I was pre registered so I walked In filled out paperwork and was done with test In less than 30 minutes. Parking was a pain though. I recently had back surgery and there is not enough handicap spaces!!Everyone in office were awesome, including my technician Alexia.

For as busy as they are it was pretty quick to get in and out for my appointment. was a total of 1 hour from parking to leaving. Front desk was very friendly and my technicians were super nice as well. The staff made an unpleasant procedure pleasant. I can’t thank the staff enough!

1.Front desk super friendly and welcoming.2. The person that called me in at the same time with 2 other patient ( was very weird in my opinion I felt a number instead of human) was hard to understand because of a strong accent.-She was short and cold when she brought us to the changing room, and didn’t explain much.( was first time for me and one of the other patient, she could have seen that on my paperwork)-Then when she called me in the room for the mammogram, she approached we very aggressively with are you breastfeeding, then I have to ask permission from the doctor, I was irritated because when I booked the appointment I asked specifically and it was no problem. I had a appointment at 5pm was there 4:47 pm and just called in 5:37pm and then get this treatment.-she did the mammogram fine,I will not come back here. I will find a different facility next time

Had a wonderful experience today. As soon as I got there I was called in after 5min probably because I filled all the paperwork online to save time which is amazing. Then the same with going in for the breast exam. The technician was really nice and very caring. Sorry I dont know her name.

Very detailed and orientated. Organized and nice on the inside. The med receptionist are ready to help and answer any questions or concerns you may need. They have a parking structure and do NOT validate. Its on the 2nd floor very easy to find. They also have cold water while you wait in their big waiting room. I had a very nice experience and I hardly had to wait. This place is a good place to go for womens and mens Healthcare.

Breastlink is a place where I can go and feel safe amongst women who care about taking care of me. The staff greet me when I check in, the waiting time is minimal and the staff who thereafter walk me to my appointment are warm and friendly. Excellent staff. The office is clean with state of the art equipment. They made me feel very comfortable and I even reunited with a former childhood classmate who works there as a technician. Scheduling and rescheduling was a breeze. I highly recommend this office.

The first time I was getting a mammogram and I was definitely nervous. Everyone here was so wonderful! The facility is very comfortable and the technician was absolutely incredible. She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease. They offer options like 3D imaging and other modern advanced technologies. I’m so grateful I found them.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk.I received a text message that my appointment got canceled without any further explanation, and when I called the facility to reschedule it, they kept putting me on hold for 50 min. I understand how busy they can get at this type of medical center, but 50 min wait is ridiculous and shows they have no respect for other peoples time.

I had my appointment at 1:20 pm and my parking tickets show the time I arrive 1:05. By the time I get to check in . The you g lady tells me that I need to reschedule cause I’m late for my appointment after being in line for 15 minutes cause the girls in the front take their sweet time chatting about their boyfriends n personal stuff. N now you want me to reschedule??? Haha. But the manager told me it’s ok to stay. First of all there’s a grace period. Second she made me mad cause it’s easy for them to say reschedule after I hear them talking about their personal life with each other n workings so slow doing one by one. Ugly service in the front. But the lady inside who did my mammogram was great!

Sign in went smoothly and exams were fine. When I got a phone call on the way home to call and make an appointment for an aspiration of my breast. I have called for 2 days and left a message and no call back. I did talk to someone yesterday and I said I needed an appointment for an aspiration and he didn’t know what that was and transferred me and that is when I left my first message. I’m getting frustrated.

