceeded to argue back and forth with me on what scans I needed. After multiple hours of arguing they said they couldnt see me because they didnt have the previous scans. I had to reschedule for another day and again waste half a day waiting to be seen. The staff was not knowledgeable nor did they try to alleviate any situation.

This is the first time i came here without waiting for hours. I was able to check iin ang got called right away. The Technician who performed my mammogram with AI was gentle and thorough. This is an amazing and I do mean an amazing facility! My wife and I are from out of town traveling full time in our new RV. That’s when my wife discovered a lump in her left breast. The family has a history of cancer so I went in to see if they could help with her FL insurance. Everyone knew what to do and we made an appointment, got the doctors prescription and provided the info via a link that they requested. The appointment was Monday, they saw her on time, did the mammogram, ultrasound and read them immediately! Huge piece of mind is that she is clear from cancer! We cannot thank this amazing staff and facility enough! Thank you so much!

I really liked the kindness and care over at Breastlink. My Xray technician was so good at navigating my images in such an uncomfortable setting that women have to go through. I arrived to my appointment early, there was no attendant at the office. I waited about 15 minutes and shouted “hello”, no answer. Two other ladies arrived, I told them there wasn’t anybody attending the office, one of the ladies went to the next door office to ask and then someone showed up at the front. It took a whole half an hour. The test that I had went smoothly and prompt, but this is the first time that I go to a medical office and find it completely unattended.

Everything was much more organized and seemed to have MORE workers taking care of us all, sitting in LINE in those chairs in the hallway-then it was back in April and May of 2023! That whole thing was a nightmare back then including just having to stand there over an hour, to even check in with the lines out of the room and down the hallway! I literally had to leave the first time since I have SUCH bad neuropathy in my feet. So I thank whomever got it all more smoothly... but of course I DID make sure to have one if the first appointments in the morning. ***One thing I WILL complain about was all the ladies sitting in there chairs waiting for their procedures were subject to this hideous HARD ROCK METAL music someone was playing on the other side of the divider from us... and it was very nerve wracking. Especially with some of us trying to stay CALM with any info we would be given.TY

Everyone in the office was very nice. I was in for an annual breast vice exam.. they were as gentle as possible. Aweful that we have to get these things done, but if you don’t know if you’re ok, you’re at risk. I’d rather know. Grateful we can detect. 🙏

First time here from being with Kaiser for yrs and the mammo tech said to fill out release form as to have comparison records. She was so sweet and walked me to front desk & said she told the staff & they’d get me the form. I stood and waited and then asked for the form and one of the receptionists turned behind her as if to ask for the form & mentioned Kaiser so I assumed they were printing the form(s). Stood there a few mins & she said nothing to me so I sat down to wait. I sat right near the check in window for about 10 mins & finally went back to same gal and asked about the release form again. Again she turned behind her to ask if I needed to sign a medical release form to get prior mammogram records from Kaiser and she said no she doesn’t need that. So I confirmed it that the technician said I needed it and she said no you’re fine. So I left a bit frustrated. A couple days later I get notification. My mammogram came back abnormal due to no prior records. So I called them explain the situation above to them and no one ever apologized for their error and she emailed the medical release form to me which I had to go take to be printed out, because it was not a fill able document. The next day I scanned an emailed it back to her and asked her to confirm that it was correct and it was all they needed. I received no response. I emailed two more times asking if she could please confirm. After no response again I called and spoke to someone else and explain the situation to her as well and she found the email and said yes that’s it. Not one person apologized for their error or the inconvenience. I just received a call from my primary doctor telling my mammogram came back abnormal and if I could please get prior records for them to compare to. Very frustrating all around. It’s not necessarily the situation. It’s how it was handled by the office staff at breastlink. An apology and acknowledgment goes a long way.

I really thought hard before booking here because my experience with Temecula Valley Imaging has been long waits- like 1-2 hours. That was for an ultrasound. This was for Dexa and it was fast, easy and on time! I would have given 5 stars except the check in process was awkward having to go to the office next door and the lady checking me in was not friendly.

