Branded group decided to make our account inactive for more than a month without notifying us. Their reason was “Employee Abuse” We never used foul language, degraded or mistreated anyone. We just sent an email and called their finance department every day until we received payments when they were due. We pointed out thier project managers mistakes and made sure they absorbed the costs. We decided not to sign their new contract agreement without receiving all of our past-due payments first. We asked them for clarification on their new policies and they could not answer basic trust questions. We’ve worked with them for a year and never received a payment on time. Payments were not being made according to their contact agreements and we constantly had to push back on the project managers and finance department to make adjustments. It became a full time collections role to receive payment. They were constantly missing payments by 20 to 40 days and always made an excuse. Their contract agreement was 45 days from the day completion photos and invoices are submitted. After emailing them and calling them every day we would receive payment in 65 to 80 days. They never apologize for their mistakes. They try to make you absorb project manager mistakes and make you feel like you’re doing something wrong by asking for your money. I am very happy to say that we collected every payment. It was a tremendous amount of work.I truly believe we would have not received payment at all if we didn’t go about collecting this way.They want to work with vendors that cannot keep track of their billing so that they can keep all of the money.I do not recommend working with this company. They’re just a third-party company that receives work requests from various companies through a website portal-like service channel then asks boots-on-the-ground vendors to estimate the leads that come in, and then sends the estimates back to the customer with a 40% markup. That is all they have, a link to the customer through a portal.

Everyone I speak to at Branded Group is very responsive and informative. They have great communication and are always thinking ahead. The Tango team is excellent and always enjoy working and speaking with them. Shardae, Jen, Kelley, Tatiana, Bri, etc etc the list goes on. They are all awesome and Branded Group is lucky to have them. 6/5 stars.

We have been working with Branded Group for many years now, they have been very great to work for! There staff is very supportive, understanding and friendly. Theyre great at coordinating and working with clients. Branded Group is an invaluable component to both of our successes. We are looking forward to a long strategic partnership and would recommend working with them to any other vendor looking to excel their company.

I have been a contractor with this company for many years and for the last few years I have had to make repeated calls to get paid for my work. They do not honor a Net 45 or even a Net 60, If you dont call you wont get paid. If you are a contractor looking for FMs to hold your money for 90 to 120 days this is the company to do work for. I just spoke to Accounting and they sent a message to pay off an invoice I submitted in July they had waiting in the system.

I have been working together with Branded Group over 5 years now. I have had the privilege in working closely with their coordinators and project managers and have built a long lasting relationship. They are organized, detail oriented, available when help is needed. Branded-Group is a great company and I look forward to a continued partnership.

We have been working with them for about a year and there is no doubt they are an awesome company! Alex Rosero and Dominic Delgado have blessed us with great projects and It has been a pleasure to work alongside them. They have great communication, work ethic, honesty, extensive construction experience and most importantly, awesome customer service! We highly recommend them, they will take care of your construction needs without a doubt.

Branded group has the slogan, BE BETTER. Having partnered with Branded Group on numerous project, I can tell you that they do strive to BE BETTER. In the FM industry it can be hard to find companies that actually put the customer first and are truly dedicated to finding solutions and taking care of their customers facilities. Branded Group has a phenomenal group of employees who all stand behind this culture of being better. Communication, response and setting strong expectations for their customers is 1st and foremost. We have had a great partnership with the entire Branded Group team so far and hope for many years of continuing to work together!

Weve been using Branded Group for over two years so far. The staff and services are spot on! Ive been working directly with Jennifer Dalley. Her attention to detail and following specific protocols is amazing! I recommend Branded Group to anyone!
