I selected this location to have my annual mammogram. The waiting area was very spacious and clean.The front desk could have been more attentive and friendly with the incoming patients waiting to check in.Its so easy to say, Hi, Someone will be with you shortly. It seemed as some of the receptionists picked and chose who they wanted to assist. Thats a Very uncomfortable feelingThanks to Ramona -She happily greeted me and assisted me with my check in.She made sure that All my paperwork was completed and correct before seeing the technician.I am absolutely highly satisfied with her professionalism and politeness.

Parking at 6 in the morning is too dim, need more lighting a motion type lighting needs to be considered!Loved the office, wish there was some form of flyer/material informing me about their service of bone density, procedure(s)! It could have been a rush setting, but the bedside manner so possible professional that it was sterile!I came across information by accident of the new procedure!Will I recommend my family and friends to this location, “yes!” with a heads up of new technology and possibly connections!

Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. The office was very nice and comfortable. My appointment went very smoothly.The only critique I have is regarding the address. The address wasnt clearly visible. I had to call to verify the exact building of the address.Upon walking in the front, I realized that the shrubbery had grown up and obscured the address. Perhaps, you could advise the patients that you are in the BOA building. Which is located at the corner of Wilshire and Arnez, and that the parking structure is located on S. Arnez.

Easy in and out! Everyone was so nice and patient, taking time to thoroughly explain policies and procedures. Very clean and neat and welcoming environment. Best part, parking in garage is validated. Very easy book appointments online/ mobile/ by phone. Day of, I was running late. I called and was able to be seen a hour later. There is also plenty of paid street parking if need. Appreciate the tender care. Great visit.

Very clean, comfortable, beautiful waiting area. Friendly reception. Very little wait time. My technologist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was impressive, down to the parking structure. The office was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The receptionist was so nice and the technician was also very nice and communicative during the entire process. I can say that the drive from SD to LA was worth it.

Nice office, easy parking, efficient technician but felt like they were moving women through like cattle. Called to the back 5 at a time, barked orders at us and marched through like we were on a field trip. Waited a while to go in. Super impersonal compared to previous appointments but everything else was good.

It when terrible. They had me waiting in the room for an hour and no one checked up on me. I kept asking when someone was going to come by and they kept saying just a moment. After 2 hours no one came so I just left. They were super unprofessional. If I can put 0 stars I would.

Easy to find but the entry is off Wilshire not the side street . Used Lyft but the bus stop was right out front. The clinic is on the second floor and the elevator is just to the right as you come in through the main door towards the open area. I was really to my appointment scheduled time but they worked me in almost immediately and I was done and out of there in 10 minutes staff was great and this ignition that did my imagery was very considerate of my disability and special needs.

The receptionist and person in charge of scheduling is rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment made for Friday, I received the confirmation text the day before on Thursday and confirmed my appointment. On Thursday at 5pm I receive a call and they tell me I need authorization from my insurance for my appointment which is in less than 24 hours. They didnt bother telling me this before my appointment or when I originally made the appointment. They tried to redirect my call but instead hung up on me and no one was nice or able to help me. They also tried to tell me to go to a different location instead that is much further from me. I took the day off from work in order have my appointment. I have been to this location multiple times and each time I have an issue with them.