The two Star rating is for the front office staff they really could learn from the ultrasound tech. Sooooo unprofessional, as Im standing if front of them they proceed to have a conversation on how people are more rude in the morning stating Im almost out of here another stating and I thought I was rude followed by laughter. I am squally don’t leave many unfavorable reviews, and I just want to start off by saying my mammogram tech herself was great. I waited to check in and then waited for my name to be called. The place was packed. It was almost an hour before I got in for my mammogram. In that time you are waiting out in a hallway with the other women, a few of which it was apparent they had or have gone through cancer treatment. The atmosphere was sooo unprofessional. Nothing like a medical office should be. Girls congregating on the other side of the hallway taking loudly about their personal lives, the job and a patient whose “ face turned gray”…. they were also walking back and forth speaking loudly, conversing with eachother. This is a sensitive time for most women. I was shocked at the atmosphere and the blatant disregard for patients, and unprofessional demeanor with these workers during my visit. And it went on the whole time! I felt bad for the others sitting there with me that were obviously going through treatments, while even though I was just there for a screening, it can still bring anxiety to women and there was no sensitivity at all. Because of this, I will never come back to this location, which was more like a scene out of a county office.

Once I got a day and time schedule set I had trouble with some lack of appropriate staff for my needs available. It caused a days delay in getting work accomplished. The personnel at the office were helpful in getting me another schedule for the following day. That worked for me so I could make my other travel plans. The service the following day went very well and I was able to make my travel plans for the holidays. The tech’s helping to complete the service did a great job and my results very a positive results of the tests completed.

On several occasions we have arrived to our appointments promptly. And on several occasions and they say they are too booked and reschedule us forcefully to another day instead of allowing us to wait and keep our appointment. Today was no different, we showed up for our 9:00 a.m. appointment early and then we were told we got bumped to 9:30 that we either wait or leave it. We have never had any complaints with the quality of the work. Our complaint is the quality of the service, and the lack of professionalism. Seems like they dont know what customer service is or they dont care if they keep their customers happy and coming back or not.

I am 44 years old and this is my first mammogram. I skipped it for years due to fear. I have no family history of breast cancer so I reassured myself that way and figured I would make sure I just checked my breasts regularly. Unfortunately, a few months ago I started feeling some thickening and had no choice but to get checked if I wanted to catch things early. My fear almost got the best of me but I had to pull my big girl pants up and I can’t tell you how silly I feel for not getting it done sooner. From getting to the office and meeting with the front staff, things couldn’t have gone any smoother! My mammogram tech was Lily. She is well trained but beyond that, her compassion and caring personality blew me out of this world. I wish all healthcare professionals were like her! Thank you Lilly!

I thought reception staff were very friendly despite having to explain the long wait when it’s not under their control. I would come here again. This time the wait was more manageable however myself and two other people were complaining about how extremely cold the waiting room was. My doctor referred me for a mammogram and an ultrasound. I have had a biopsy and have a lump, previously documented. The tech informed me that the untrasound was unnecessary and wouldn’t be done and that my physician must not have understood the results from the biopsy from two years ago. They were not going to do what my doctor referred me for, and my insurance approved me for, until I insisted. I was shocked that an x-ray tech was questioning my doctor. Honestly, I couldn’t believe it. It is not a technician’s place to question a physician and decide what is and isn’t going to performed. It is not the technician’s place to decide which part or parts of a referral will be performed. I will not be returning to the Murrieta location. So ridiculous!

Very scary experience. I got an ultrasound done and the lady who took my ultrasound said there was nothing wrong, but I got when I got a letter in the mail, the document said there was “abnormalities.” Doctor also even told me I need to cut off my breast because he “doesn’t like the structure.” Of course, why would I go through that for such a reason?! Before my biopsy, I asked if the procedure would make me bleed because I bleed heavily and have a hard time stopping my bleeding. They told me “no, no one bleeds from this procedure.” Low and behold I start bleeding and the bleeding would not stop. Got yelled at by the doctor who blamed me and said “well other people don’t bleed, it’s just you.” I told them to stop the procedure and the doctor left the room. I started getting dizzy from blood loss and the poor assistants were trying to stop my bleeding so I could go home, and they also tried getting the doctor to come back in, but the assistants were scared because the doctor REFUSED to come back in and help. Later, they called me telling me to come in and sign papers to consent to donating my organs. I asked them “why would I donate my organs?!” and they might’ve thought I’d just easily say yes because I was hung up on right away! To anyone reading this, be careful! Always take another person with you because you never know if they’ll try tricking you or taking advantage of you.

