Brad is an exceptional coach for me. He listens actively and deeply, which creates an attentive, safe space for what may fill it. He asks simple yet powerful questions that lead me to reflect on my concerns or to reframe them from a different perspective. Brad is empathetic, supportive, and highly skilled. My work with him has helped me learn more about myself. As a result, I feel more aligned with who I am and want to be. I highly recommend Brad as a personal coach.

Brad is a gifted coach. He is nimble in working with individuals on their personal journey as well as gaining strong engagement when leading groups. I had the opportunity to work with Brad for leadership coaching to cultivate areas I wanted to see growth in as a professional. Additionally, Brad led our team in a series of training and workshops which promoted the continued elevation of our culture. Brad’s thoughtful and supportive approach allows each person to show up within their comfort zone and be offered the opportunity to expand their thinking and transform their professional journey. I found Brad originally through my work sponsored Modern Health app and have been working with him ever since. Brad has helped me professionally, personally and internally in so many ways. I’ve continued to work with Brad after exhausting all of my work sponsored sessions because his insights have been so valuable to me. He is one of my go to people to discuss and work through challenging times with. Brad is a deep listener, thinker, and all around amazing human that I highly suggest working with.
