We cannot say enough, about how grateful we are to Brandon and Vanessa, for all the time they took to help us find our new home. We were not an easy group to work with. These guys are simply amazing. I went through one of the darkest moments in my life after I lost my fiancé in a car crash. Brandon and his team stepped in and took care of everything to ensure that my house got sold (2 days on market) with me doing the least amount possible! They have the best technology, use the best marketing and will ensure that your experience is as amazing as you are. On a fair note, if you such as a person go somewhere else. I don’t think that many people can say that they found a friend in their realtor. Brandon is amazing and genuine, I truly think of him as a friend. I wish more than anything that my life had not completely changed, but at least out of darkness, light shines through. I’m standing here today because of light like The BLT team. Brandon is amazing. He listened to everything we asked for and made sure to show a variety of houses within our budget. He also helped us sell our current home, even helped us make improvements for a better listing price!!! After all was said and done, our house sold for 40k MORE than we were expecting!!!! Brandon Leon is by far the most professional, kindest, communicative, realtor, I have come across. Going into the home purchasing process can be exciting but also a little nerve wrecking. From my first initial meeting with Brandon and explaining to him, my wants and needs for my first home, he was able to provide me the reassurance that we were going to find exactly what it was I needed. Throughout the entire process Brandon and his team provided excellent service showing homes and quickly being ready to place an offer when the perfect home showed up. Brandon also did an amazing job recommending a lender (Keith Collins with Movement Mortgage) that I didn’t know I would need until unforeseen situation occurred with my prior lender. Not only were we able to write an offer with seller credits, but we were also able to have a 25 day close. I cannot thank Brandon enough for his impeccable services and I will absolutely be using him again if we should outgrow this home!

Brandon is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with or met.Responsive, knows the market, friendly, professional and very honest.He could have searched all of Roseville but narrowed specific areas after knowing what we were looking for. For a quicker sale he could have made it broader but he wanted us to be happy. What I like best about Brandon is he is positive person and has great communication skills. When shopping for a realtor I interviewed 5 others. I chose Brandon in part because of his high Yelp & Google reviews and his videos. He ended up being just like what the other reviewers said. The other thing which shouldn’t be a factor but he is a good person and strong family man.So I highly recommend Brandon. Give him a call and you will see.

Brandon and his team were fantastic in helping me and my children find our new home in Roseville! Being completely new to the area, it was important to me to find an agent who was very knowledgeable of the Roseville/Rocklin area, and an agent I could trust. Brandon invested many hours on multiple occasions driving me around the area, educating me on the local elementary schools, housing subdivisions, restaurants/shopping centers, and the future planned growth of the community. Purchasing a home during a pandemic in a seller’s market was stressful and intimidating to say the least. He communicated very well throughout the process. I’ve had an incredible experience with Brandon Leon and his entire team at the Brandon Leon Real Estate Team. Admittedly, it’s taken quite a while longer for my wife and I to get into a home, but the two times we thought we were close, Brandon could not have been more informative and patient with us. I’ve lived in the Sacramento area for 10 years, and because of my experiences with Brandon, I have referred all of my friends and family to him. In my opinion, he’s not just one of the best real estate agents in Rocklin and the surrounding area, he’s one of the best and most trusting real estate agents I’ve ever known. I think what my wife and I noticed that sets Brandon and his team apart from the rest, is that we never felt like a “client”. We recently moved to Rocklin, CA from Michigan and we couldnt have been happier with selecting Brandon and his team. We relocated due to a new job opportunity and didnt know anything about the area. I looked online at Rocklin realtors and found Brandon. We moved right along, and Brandon was extremely friendly and professional. We set a date to fly out for a weekend to look at homes and Brandon had lined up 2 full days of showings. Brandon and his team showed us almost 20 homes in the first two days. Brandon brought snacks and refreshments and even helped hold our 5 month old baby to give us a break as we looked through many homes. We still had a full day open on Sunday, and we just wanted to make sure we saw as much as possible during our short stay. Without any scheduled plans to see houses Sunday, we asked if his team would be willing to look at more in another area. Without any hesitation, Brandon told us no problem. That night Brandon put together another full slate of showings for us to look at, and we ended up finding our current home that Sunday. We have maintained our relationship with Brandon since the move and he has really made us feel a part of the community. As new owners in an unfamiliar area, we have relied on Brandon for many recommendations and almost weekly I am reaching out for a new contractor or even a restaurant. I dont normally leave reviews, but I found Brandon because of so many high reviews and without that I would not have had the pleasurable experience which is why I want to leave one now.

My wife and I made the decision to sell our home in Roseville and move our family across the country to North Carolina. We had no idea how wed be able to prepare the home, list it, and sell it as quickly as we needed to move. In addition, we were a little nervous that we wouldnt come out of this with all that much profit. Thats where Brandon and Vanessa (his wife) come in.We shared our needs with Brandon and literally within hours, Brandon and his wife were at our home giving us ideas on how we could prepare the home for sale. 24 hours later (or maybe less) Brandon and Vanessa had prepared a digital checklist for us to complete, what he planned to list the home for, and when hed recommend listing the home.It took us a couple of weeks to complete the list, but we did it. Brandon checked in on us several times over that time span with encouragement and even coffee one morning. :)Just as soon as we had completed the work, Brandon took over. We could not believe how prepared and thorough Brandon was. He listed the home on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday (with 56 potential buyers walking through) and by Sunday evening we were looking at seven great offers. We were (and still are) floored. By Tuesday morning (thats right, six days later) we accepted an offer and the escrow time clock began.We felt so comfortable with Brandon at the helm, we did not delay our move to North Carolina but took off. We never had to call, email, or text Brandon with questions about how things were going, we received reports from Brandon almost daily that all was going according to plan. When we thought we hit a snag with the work that the buyers had asked to be done on the house, Brandon simply said, Ill handle it and had a contractor on the property completing the work. TWICE Ive used Brandon for real estate transactions. Once to PURCHASE a home and 2 1/2 years later I had an out of town property that I needed to SELL and he was the first and only person I could think of that could knock it out of the ball park.