This is the first time Ive ever done a mammogram. The check in line was long when I got there but I had already filled out all the necessary paperwork online. They had a text messaging system to let them know youve arrive. So I didnt technically need to stand in line. Waited about 20 or so minutes before someone came out and told some of us to go to the office across the way and check in there. After check in, I waited about 5-10 min in the waiting area before they called my name. Changed into a gown, waited less than 5 min and was called into the exam room. It took about 5 min and I was done. Overall I was impressed at how quickly it went even though the line to check in was so long. Im not sure if its because I did everything online or what but I got called before every body else that was in line in front of me. The whole appointment from waiting to check in and the exam took about 50 min. Which I think is pretty good considering how many people were there. And Bobbie the Rad tech that did my exam was very professional and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Overall a great experience for my first mammogram.

The ladies at the front reception area are so rude and lazy.There was a line of 11 people one lady was working registration and the other 5 ladies were messing around on the computer eating and hanging out. I dont know if they forgot we can all see them through the window wall .First they told me the wrong address, they told me my appointment was at the Temecula branch however when I arrived at this location they told me my appt was at the Murrieta branchWhen I arrived the line was 11 deep and took almost 20 min to check into an appt I was already late for due to the bad info I received the day before.I was still able to be seen, the mammogram tech was great! Friendly funny and communicated what she was doing. I appreciated her very much.Then I had to get back into the line after my appt to fill out a request for record paper. This was a TERRIBLE VISIT. I was charged for my visit but the lady who charged me couldnt explain what the bill was for. She wouldnt print off the information for me and when asked why she said I could call my insurance. I had an appointment at 12:40 but was not seen until 1:30 and did not leave the office after 3 PM. After speaking with my insurance they told me the office shouldnt have charged me that amount and I waited almost an hour to speak with someone. She did not check all my breast, just a little are, and I have more issues on the same side.I don’t really understand your medical system, but is TERRIBLE!!! How is possible that you don’t have a minuses exam on both sides, “detail exams”. I have the pain since January, I mentioned on my last visit. I just took 5 minutes to evaluate a LITTLE SECTION on my RIGHT breast. And we are in the “first world “ now I understand why so many Americans going to another countries for medical services !!

I arrived 20 min early to my 3:15 appt. The front desk was courteous & told me they were running 30 min behind. We were requested to arrive 20 min early. I was called in by the technician approx 30 after my appt time of 3:15. Once called in, I changed & waited again to be called for my Mammo. I finally finished & walked out by 4:15, one hour after my appt time. The technician was very polite & professional. Very disappointed in the long wait time. Were they overbooked? Short Staffed? What happened?

I have only had positive experiences here. Mammograms are not something that screams fun but both Ive had here have been filled with good conversation and amazingly a few laughs too. The ease of online scheduling and check in have also made the process easy without a lot of excess wait time, which is really appreciated.

Waited for almost 3 hours. They were kind enough to bring water & snacks, but I would have loved to known not to be early if I was going to wait. In addition, the packed waiting room was collectively cold. The temperature should be adjusted to a comfortable level of an average patient. It was noted that staff too had jackets on so I would assume the staff is also cold. Lastly, the tv replayed stories of cancer, detection, genetics on a loop. When in the waiting room it would be better to watch my relaxing videos to reduce any anxiety and perhaps have a longer loop if waiting times will exceed the loop time.

The technician was wonderful! Competent, gentle and friendly.I had one of the first appointments of the day and I arrived 20 minutes early, as they had asked. I had to wait for 1/2 an hour before my mammogram.I feel like thats a long time to wait when I was the second one in the waiting room for the day. The technicians had not even arrived when I was asked to be there. Otherwise, my experience was great.

The only negative remark is the registration of the front end. The pre-registration should eliminate some waiting time but unfortunately it did not. Either the staff or the flow is slow. From the rad tech to the Dr, the U/S back end operation was professional and thorough (5 star). From walking in to walking, it was a 2 hrs and 10 mins visit (65% waiting).

The women at the clinic are just great. Knowlegeable, polite and know their job. The man that I made the appointment with was confused and almost sent me to another clinic much further away and I was not aware of the different clinic until I was confirming the appointment Then I made him change it to the Murrieta clinic. The phone appointment people are very hard to deal with and are confused and give bad informationUPDATE website is much better and no phone call necessary. The wait was over an hour from my appointment time. This needs to be improved.

Although the wait was longer 1.3 hours with a scheduled appointment but I understand that staff were doing their best to taking care of the patients. The staff were very friendly, professional, helpful, and very patient. Couple patients were rude to the staff. Please understand and be grateful to those still want to come to work.