I had an appointment at 11 am for a diagnostic mammogram and I didn’t leave until 12:40. I sat in the waiting room lobby in a gown for 40 minutes. i had to ask about it. Had I not I would have been sitting there all day. I think they either forgot about me or took lunch. Either way it was an annoying and super rude experience. They seem too busy to be attentive to their patients

I had the best mammogram EVER, thanks to an extraordinary technician named Melissa Beck. She was incredibly kind, warm, gentle, did a great job, and even though I was a perfect stranger—I felt like she cared. She was also very mindful of pain levels, and at no point was I in more than slight discomfort (I have had the opposite experience where it felt like my rib cage was being crushed and the tech didn’t care). If more technicians were like Ms. Beck, cancer rates would go down, because fewer people would fear the pain of mammograms and procrastinate getting them—and maybe even look forward to them. I really hope there is a rewards program where excellent service gets a bonus or gift card or free dinner or something like that, because she 100% deserves it. Thank you Melissa, and thank you to whoever hired her. You nailed it bringing her in the team!

This is a great location, for the most part, due to the doctor and technicians being kind and walking me through the process. However, on two occasions I waited too long, yes in a gown and in a cold room. Both occasions Ive had to ask for them to follow up and they finally took me in. Thats been the frustrating part about this clinic. Theres plenty of staff and clinic appears organized but they do need to work on the fact that they forget ppl in the waiting room. Atleast check in with those waiting...this would help.

Very frustrating experience. They send multiple emails and texts confirming the appointment and demanding you upload insurance card and medical order in advance but dont bother making sure you are signed up for what your doctor prescribed. The front desk girls are unhelpful and rude.

I recently had my mammogram with Breastlink. The front office is very busy but the initial wait was about a half hour. The woman who did my mammogram was fine but did not have a lot of bedside manner. Immediately after the mammogram she told me to wait for the doctor. It freaked me out a bit and I checked with other patients as they returned to the changing room. None of them were told to wait. After 20 min of waiting, I checked again and was told the doctor was on the phone but he would call me by 6:00 pm. My mind was racing with all the scenarios. Finally about 5:30, someone called (not the doctor) and said everything is fine and looks benign. I was so grateful that everything was fine but when I got off the phone I wondered why she said “benign.” Did they see something? I tried to call back but left a message. No one returned my call, so the next day I called again and after 20 min of being put on hold, I hung up and tried again. Once again I was sent to voicemail and left a detailed message. No one has returned my calls. This is all very frustrating.

Ive been coming to this facility for several years and keep hoping it will get better but each year, there is a ridiculous wait, as it we are all walk-in patients without appointments. It’s freezing in the room wheee you wait after you get a skimpy gown on. I was nervous anyway and started getting a headache because it was freezing in there. I came from the Chicago area and the mammogram machines seem very old and outdated at this facility compared to the ones in Chicago. It hurt more here. Anyway, I was feeling very uncomfortable when I left the appointment.

This was a horrible, stressful experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!. After two days, my doctor got a “0” results for my mammogram, and a recommendation by the radiologist that I have another mammogram with much more radiation and a sonogram. I tried MANY TIMES to talk to a doctor there and THERE WAS NO DOCTOR TO SPEAK TO AT THE FACILITY OR ELSEWHERE!!! I even called the corporate office. I also paid for AI and got nothing for my 40 bucks either. Today, I went to a top Beverly Hills radiologist. He was very busy but he first read my Breastlink mammogram. He came in and immediately told me I did NOT need another mammogram and there was NO problem seen. He then spent a fair amount of time doing a mammogram and said at the end, I told you there was NO problem. See you in a year. He was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Breastlink is still calling me to schedule another mammogram. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Highly disorganized place. I had an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound February 26th @ 11:40am, and I prefilled all their required paperwork online including uploading a picture of my insurance card and the doctors orders for both screenings. Upon my arrival at the Tarzana location the front desk check in clerk was training a new employee, and so they both took their own sweet time in processing my check in. Finally, when they were done, I was told that “we have to call your doctor as the order for the test says screening and you need a diagnostic exam.” ( my doctor listed on the script what kind of imaging I needed ). It appeared that this front desk clerk was on some power trip or something, as she kept saying that I had listed pain and tenderness in my breast so she needs to confirm with the doctor ( which is perplexing as my doctor is aware of my status and wanted me to get screening ).I was told that there was no guarantee that I would be able to get my mammogram or ultrasound done today.After putting up with all this delay and antagonizing treatment I decided to cancel any further scheduling of exams with this location and called another imaging center and got both my exams scheduled without any hassle.It’s a shame this place assigns this excessive control to the front desk clerks to call the shots on patient care and service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at BWIT because I was well taken care of, from the receptionist, the doctor and the two nurses (technicians) who were very helpful, professional, and made me feel at ease during my biopsy procedure (laughter is better than fear). DO NOT GO HERE! When I first came in the receptionist told me that I’m not allowed to have lumps!!! So I told her what do you mean I can’t control that! Then they made me wait for 3 hours for a mammogram and then an ultrasound! Everytime I went to this place there’s been issues! If anyone knows any good places to go to please let me know! The best place I ever had a mammogram had these beautiful murals on the walls that took your focus away from having your breasts squished to death. You need to get some pics or murals in your rooms. The walls are slate grey with nothing to focus on but the extremely uncomfortable situation at hand. Get murals and the patients won’t even have time to think about the uncomfortable mammogram before they’ve had a chance to finish being distracted by a mural.

