Before I found Branding Los Angeles, I worked with another marketing agency and it was a mess. My website looked fine, but it didn’t load properly, a good amount of links were broken, and it wasn’t showing up on Google. They showed us logos, business cards, and flyers they made for other medical and healthcare companies and we picked a few designs we liked. Scott created lots of different versions for us to choose from and Jay even helped us create a content strategy. The results have been incredible! And then to top it all off in BRANDING LOS ANGELES Fashion she had the nerve to have a rude tone and say things about my qualifications— all while she is being extremely unprofessional. If you need a website done, you should reach out to Branding Los Angeles! I was SO SICK of having to update everything on my website myself. It would always keep crashing and I had no idea why. Paying a freelancer to try to work on it was an utter disaster and cost me damages I won’t even get into. This company had a complete understanding of what I wanted and my website turned out way better than I expected! They kept me in the loop and asked for my opinion as they proceeded to each stage and made sure that I loved everything as they moved forward.
