The worst company I could have chosen for my business. They take your money and dont do anything for you at all. I paid extra money for a new website that was supposed to be set up all professionally and with everything working. Half of the things on the website dont work! On top of that, they took the website from me. I dont own it anymore and they wont give it up. So now I have to remove my domain and start all over. They dont have customer service to help you, and the people who do talk to you know nothing about the business and read a script. It takes months to get a response or help with the website. When you want to buy something, they responded immediately and helped you and took your money. Once the money transfer over, they ignore you and refuse to help. As a business, I now have to start all over in marketing. This hurts my company so much. This company is horrible and I will tell everyone I know about it. Please dont use them. You will never see a refund from them.

Mr Herman is such a an amazing Google expert. He was patient and polite and overall a great help to my business and getting verified on Google. Getting a Google verification is no easy task and he was so nice and patient with myself and my office. We are contractors and not very tech savvy. But Mr Herman was patient and so knowledgeable. I have been with Brand rep for as long as I have a private practice. In the beginning someone called while I was driving and I pulled over to answer the call. It was la representative from Brand rep. They told me that they could not make me a better therapist but they said that they can make my new practice show up to someone looking for a therapist near my office and/or to people who are searching for a therapist who offers marriage/couples/ relationship counseling and to those who are interested In getting themselves individual therapy.Brand Rep did not say that their services could make a potential client think more of me and said that I had to sell myself. They were spot on and I also know I am well liked by 99 % of my clients. I think it is only fair to leave an excellent review for Brand Rep. They told me that reviews mean a lot and no one will get a perfect review from everyone. Good reviews mean a lot andi I appreciate my many clients who took the time out of their day to leave a good review; and I also thank the few clients who left a mediocre or an unfavorable review because there is no one therapist who could be the right fit for every client.I sincerely appreciate my clients who took the time to give me a 5 star review. I want to leave a 5 star review for Brand Rep because they made my dream of being a successful therapist come to fruition!Yes! This company is a scam. They will steal your money. The sales rep Was super nice and promise the moon and stars just to make you sign a contract. Once I signed the contract, they didnt do anything to my page, I havent heard from them at all. I asked to cancel my contract and they dont answer their phone. A moody representative answer the phone once and she didnt know anything. Please dont do business with this company. Trust me. I sent a formal letter and they didnt bother to respond.

This is a horrible company. If you want to destroy your companys reputation, stop anyone from finding you, and have online traffic to your website from Russia, China, Africa, and so on, call these guys. They will take your money and screw you over. I spent $4,800 in 6 months. I have seen zero results and have lost business. I paid for a new website that I had to put together because their team is clueless. The site was then taken over from me and now I have no way of getting it back. Im upset I lost so much money and now have to rebuild my business online presence all over again. I did not get any refunds and they have continued to ignore my calls and requests to speak with someone. I hope they go out of business or get sued.

Warning: Do not sign contract with BrandRep!I just want to share my frustrating experience with BrandRep. It all started with slick sales call, where they promised to boost my business to the number one spot in Google within three months. The salesperson was good, no doubt, but thats where the good part ended.Once I signed up, my business got handed off to a bunch of unprofessionals who didnt deliver on any of their promises. They only created accounts on weird platforms no ones ever heard of, which, surprise, didnt get me any calls. Even their Google My Business page setup didnt yield any results.The worst part? I signed a one-year contract for $800 and requested to cancel before renewal, but they still charged me another $800. When I called to sort it out, they kept promising that someone would call me back within 24-48 hours, but surprise again, no one did. After two months of trying, I finally talked to a supervisor who refused a refund, citing a supposed need to cancel five days before renewal, which I had done.Im taking legal actions against them. My advice to you - save yourself the headache and avoid doing business with this scammers!

I will add that while my experience left more to be desired, Mike, the manager, made good on his promise to make it right. I would have loved to give Brand Rep 5 Stars, but to me, I think when work is submitted, I think someone should do a bit a light grammatical check to make sure, spelling and sentences make sense. Also, work is not always put up as requested. But however I do love, that I seem to be getting calls from google! I never used the portal that they offer, but I assume is handy and useful. All the reps at Customer Service seem to be extremely nice and professional... Suzette is my absolute favorite, she takes the time to explain things well to people whos slow like me LOL, so ask for her! Shes the one why Im leaving this review, she explained to me, my links werent taken down on purpose, it was a technical glitch. Other wise, they are pretty good and I do recommend them!! Always wish it can be cheaper, but hey, it is what it is, as long as Im getting calls from search engines, I can live with the other stuff.

I own Heavenly Touch day Spa, I started few years ago with Brandrep, initially they were so helpful, over the years Just ok. I pretty much do all my adds and specials ready for them to publish in my web page, but I believe the cost is reasonable to run our website and have presence in the media. They can improve like any other company but I think they do a fair job and are prompt to respond. It’s a good company to organize and start to gain views of your small business.

Signed a 6 month contract with them, they continued to charge me after the contract was over. I called about it to have it cancelled and my money returned. A supervisor was suppose to call me before the day was over and they never did. Pretty awful for them to continue to charge someone after the contract is over without permission or notification. Ill be disputing the charges if I dont hear back from them by tomorrow. The company is a scam. Dont trust them, I never saw any form of ROI from their services. You do not need this to run a successful business.

They tell you we see you are ranking top in first google map but its not true you will be ranked bottom. They dont do any SEO optimization. I suggest to hire a local company for your google ranking.