Horrid experience. Came in for a simple ultrasound. Had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes for a procedure that took 3!!! Have a small baby, so husband had to take time off from work to watch her. He was late going in, as I was REALLY late coming home from the center. Absolutely no point in having an appointment- wasted A LOT of time waiting. Ruined my day. Astounding incompetence….not even a simple apology from anyone working there. Avoid this place at all cost.

There was a sign on the door for virtual check in that doesn’t work. I got to appointment 15 minutes before appointment as requested. -0 minutes after my appointment time I asked receptionist and they did Not have me checked in. They haven’t updated their equipment to be able to email images of your tests to another doctor. So if you get an abnormal mammogram result, you will be in the stressed out situation where you have to wait for them to burn the images to a CD and snail mail them to another provider that you request. This is 2024 April and it’s unbelievable that they don’t have the technology to be able to email images to another doctor. The new doctor that I’ve chosen is in a different state but even within state, they said they don’t have the capability to email images, which I think is absolutely crazy.

I have had the worst customer service with the billing department. My issue has been escalated to a supervisor and each time I call to follow up, Im told that my account is being noted and that I will receive a phone call. Im a working professional and have spent hours out of my work day attempting to resolve the issue in the past two months. Its been an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I was very worried about my mammogram. I could not believe how helpful, gentle and compassionate. I saw 3 different technicians and each professional was kind, compassionate and professional. I couldn’t be happier and left with dignity of not being shamed. I left Liberty imaging in tears because they couldn’t accommodate my needs for a disability. Others said sorry we can’t do the test. Breastlink never mentioned any limitations and performed a long needed scan that no one else could do.

I was scheduled for a mammogram and ultrasound one right after the other. They took me in for mammogram about 20 minutes later than my appointment time, but then waited over an hour after my mammogram, before speaking to a tech to find out what my ultrasound would. Told her I have been waiting over an hour. They told me it would still be “a while“. Based on the fact that I had already been at the facility for two hours, I left and had to reschedule my ultra sound. I am hoping I don’t have to wait two hours at my next appointments! Very disappointing.

I liked that the dressing rooms had locked cabinets for ur belongings. Everything was new and clean. I was in and out in under an hour. I DO NOT LIKE PAYING FOR PARKING! My experience at the facility went very smoothly. There wasn’t a long wait time. The technician was very courteous. The test was quick. My biggest complaint is that they cancelled on me four times this year. Luckily it wasn’t a test for a serious ailment. I’m very thankful the call center was able to squeeze me in three days after the fourth cancellation.

