The visuals on the dashboard allow for easy tracking of hours and goals. Reports are easily processed for even more detailed reviews of time. Completing my timesheet is easy and seamless with this software.

CORE has been a great addition to our small company. We utilize it for time sheet and expense management, general project management (cradle to grave), invoicing, financial accounting and reporting, and reporting. We switched from Deltek and its been a great change. CORE is project focused, not Vendor focused as some other software is - which for our industry is really important.Cost is also great for the product you get. Service is also TOP NOTCH very person Ive spoken to when I have had minor issues has been able to help and is a pleasure to speak with.The system can get bogged down with usage during high volume times (end of month) but its really not that bad all things considered.Would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a new option.

Great for time tracking and invoicing (civil engineering). Customer support is excellent - helpful and knowledgeable. They will log into your screen to walk you through your questions. Still learning all the capabilities of CORE, it has areas in need of improvement, but CORE is making upgrades on a frequent basis.
BQE CORE is a straightforward tool mainly used to log entries for specific jobs/services done by the end-user. It also provides a comprehensive breakdown of the users attendance, pay history, and also has a built in calendar available for use as well. Although the website is a bit sluggish at times, the overall BQE CORE experience is accessible and vast in the tools that it has to offer.
I use BQE CORE as time entry and tracking tool. CORE is well suited for time entry and reporting across employee groups and projects. It is not the most intuitive tool. It can be difficult to get the reports to show the data you want, and there is no way to remove data fields from a report.
BQE Core is an easy to use product. Good reporting options including an export feature that works very well for those times you need to bring the data but tweak the presentation. There is room for improvement, most importantly in their customer service.
This was a great addition to the firm. Previously accounting was done manually and project management wasnt implemented. This is a great option for a small firm, and we were able to choose what modules were needed. The setup was easy and the support and training are great.

Customer service is great, and I like their online support system - you can get help without even calling them; just hit the button and use your mic. Dashboard is also very useful, but I wish some of the parameters can be customized. Overall, very satisfied.

My company has been using BQE Core for almost a year now for keeping track of time sheets, project phases and billing. There is a learning curve and it took some getting used to at the beginning, but after a few weeks everything went smoothly. I havent experienced any major issues with the software. The support team is very responsive We are in the architectural industry.
BQE Core is a great online project management tool. We are fairly new to the online method, but with great support and other training/help options, it was easy to navigate. I would highly recommend.
WE are a brand new company and started out with BQE Core and it has been outstanding so far. The Project Management Module works wonderfully for allocation of resources and tracking due dates, the accounting module is simple enough that you can use it with limited financial experience.The support staff is also excellent and extremally helpful.
I use this software for timekeeping and it is great! It did take some getting used to but it was pretty self explanatory for the most part. The only feature I would request would be a way to track your time through a timer and it automatically be added into the timesheet.

Their software if very easy to use. We used it for time keeping and what I loved about it was how easy and custamizable their UI was. Also a BIG plus was the ability to use it in various types of devices such as android and apple products not just on a desktop setting. This made that program so much more convinient.
We have been using CORE for more than 6 months and so far it was been amazing. It was an update from Archioffice (also from BQE) and it was the best decision ever. It is simple to use, out of the box (no consultants needed thanks god), and has a lot a lot of tools that can give you very powerful insights and output as long as you fill in the input.Customer support is ver simple and awesome. It could be a fairy tale except for two aspects that I didnt like, even though I´m still in love with the software (love isnt perfect).1. The migration from Archioffice is far from flawless, it needs a lot of cleaning and the BQE guys should give more of their time to help companies with that.2. There are too many concepts or metrics, and the difference between them is not clear on their definitions. This goes as well with the reports, there are too many and some descriptions are almost the same yet yield different results. This is also reflected on the widgets, which yield different KPI`s than the reports, thus I would always recommend go to the reports....
I use BQE for tracking time at my small firm. It is fairly straightforward to use and the time-sheets auto-sum feature is quite nice. I would recommend the product as a go-to for submitting time.

Core integrates really well with how we setup and manage an architectural project. Reports and Statistics on the dashboards are key to our business operation supporting all of our major business processes such as billing, accounting, HR management, CRM and supporting all of our management reporting needs.

Using CORE to invoice our clients has freed up so much of my time Im afraid I could have streamlined myself out of a job. Billing previews that used to take days are now done in hours. The time to create invoices and submit them for approval takes about 25% of the time before CORE. Easy to learn and a breeze to use.CORE is a very complex software system to set up, but once we worked out all of the nuances and specifications, this software rocks!

We use BQE Core for all of our project management along with time and expense tracking. We run invoices from that data and will soon be utilizing that module of Core to send out invoices and take payments. We were using QuickBooks for that part of the invoicing. We also use it for weekly timesheets above the time put on projects. It is used across our organization. It solves having multiple programs to keep track of those items.
Weve been using Core full on for over a year managing hundreds of wildly different commercial projects and have never bumped into any limitations or constraints. The best part is being able to set up the software to show us how a projects (and our employees) are performing in real-time so we can either adapt on the fly or never do that again! We havent even scratched the surface of all its capability. The 24/7/365 support is very handy too!
BQE CORE has enabled us to streamline our AR process and also provide multiple invoice options that are very professionally presented. Their support team provides superior customer service as there are many options that their professional expertise can provide the necessary guidance to navigate and become familiar. Also their Custom Reports team has been very helpful on a couple of extra items that we needed.