Our business is showing up in searches as promised. We’ve had trouble with getting our website updated as we like it. In the beginning they took some liberties with what services we offer and it was a hassle to get that corrected. There also seems to be a huge lack of communication, as we had no idea what was happening for the first couple months. Hoping it starts looking up as we’re stuck in a 6 month contract.

Customer service is terrible and if you want to cancel you have to wait for a call from their supervisors which never call back!! Been with Brandrep for over a month and have issues with products I purchased. Not getting all services and have asked to talk to Sales Manager and company refused to let me talked to him. Found out his name is Charles VP of Sales. Instead of sales manger keep sending me to supposed customer service manager Suzette and she dont see a problem with not getting services listed on your contract. I asked to talked to her supervisor and says she doesnt have one and asked for VP Sales Charles email so can email him my issues she refused said dont need to take to him. Our company was offered services in our initial contract for free, to include a CRM tool called BusinessBoost. Four months into our contract period, we received an ammended agreement (which we never agreed to), which began billing us a monthly fee for the BusinessBoost tool.The customer service had been non responsive and would not allow you to cancel any services without speaking to a representative on the phone. However, our experience was that when you would call, they wouldnt answer their phones, and they promised to call you in emails, but never received a call. If they do call you and you miss it, theyll not try to call again.After speaking with a member of the management team at the company, we were able to resolve our billing issues. While it took several months, they did eventually do as promised and cancel the services we did not agree to. He also assured us that they are staffing their customer service department back up, so perhaps the service will improve from what we experienced. We are no longer using the companys services due to our experience

They did get us to show up higher on search engines, but they only promise for about 2 search terms.We locked them out of our accounts over 2 months ago and no one has reached out. This was because they were uploading stock photos to Google that were completely inappropriate for our business. We felt very disappointed based off of what the sales person told us vs. what the company is actually doing. This started out as a promising deal to hire a company to create a website for my company and to create a google listing for my company to attract customers as Im a new small business. Well it took for me to request to cancel my services (after 6 months) that I could even google my business and my business would show up. How can I have my current customers to leave me reviews if they cant find me? How could this attract new customers as well? The website created was subpar and it was nearly impossible to get in contact with someone to cancel my services. Now they are holding my domain and access to my google business page hostage and refuses to release it so that I maintain it myself. Buyer beware!

After speaking with someone on the phone and stating multiple times I was uninterested as I cannot afford their services, they proceeded to continue to try to sell me on their services, albeit maybe good services I just can’t afford it at the moment. My partner and I spoke with Katie and she was convincing about the quality of service they provide. From there it went downhill. Very little progress done with their 6 month promotion. From the 1st to the 6th month results were the same. We were so dissatisfied that we called twice to cancel and make sure we dont get charged after our last payment. Even confirmed last payment date two times. Twice we got verbal confirmation of cancellation. We are passed last payment and we are still getting charged. It has been a headache in with them.

From day one, I realized that they were not what they claimed to be and tried to cancel my contract, but they refused to let me out of it. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. To make matters worse, they took advantage of my business, which is owned by disabled veterans. I Started with brand rep in December and have regretted ever since. They made me a website but it was down 2-3months (they stated because payments weren’t going through which was the case because I had to turn my card off since They kept trying to overcharge me ) I was also charged twice in 1 month and never received refund which kept happening every month so I had to turn my card off after making my regular payment with them. I literally had to call them multiple times because of this and it was never fixed and all they would do was offer me credit like I had no bills to pay. After going back and forth with them about getting my refund they ended up giving me a credit for two months covered but they were still trying to charge me on both of those two months after they supposedly gave me credit. Now after not getting my “credit” those 2 months and still being charged, they still won’t give me a refund for atleast those 2 months of “credit” . I was told by a Suzette I would be getting a refund then 1 month later still nothing. I called again and they denied the refund which I deserve since they weren’t doing their job by ATLEAST keeping my website up . A guy named Miguel said he denied the request because I have 2 more months in contract and they would not allow me to cancel the services which are not even being done on their end. I have seen no traffic or no new prospects after brandreps website and google ads. Please go elsewhere or you’ll regret it like I did.

Ppl at the top greedy & make promises, they dont care are delivered.Find another branding company and if getting a website from them, get a date in writing it will be completely by. And dont just sign a contract based on reviews from the past! Any company is only as good as it is right now, and for new clients! If the company was smaller & better in the past, it wont help you. I was contacted by Adam today for my cleaning business, and although he seemed very excited, I could tell from the beginning what he was saying was off. After going through the reviews, I decided not to do business with them because of the bad reviews of people claiming to be scammed. I also didn’t like the fact that they have not responded to any of these reviews. If you claim to work for Google, you should be responding to customers who claim to have been scammed. I always suggested people to do your research before paying or doing business with anybody. For that I’m leaving a one star. Customers come first and you should put more effort into responding to customers who claim to have been wronged.

My recommendation would be to use a local company in your community instead which will save you money and time. Dont do it, work with a local company that you can actually get in touch with someone. Every time I call it takes several minutes to speak with a human, then they usually pass me on to someone else. Currently on hold for 32 mins have not spoken with anyone yet. After the one-year agreement they continue to call me and I agreed to pay them a additional one month to review what their products have done. When I didn’t here from them I was called by there supervisor should told me that I had been making my payments. After a heated argument I hung up on him and they have continually tried to bill my credit card without authorization. I also did not pickup any new clients the entire year.