One they lied that they tried to reach me, no one called, only a text and email. They know how to harass you though for confirmation 100x before your appt, even the night before.I was reading the YELP reviews, people have been complaining, I should have known they would cancel, I am so furious, that I wasted time, gas and money.I called, put on hold then they hung up on me after 10 minutes two different times. The back office staff was very attentive and took their time to listen to concerns. The front office however, needs much improvement. It would help to actually hear your patients out and provide them the benefit of the doubt instd of assuming they dont have the capacity to comprehend insurance processes and speak over them. I attempted to let the front office staff know that my deductible was met and I had spoken to member services to confirm this. Instead of hearing me out and contacting my insurance they assumed they know better and what they have in their posessiin is the rule of law. All it would have taken for them is to hear me out and taken the extra step of contacting the insurance to speak to someone. Instead they spok over me and charged me for a deductible I had already met. Only after I contacted the insurance and found out they were looking at the wrong site did they have me speak to a supervisor to address my concerns. All it took is a phone call in their presence to the insurance benefits to confirm that I had indeed met my deductable and they overcharged me. It would help to treat patients as intelligent human beings and provide them the benefit of the doubt when they tell you you dont have the correct information instead of speaking over them. I do like the technician’s but the office admin is a little bit disappointing. I completed all information online but still follow instructions to arrive 20 minutes before appointment time. However, the result is that I had to wait 45 minutes after already changed because they kept letting people who were late for their appointments in first. I was first in the dressing room, but just sat there and watch five or six people who came in late for their appointments, got in and left before my turn. Then I had to pay hefty parking fee because it was well over an hour while the mammogram itself took 10 minutes.

I always had a great experience here except this year. I love that the facility is clean, new and the equipments are up to date. But this time around my appointment was pushed back 3 times, each time one month apart because one person was saying I need a doctor order, the other was saying I don’t need one since I have one on file. Finally the doctor order was provided even after that i received phone calls regarding the order, each time I gave them the correct information and they said they’re calling the doctor to get a verbal order. And each time the next person was telling me they called the wrong doctor! On the day of, I took my doctor order with me and again they asked for it, still nothing showing on their system! And they still had the wrong doctor name who is not even an OB. 🤷🏻‍♀️I understand they’re busy but this is ridiculous. Then they were behind schedule and everybody was called in 1.5 hours later than their assigned appointment!I would still give them a second chance though. They need better management and better computer system.

Walking in you are greeted immediately. Everyone working from the front office, radiologists, technicians, helpers, everyone, make you feel welcome and very comfortable in what can be a very anxiety inducing appointment. There are smiling faces anytime you look up and it helps put you at ease. I was very impressed with Breastlink. I particularly loved filling out all of the necessary paperwork online so all I had to do was sign my credit card receipt. The one thing that drives me nuts is spending 20 minutes filling out new paperwork. On the day of my appointment, they were short a technician but still made every effort to get patients in as quickly as they could while still maintaining a high level and thorough examination. This is my second year going to Breastlink and it definitely won’t be my last.

Breastlink used to be great in terms of the technicians but since LAST YEAR, 2022, they cancelled my appointment TWICE, claiming each time, the technician has an emergency. The first time, no notifications, no calls, no texts, no emails. I showed up and they rescheduled me for the following week, insisting someone would be available. The second time, they notified me TWO days before my appointment to say technician has an emergency. How does one have an emergency ahead of time? I contacted their main number and was told this location didnt have any emergencies; they simply didnt have technicians available on the appointment dates given and would not have any technicians for several months. Jump forward to December and the main number says no appointments are available for at least four months. The reason? Technicians shortage which should have been resolved last year. Cancelling patients and long delays does a disservice to patients. Breastlink, get your act together and hire more staff, including technicians, at this location.