Weve been using BQE software since 2008, and we started to use their cloud base program Core since late 2017. Core has been a game changer for us. Our Staff Members use it to fill out their time cards, and our Project Managers use it to monitor their projects and budgets, and our Accounts Payable use it to prepare our client invoices. Core is a robust product, but that doesnt stop BQE staff from continuously working on developing and improving it.
I have been using BQE Software for almost a year now and find it to be incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Im still learning how to utilize more functions that it offers but am very satisfied with the BQE Software to date and highly recommend it.
The logic/use process seems to flow very well. The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed. There are lots of connectors/features so knowing what you need is a big part of this. Support has been very good. They methodically think through processes and help with issues, configuration settings, or bugs (which I recently filed and it will already be fixed by the weekend). The software appears to do what I need it do (Project/Time/Expense Management) and may also be our replacement for QuickBooks once we get the processes figured out. The cost seems to be fair and it’s Tiered Usage based on user needs was great and something competitors didn’t offer very well. We look forward to continue to use the product
For over a decade we had been using their other product, ArchiOffice. It was originally on both Mac and Windows, went to Windows only requiring a dedicated on site server running Windows (were a Mac office) and the constant maintenance. CORE allowed us to leave all that behind with a greatly improved cloud-based solution.
This is a nice way to keep track of your timecard, especially if you have multiple projects you are working on and need to keep track on billable versus non billable time.

As a project manager and engineer for my firm, being able to track details and hours easily is huge. The ability to generate project closeout reports simply by compiling the memos from employee time entries saves so much time!
I do accounts payable, and although CORE isnt bad by any means, theres definitely some quality of life improvements that could be added to make work more efficient. For instance, my company wants to have invoice PDFs attached within vendor bills. But I have to first Save the vendor bill to do that, making the Save and Add Another function practically useless as it disappears right after saving. Then theres the lack of polish in all the small things, like why on earth do I have to search twice when using the search bar? Why, when I do bill payments, do vendor bills for a particular vendor not pop up unless I leave and search the vendor again? Why can I set a a default expense account for a vendor, but I cant set an item account for project-based vendors? All these small nuggets add up to make work days frustrating at times when they dont need to be. Ill give Core a chance since its new, but please just add or fix these features. Theyre not ambitious like Bill.coms AI invoice reader, and they could make work way more efficient for the likes of me.

Thus for me to maintain efficiency any product has to be multi-faceted, efficient and allow me to work at my optimal pace.Not every product will work for everyone, and ultimately the tool is only as good as the user. So if you think you are capable of managing Large data sheets and youre ready to move past excel spreadsheets; BillQuick is an excellent upgrade for you and your business solutions.
I cant say how much I love this company. Working here has been more like joining a family than joining a company. All my co-workers feel like they genuinely care for each other and everyone is on the same page when it comes to providing the best possible services to our Clients.Ive also never felt so little managed as opposed to guided. The whole management team is so friendly and available that there isnt any of that awkward Oh no my manager is coming vibe.Aside from that, having a gym right at work (with a steam room) is pretty nice =D.

Ive been Working for BQE for over a year now and so far i can honestly say its been a great experience. Managers and Colleagues make you feel right at home. Every Friday we have free lunch and once a month we have a Happy Hour which is a great way to socialize with everyone, not just the department you work in. DONT DO IT if youre thinking of upgrading, ESPECIALLY if you link your software to Quickbooks.

I would say that this software is pretty good. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is hard to go between jobs when tracking time, or adding a new job to your time card. Otherwise pretty solid.

2024-04-04 16:23:13Our firm implemented CORE approximately 6 months ago. While the program is user friendly - it does take time to learn. The ability to easily track expenses and billable hours per project phase has made invoicing through CORE a breeze. CORE is a bit slow but hopefully they will eventually find a way to resolve this issue. Customer service is outstanding!

2024-01-11 20:34:13I have been using BQE Software for almost 4 years now. I have been reguarly logging hours and expenses as part of my daily work. I really love the app version in which I can snap a picture on the go from my receipt and toss the receipt away immediatelly. It has saved me tons of time of collecting receipts and then balancing my credit card account.Tracking billable hours is also pretty easy and there are couple of options to do so for each personality from using project timers that you can play and pause to straight old-fashined type of plug-in. Overall, I am very happy of this software.

2023-05-15 14:35:02BQE Core is an incredibly comprehensive program! It has been incredibly helpful to digest our data on project costs, level of effort, and project forecasting. Having all of our data in one place has been so nice!However the customization on the user end is minimal; you cant customize how your project and phase names are presented between different windows and you cant format your invoices to have different layouts without contacting the customization team. I have also noticed the program has been touch-and-go with performance decreasing during busy periods (beginning of the month the program runs slowly).Overall the experience has been good and I would feel! The ease of access is a benefit and the data easily available at your fingertips has been a game changer for us!
