10/17/2023 - Duane488Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in American river canyon north, Folsom, CA.Buying and selling a home can be a huge undertaking with more questions than answers. Especially for us because we relocated from out of the area. Like most people, we went to lots of open houses and were always interviewing the Realtors while we were there. Many talk the talk but it was obvious when they sent us on wild goose chases or sent us listings that didn’t meet half of our must-haves, they didn’t walk the walk too. When we met Brandon at an open house we knew immediately he wasn’t your average Realtor. He listened to us, answered all our questions, and even offered some scenarios we hadnt considered. After working with Brandon for several weeks we finally found a house. Unfortunately, the sellers Realtor was not as competent as Brandon. You’ll understand when you work with a Realtor who isn’t very good how important it is to have someone like Brandon who can move mountains. We honestly think he earned all the commission because he went above and beyond to help close the deal. Brandons expertise didn’t stop there. The house we bought needed a lot of TLC and thankfully Brandon has an extensive Rolodex of tradespeople to turn this house into a home. The futures so bright we gotta wear shades.Extremely grateful for all your help Brandon!

Since we lived about 2 hours away, Brandon was so committed to finding us a place, he drove in the rain to a property we were considering, checked it out and FaceTimed us to show us all the features of the property. As a first time buyer referrals are absolutely crucial. Brandon was referred to me by a good friend of mine. I was told he was an excellent realtor, it only took one phone call to confirm that in fact this was the kind of realtor I was looking for. We clicked immediately, he is very knowledgeable and thorough but more importantly this guy will look after your best interests. He was straigh forward, transparent and down to earth. He is definitely not afraid to put the time in, he showed me several homes before we found the one I wanted. First and foremost, since meeting Brandon four years ago to purchase our current home, he provided world-class service to our family to ensure we would be able to find our dream home. His energy, drive, and communication with us made everything very comfortable as we made the transition to California from Japan. Since our home purchase in 2016, he has maintained contact with us with phone calls to ensure we are still happy with our home, monthly info flyers that provided great information for homeowners, and periodic house equity reports via email.This year with a career move to another state, we needed to sell our home. Our first choice was to use Brandon as our selling agent. After we contacted him to let him know about our situation, he made it clear that he would represent us with the same drive and enthusiasm we experienced in 2016. We met Brandon by accident really at an open house that we just happened to walk into. We were already working with another realtor but the level of follow through and commitment we received from Brandon after that first meeting, was enough for us to get rid of the realtor we were working with and switch over to him immediately. We never looked back. We relocated to Folsom back in August and Brandon was there by our side the entire way. So when me and my girlfriend decided that it was time for us to start looking for our first home, she mentioned to me that Brandon, a friend of hers from High School and remembers being a good guy, had become a realtor and wanted to use him for our search. So I agreed and Ill tell you want, it was the best decision we could have made. I scheduled a property in Roseville via Zillow and I got paired with Brandon. He came in very prepared, gave us excellent feedback about the property (good AND bad) which are things that we would have overlooked as a buyer. He even got us to see another similar property although we did not ask him for it, and he scheduled it the same day which was great.I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a house in the Placerville and Sacramento county areas. Best realtor Ive had in the greater Sacramento area. Incredibly responsive, day or night, and simply a pleasure to be around. My wife and I were willing to extend our budget for the house we wanted, but he was able to close the deal at our offer price, even though the sellers had higher offers on the table. At first we were assigned two agents from Zillow but did not meet our needs as they were pushy and were trying to sell any home to us.Brandon was the best agent we’ve work with as he was referred from a colleague of mine. With Brandon he actually took the time to listen and gave us advice as if he was in our shoes searching for a home. We stumbled into Brandon while he was showing another property. The house he was showing wasnt right for us. But while chatting with him he became familiar with what we were looking for.