I came in grateful to be having my mammogram here. Two years ago the front desk was an exceptionally warm and welcoming experience. But not today. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time but waited in line to check in. The woman who sits in the middle of the reception desk told me directly and blamed me for being 25 minutes late. When I kindly let her know I was here 5 minutes before my appointment time but standing in line, without ever looking at me her response was now she didnt know if there was time to do one of my tests because I was so late. From this point on, she ignored me when she could. She was cold, would not look at me, often deflected my questions, did not answer me at all and I repeated a question, she answered as briefly and curtly as she could.The last time I was here the entire staff was happy and enjoying themselves but the entire atmosphere has completely changed. The staff is robot like and serious, I literally never saw one smile from anyone. It feels like a huge production line in a factory in there. The woman who gave me my mammogram hurt me so badly I screamed and cried. Her response was, I didnt do anything as if I made the pain up. Although this imaging center is only 4 minutes from were I live I will be going elsewhere.

The absolute worst. The waiting room is a crowded cattle call. 3.5 receptionists are clearly not enough to handle influx of patients checking in. There is NO dedicated line for folks with actual appointments. Therefore its entirely possible youll stand in line 30 minutes checking in for your appointment.This location charges $16 for parking. That fact is not disclosed when you make the appointment on the phone. The office does not validate, therefore if you arent prepared to pay, you have a problem.My advice would be to stay away from Radnet Breastlink.

I was really disappointed with the Breastlink experience. It started when I had to make my appointment. The service that answers the phone and handles the appointments seemed to have music or television on and it was loud enough to hear when trying to speak to the person on the phone. I also heard other people talking in the background and maybe even children asking for the attendant’s attention. My appointment need felt serious and the first lady hung up on me as I asked her to speak louder so I could hear her. When I called back I was routed to someone else. It wasn’t much better but I was able to make the appointment. I wonder if anyone listens to recordings of these calls? Then the morning of the appointment it was canceled. When I called to follow-up and reschedule I was told the male technician running the room I would be in was not able to work and they didn’t have enough techs. My new appointment was scheduled for two weeks later. Also - I did not want a male tech and this added concern that the next appointment would have a male tech.The morning of the appointment I arrived and the 3 receptionists at the counter seemed hurried and there was rock and roll music playing which was not calming. It could have been holiday music but it felt unprofessional. One receptionist was arguing with the patient next to me who also had her young daughter with her. That lady stormed out and seemed frustrated and upset. I was called up, 3 people at a time, showed the dressing room with a group and given instructions as a group. I didn’t feel great about this part either. My technician was a woman and she did a good job and was very nice. However there seemed to be more pressure then ever before and the mammogram hurt more than it had in previous mammograms. I didn’t ever remember this happening at the old mammogram place in Tarzana. I hope to not have to go back to Breastlink and would rather try another place for my next mammogram.

Ive been going here and other affiliated locations since the Womens Center in Tarzana closed and every single time, without fail, there is always an issue with my visit. I have NEVER been seen at my actual appointment time and my minimum wait time is no less than 30 minutes, not including the 15 minutes before your appointment time that they ask you to arrive. My final straw was today when I arrived for an appointment that I confirmed yesterday afternoon, only to arrive and tell me that it had been canceled almost immediately after I scheduled it. The problem is they NEVER notified me it was canceled. Its completely unacceptable; time off work, driving back and forth and they could not even be courteous enough to notify me!!! I will say that the staff there is pleasant and I dont blame them because this starts behind the scenes with a VERY POORLY RUN organization. I will never schedule another appointment here or with any affiliated organizations or locations.

Customer service was bad. Front desk misdirected to me to the wrong room for my mammogram screening. Long wait and disorganized, they called me 2 times when I was already inside and waiting for the procedure. I waited a long time.

This facility is super nice and huge! They follow all safety/health guidelines. All staff at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. I especially loved my technician Sue! She was so nice, warm, and funny. We enjoyed lovely, fun conversation during my mammogram. I highly recommend this place!

I was running late to my appointment and they managed to squeeze me in on a busy day so I was thankful. The staff was pretty friendly and told me they would call with my results which they did the same day. I appreciated the promptness. I dont get that same service from my doctor which is sad but true.
